I just recently got an oil change and was the last car they worked on for the night . My check engine light came on and so did my oil pressure !! I changed out the filter thinking maybe that would help only to find it didn't. Btw they didn't even Suggest the filter be changed . . I've called for the longest and can't reach anyone in TLE! I'm pissed and going to contact Walmart insure because if they won't redue this service correctly so these dash lights go off that weren't on before and my car go back to driving like the nice dodge it is band was before getting an oil change here then I'll sue. I have less than 90000 miles on my journey with a full clean service history . And now I can't renew my plates. Walmart manager needs to contact me asap! I'm not playing one bit this is ridiculous I can't even get to work without wondering if the truck is going to keep going as the low oil pressure keeps screaming and beeping at me!

This place has a bunch of amateur and non professional workers working for auto and tire services. I had an appointment at 11 am and didn't get my car back til 3pm. I came in for four new tires that I ordered online and had them installed and ballanced for warranty purposes. Turns out the guy who started to do the work decided to take a lunch after changing out one tires. He told others to take over but the guys had no experience on using the tire machine. Also they never called or let me know what was going on. I was right there in front waiting in the waiting room. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else.

Yeah it s a bad place, maybe understaffed.Had an app at 8, got here at 8:15. The girl upfront was having a bad day, didn t tell me about multiple instructions like to park the car in the correct area, asking for all the info again that I already had set up online for appointment.It s 9:30 and they still haven t serviced the car, and after asking the woman got upset. Talking behind my back, another employee had to apologize for her behavior.

I had stopped shopping at Walmart at Mesa Riverview I will go to the baseline store but I'm closer to Mesa Riverview so when I went in and the staff was extra friendly everyone spoke(associates) come to find out the manager from the baseline store Vanessa is now running the Mesa Riverview store so kudos to Vanessa for changing the attitudes of the associates to speak to their paying customers

This poor rating is for Walmart's online system for the auto center and app. Ordered two tires online on 10/19 and scheduled appt for 10/28, estimated delivery date 10/24. Tires didn't arrive by 10/28 so the online system cancelled my appointment. The tires arrived the following day 10/29 but the system wouldn't allow me to reschedule. I called the auto center, they wrote a note with my info and gave me the 6pm appt for 11/1.On 11/1 I arrived 10 mins early and the techs were surprised to see me, although when I told them about the note they acknowledged they had seen the note. They were working on a car and had 2 waiting for oil changes, told me they close at 7pm but one tech was willing to stay late and my truck would be done by 8pm.I didn't wait around.On 11/3 I called the auto center and spoke with a manager. She was unable to schedule an appt for me in her computer.The online system would refund my order if I didn't pick up the tires by 11/4. On 11/5 I got a refund for ONLY ONE of the two tires.The app wouldn't allow me to cancel or start a return for my order at any point. I work six days a week and don't have time to wait around for hours. Avoid this auto center unless you have lots of time to spare.I scheduled an appt at Midas on Alma School & Guadalupe. It was $60 more expensive but everything went smoothly and quickly. Midas is worth the extra money.

It took over 3 hours for to get a new tire. One that they weren t even changing, I might add. There were clearly trainees doing all the tire fixes. Which is fine, but when you have no one managing them it becomes a problem. We watched them jack up a car, THEN try to loosen the bolts . That s just one of the idiotic actions we witnessed.No one told us what to do or how long we were going to wait.The price of the tire started at $79, jumped to $92, then to $105 because they added the road hazard program which we clearly stated we did not want. The final price was $100.18. Certainly not the cheapest place, nor the quickest.

Do not bring you vehicle here for an oil change! They stripped the bleeder screw threads on the tank. They tried replacing the bolt, but the tank is stripped now. Was not leaking before this service, now I have am oil leak. May need a new pan! Terrible!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had an appointment and I sat in my car for 20min and no one even acknowledge me or even bothered to ask if I had an appointment. By the time they came to obtain my car information, it seemed like I was bothering them.

Their service sucks. I say for about 10-15 minutes before I received any assistance, and this is not the first time this has happened! The techs act as if they don't want to work! Never going back here for service!

Customer service is a joke! Purchase 4 tires online wait for 2 weeks for delivery and appointment for install....Show up that day and learn only 3 tires have been delivered,noone wanted to find the 4th called customer service online,they wanted ME to call manufacture and hunt down the lost tire. Compromised to give them 4 days to locate tire, nothing! Noone knew anything or cared! Waited 2 weeks for refund! Amazing the incompetence of so many adults that just don't take the job serious at all!

This place has the rudest guy with at the front counter at the auto center. Just wanted to get my oil changed, and wipers replaced. He was helping another guy on a phone, and I say if you're busy, I'll go somewhere else. He became argumentive and accused me of doing so. I waited 45 mins then another 20 for them to put on my wipers they forgot to do. Then, I finally pay, Thank GoD! Then I have to wait again to get my keys to my car! STAY AWAY!! BE WARE!

Deron was awesome and helped me through the whole process of battery warranty. He politely took my call, walked me through all necessary steps and let me knew how I would be reached once my process started. Terrible service, customer is a negative -5 stars if I had the option, I went for a oil change, and I was there even before the first appointment or any car in line, and they did my service in 2 1/2 hours, their excuse that they were too many cars, when I was leaving. Yes, there were cars in line, but when I came over there, all they were doing is hanging around and one guy was sweeping the floor, the rest of the staff was hanging around. They wasted a lot of my time, and then they did not even get 50% of the job done, They were supposed to do the oil change and wipers and rotate the tires and wheel balancing, The only thing they got done in 2 1/2 hours was just my oil change, and they said they couldn t get to the wheel balancing nor the rotating of the tires, because they had people that were coming for appointments, but what is the excuse for the wipers, these guys only make excuses, I had really terrible experience at Rio Salado, and Dobson Ranch, so I avoided that one and came to this newer place that I ve never been to, and hoping that this Walmart would be better, this was worse than the other place, I totally give it a -5 star rating, don t waste your time at Walmart pretty much all Walmarts are lazy and useless and waste of your time At any of their oil and tire places

4kids just farting around! not a car in a bay on a sunday afternoon. they dont close for 2 hours. tell me you need an appointment to mount 4 tires i bought through Walmart. are you kidding me! William was the only guy actually working help me check out. what a shame...

Didn t have an engine light on when i dropped off my car for an oil change. Got my car back with an engine light on. When I asked what happened they told me the engine light was on before they touched the car. Which is a lie because the receipt says that the car didn t have any engine light when they worked on it. I opened the hood and found oil all over the engine. I called the auto manager and they all denied responsibility and lied to my face. I had to get the store manager to fill out an incident report. This is criminal at this point. Messing up my car and lying about it.

By 1 star I mean -10 STARS!! Day 1, waited 20 minutes for service but when 4 more cars came they were taken care of right away so I just left and thought I'll try again tomorrow. Day 2, had to ask for service and got declined right away because my undercover shield of my car was bent. After reading reviews on here it seems that if they don't like what they see either you as a person or the car they will refuse your service or not bother talking to you at all.

HORRIBLE! Terrible service! I bought a battery about to be 4 months old and it went bad on me, I went in to get warranty and unfortunately auto center closes at 7pm, It was 8pm so it was understandable and it was an emergency so i had to buy another battery. Came in next day trying to get a warranty/refund and told me I couldn't get a refund, they offered to charge my old battery now I'm stuck with 2 batteries!!Service: Battery

Don't take old vehicles that make noises or they will refuse to service your vehicle, it was stated they don't want to ruin the engine and they won't touch my car when I just wanted a oil change. I have taken it before with the same noise 3,500 miles prior and they won't look up the record showing they have serviced it 3 months ago. Make sure you car doesn't make a odd noise or they won't assist u with basic service.

Made an appointment for 3pm and they didn't start installing my 2 new tires until 4:30. Don't bother making an appointment, just show up and you'll be seen first. They should also add more seating inside to wait instead of one single bench. I waited outside in the heat the whole time

I needed 4 new tires, I was told 1.5 - 2 hrs to complete so I waited in the store. 1 hour in, my vehicle was brought into the bay but 2 hours in, the vehicle hadn't been touched. Meanwhile 4 cars were services who arrived long after my vehicle was checked in.(1 replacement tire, 1 new rim, and 2 oil changes) After the 2 hour mark, I asked an associate the ETA on my vehicle. He replied that there was only 1 technician all day and he doesn't return from lunch for another 30 min. ETA given by Walmart employee was 1.5 - 2 hours. I mentioned that my wait time had just doubled and would've appreciated an honest ETA in the beginning so I could've arranged transportation through a friend. The Auto center would just grind out the small and easy projects and ignoring my vehicle. I ended up taking a Lyft home. I tried calling them to follow up on the status but it just kept ringing for over 10 minutes. It would eventually transfer to another department then they would put me right back on hold so I had to wait for them to call. 7 hours from checking in the vehicle (30 min before they close) Walmart called and said my vehicle was ready.I'm writing this so hopefully this Walmart will address the problem and improve their services. Prices are great but the Auto Care Center needs more employees and training.

Stay away from this place not once but twice we took our vehicles my car and my husband's truck for oil changes both times we had to take our vehicles back to be serviced at a different auto shop because the oil change was not performed! This is crazy. My husband thought the first time was a fluke so he took his truck in for service 3 weeks ago today he is at another shop and the technician said there is not one drop of oil in the truck. This leads me to believe that they are either not doing the service or not doing it correctly!!! When they changed the oil on my car the oil change light came on 2 days later and I had to take the car into the dealership where I bought it and the technician said the oil change was clearly not done at all.

Went a week ago and they said I had an oil leak but the only peo who service it are them. So when I went down there I found out they over tighten it and messed up the thread and told they didn't know where the oil leak went but I was suspicious because why would you put new oil if your going to tell me theres an oil leak so not only was I leaking oil for a week but I also had to rethread my oil pan also made me waste my expensive oil due to being royal purple I'll just do my own change from now onService: Oil change

horrible experience overall, we had an appointment for tires but it took over 2 hours, a simple oil change would have taken 2-3 hours more so we cancelled that part. At pickup the rims with the new tires were covered with oily dirt, the previously present valve caps were missing, no responsible person around to speak to. First and last time I've been to WM Auto Center.

I bought a new battery yesterday and it said free installation, after waiting an hour no one even started the installation which takes all of 5 mins. I left and put the battery on my self when I realized how they were just sitting around not doing anything. There were no other vehicles being serviced at the time. What I'm most upset about is I got a notification saying they completed service. They are liars and I reported my experience to corporate.Service: Battery

I get great service everytime I go. My tires have a warranty here and in Arizona that's a must. Lowest tire prices I e found in AZ. Wait times are high but it's because their prices are great. Make a reservation or get in early.

I can't contact with that stupid store since 2 weeks ..I want to make schedule online even doesn't go true...I can't reach them on the phone .I bought tire was there then I got email That's been returned..I bought an other one now I can't make schedule to install .That'd really weird

Horrible experience!!! Went in for tires and I was told up to 3 hours maximum. There were only three techs working and I can't say I was impressed with any of them. At the 4 hour mark I called and they told me another hour. Seriously - 5 hours for tires! The process could be improved greatly. How about taking general information such as name, address, etc. when you get the quote inside. That would save the techs from having to do it on a little hand held device. Definitely won't be back for anything auto related.

Came to this Walmart for an oil change looks like they just don't like blacks I'm seeing a lot of places don't like blacks because , I got an oil change and everybody behinde me had already got there oil change and I been waiting over an hour

I was told by the manager Amber to come back at 7 in the morning to get my tires done I get here at 6:50 the place is open but they do not come out until 7:10 and in which case I was here first and they superseded me and proceeded to service other people. Thomas skipped me and helped someone who just rolled up. My tires are separating from the tread and I'm told to come back tomorrow while I'm driving with children. I expressed my concern about my time and Thomas blew me off with a hand wave gesture like my time is not valued and that is definitely not how any customer should ever feel.

Common courtesy means you call the customer and communicate that they need a new tire. I read a lot of the previous reviews. Things haven't changed. Here's hoping they take their work seriously and do a better job of customer service. And if a customer calls with a complaint, don't get an attitude. Their call is to help YOU.
