Had to get new bulbs for headlights. Service writers, leads, and technicians were very helpful, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service! I am very happy with my purchase. Wait time was very minimal.

Went for oil change, only two cars ahead of me, was told about an hour, took four hours to get the car back.People were nice but the time was a little crazy

Super helpful gentleman. I had my battery checked, bought a new one and grabbed a few fuses. Maybe 20 minutes total time, great place to get the job done fast.

I used to always use Walmart for my oil changes. However recently they have been incredibly unreliable. I took my car over the weekend during their open hours since they don t accept appointments and they were closed even though their hours stated they were open. When I called I was told that the two workers went to lunch and closed the shop. I confirmed that someone would be there and I would be able to drop my car off on Wednesday. When I arrive Wednesday they stated they had a tire appointment and wouldn t be able to accept anymore cars and were closing for the day at 10:45.

Horrible! I had an appointment for a simple tire rotation. I waited for my car inside for 2 hours. Was 5pm now and my car was still parked outside and was still waiting for several other cars scheduled for service. So I just took the keys and left. I've been to other Walmart locations for tire work and never had any problem, they were always done fairly quickly. But not this one. Avoid this Walmart on McKellips road in Mesa at all cost!

Will never use the tire service center again. 1st the Service Manager told us 30-45 minutes. It took an hour & 15 minutes. He would do one thing, then go outside for a break. Another thing, another break & so on. He'd been informed, before stating 30-45 minutes to only plug a hole, that the problem was causing someone to be late to work...he apparently is ok with costing people $23 hour work time, so long as he gets his "breaks". We will never shop the vehicle center of that Wal-Mart again.

Walmart Auto Shop guys were awesome. I left the shop and was just about to get home when the low oil pressure alert came on. I took it back to Walmart where they did not hesitate to fix the issue. I left and realized the check engine light was on, went back and they cleared it for me. Everyone one of them was helpful and apologized about the inconvenience.

Outside greeter did not input my name and address correctly (lack of attention to detail can be an eyebrow raiser), service was fast (30 min.), waited about 10 min. for the cashier to show up, remnants of oil found on outside door frame, inner door handle, on the gear shifter, on the plastic front panel beneath the hood. Also, the remaining oil in the canister was placed on top of the passenger side carpet without a paper liner. While I do appreciate and acknowledge the swiftness and the benefits of their services, I'd only like to encourage the technicians to mind car cleanliness.Service: Oil change

Great customer service. Dropped off my car to have an oil change took only an hour and was half the price of a place that wanted to take advantage of me. So I thank them for being honest.

Came in to get an oil change the staff was very friendly and fast. David Bentle was very good at his job and very knowledgeable when it came to my car. It showed he cared for my safety and maintenance of my vehicle. I highly recommend using them for everything. I'm sorry but when it takes 1hr 45min to do the Two cars in front of me, and nearly 2.5hrs before mine was done, then there is a problem. I will gladly pay double from now on for a 15-20min oil change. My time is valuable, and I feel like the Manager of this location is totally out of touch with the customer experience. The employees seem to be doing the best they can, but they are not motivated and definitely need more help, which the Manger is not providing. I'm afraid I'll have to steer folks away from here, and I hope the Manager steps up and fixes the turnaround time.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ve used Walmart for all of my auto needs since I purchased my car a few years ago. Anything they have the ability to do I ve used them for, all over the west coast. This is by far the least helpful, least communicative, worst Walmart auto center I ve ever encountered. Reaching them was the first battle as it took 3 days to actually get ahold of someone. One of those times customer service radioed them over the loud speaker and I still didn t get an answer. Once they answered the phone they weren t helpful in the slightest and weren t willing offer any insight. The location has left a sour impression.

Bad customer service. Just spent 20 min waiting in my car for the lube station to open. When they finally did(15 min late) the employee spent 10 min moving tires and rolling carts out off the way while four cars waited. When he got around to asking what I wanted he mentioned that they only had one bay open (out of four) and that I was third in line and would be an hour wait. Wow. I got the feeling that he had no interest in changing my oil and would be happy if I made his day a little easier and left. So I did.

They never have enough texts on hand period was told you have to wait 45 minutes for a gentleman to get off of lunch. There's only one tech and he is busy right now. The line was building up and building up. Walmart needs more auto care center employees. They could not help. Went to four different Walmart tire care centers and no help at all. Had to make an appointment and come back the very next day. ended up waiting four and a half hours for two tires. Step it up Walmart!!!

The guys in the automotive department were great. The man behind the counter assisted me well. He asked for help with my battery question. The guys outside were thorough efficient and quick when replacing my battery. Great customer service. Love it that when you buy the battery from Wal-Mart , you get it installed free. I had a bad day including getting stuck at work because of my battery lol.. but they made the close Of my day very pleasant.

Walmart did an awesome job replacing my flat tire. I got all new tires 2 months ago. They fixed just paid $10 for road Hazzard protection. Roger was very helpful and took care of everything. Thank you

Got there minutes after they opened today, waited for over an hour for them to tell us it is going to be another 2 1/2 hour wait to change the rims on our tires. The guy told us "do you know how much it is going to cost?" "You don't really want to wait do you?" "It's going to be 2 1/2 hours." Why not just tell us you don't want to do your job today and we would have left and gone to discount tire an hour earlier.

Only one staff member there on a Sunday morning. Not opening until 930 am instead of 8AM due to other staff calling in sick. Nice young man that was there took my order and keys at 820am so I could leave with my ride as I am in no hurry to get the job done. He will call me when car is ready. Will update when I pick up the vehicle.

Was the first person in line at 7:00 when they opened. Another car was getting a battery changed and another one getting an oil change behind me. I asked how long it would take and was told 20-30 mins. One hour later it was done.Car smelled a little funky from the mechanic after as well but after cleaning the steering wheel and driving with the windows down for 30 mins, it went away.

Never having any work done here again. Figured a simple oil change while I did some shopping. Sounds easy enough. 1-2weeks later having issues with my car, check engine light turns on. My mechanic shows me oil and doesn look like it was even changed plus cost me $400 to fix the issue.

Oil change done, received text at 3:08 that my car was ready. The 2 technicians could not ring me up, they were not helpful in finding someone to ring us up. Called to get a manager but no one answered the main walmart phone number. Finally the Electronics department sent someone over to help me and another customer. Checked out at 3:55. Poor managementService: Oil change

If there was a zero or negative rating the Walmart on mckellips and greenfield would have received that rating.I received my tire quote at 11:36, after an hour-and-a-half my car had not moved. When I talked to the manager of that department he mentioned there are new people that had been trained and mentioned there were two or three cars ahead of me. I asked him why I had not been told that and told him I would not wait four to five hours for two tires. There are words I could use to describe the actions of Walmart but I'm a gentleman.

There was a power outage for an HOUR or so!And I was waiting for my tires to be rotated and they let me wait until the power came back on. They worked on my car very fast! They were all awesome and very helpful! Great staff! I'm very grateful! Would definetely recommend!

Best circus I've seen in a long time. Ringling brothers have nothing on these guys. I needed a stem valve changed on my tire. Also needed a new tire but they didn't have one there. Guy says no problem. An hour and 45 minutes later I ask what's going on and they say, "oh we've been trying to find you. We can't replace the valve." I'm the only one in the waiting room. It took two hours to tell me they can't do anything. But they said they would put the spare on. Ten minutes later and they say they can't put the spare on either. They said they would put enough air in my tire to get me to the next gas station.

If I could give zero stars I would. All I needed was a new tire on my car to replace my spare, but the person working there told us they weren t taking anymore cars for the day. We arrived there at four in the afternoon . They close at six in the afternoon. There were only two cars being worked on at the moment. One car was getting an oil change and the other car was getting its wheel replaced. We asked the guy if there was any way he could fit us in and he told us he could not because they don t change tires on Sunday, despite us being able to see a car getting its tire replaced. As past reviews have pointed out, nobody there feels like working so I wasn t too surprised by their response, just disappointed. I will not be back anytime soon. Their loss.

Tried to call 10 different times and could not get anyone to answer the phone so I just went down there to get a quote on a set of tires. The guy that tried to help me was no help at all. He told me the price of the tires then the cost of like 3 different charges and fees and looked at me as if he had done his job correctly. I then asked him what's the out the door price and he told me that he would have to get a calculator out and do the math so he could tell me!! Lol! He must have thought I was a walking calculator.... I just shook my head and walked out. How does someone think that when someone is asking for a price quote they shouldn't give them the full price quote??? I ended up going to discount tire co.
