I had my car severely damaged by an auto technician at this location on Jan 8 2024. Writing this on Feb 1 2024, I have not yet been reimbursed for over $600 I had to spend out of pocket to repair the damage that Walmart employees caused. I took my car in for an oil change, a standard maintenance procedure. Instead, the auto tech completely drained my transmission, and while trying to cover their mistake, added transmission to the front differential (NOT the transmission). This meant that my transmission was completely dry when they attempted to drive it from the service lane, damaging the transmission, as they CANNOT be run dry. Additionally, the combination of gear oil that is supposed to be in the front differential and the transmission fluid the tech incorrectly added proves detrimental and began to leak out of the seals on the front differential and burn onto the undercarriage of the car. My mechanic described what took place as complete incompetence . Additionally, the manager, Carlos, proved to be completely incompetent. He did not fulfill a single request he promised me. He was difficult to reach and clearly dodging my calls. The last time I attempted to communicate with Carlos he had the woman working the phones running between his office and the desk phone to deliver his messages to me and mine to him, rather than having me transferred to his office phone to speak to him directly. DO NOT go to Walmart Auto Centers for anything. The risk to your car and to your finances trying to repair the idiotic mistakes made by Walmart staff is not worth the hassle

The Tire & Lube department does a very nice job! They are quick, and the people who work here are helpful and friendly. The prices for an oil change are more affordable than their competitors. Plus, I have the convenience of being able to shop while I wait.

Michael Acosta is an excellent employee. Give that man a raise. I witnessed him going above and beyond for a customer who was being rude, disrespectful, ungrateful and taking advantage of his niceness. The daughter of the customer was watching/learning from her mom treating him like an object. Michael is nice enough to give up his lunch break to please her. The lady walked away still angry and upset. I would fire that customer. Michael took care of this customer so his managers wouldn t have to deal with them. That s a great employee going above and beyond. Watch/listen to the camera footage 3pm 1/11/2024

*Registers R a nightmare still!*Went to 1 newer updated Walmart!Sorry was not familiar with the area, had never been there before!BUT, U only wait in 1 line. They had wrll over a dozen self checkouts!I'm thinking, "O man this is going to take forever & ever!"No!The registers were all in a nice square U shape, so no, long walks or long lines or waiting!!! There was 2 employees to help!1 constantly watching to see which registers were open.1 directing U to the very next register!Only 1 line out, so only 1 person required to observe those finished at the registers!That line was very fast & easy.WOW!It appeared there was a handicap register that was separate on either side to aid those who need extra individual assistance!Wondering why all stores don't set their registers up this way.This will Save Everyone So Much Time!Thank U who ever thought up this design!

Basic oil change and tire rotation. Everything was smooth and in a timely manner. Darcy was very nice and professional. Got what I came for which was good service.

I had an appointment, but when I arrived and asked the workers where to go, they all ignored me and blew me off, so I waited for 30minutes until someone helped me. Then when I went to go pi k up my car I waited for 30minutes until anyone helped me as well. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Went in for an oil change, came out with oil smudges on my windshield, a hairnet left on my passengers side, my belongings moved, and my ac settings messed with. gave the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were busy and bumped things around, whatever. start to drive away and notice my brakes are making an obnoxiously loud clicking noise. yikes. go back inside and explain the issue to the kind employee up front. he says he will get the mechanic. mechanic comes up and says they dont work on brakes. i re-explained the situation and asked if they could just take a look because my car has never made that noise before. he says no, they dont do brakes, but proceeds to tell me im accusing them of things and tries to (incorrectly) explain to me how cars work, im assuming because im a young woman. i explain i have plenty of mechanic friends, i understand full well how brakes work and that the systems are separate, but perhaps something got bumped? he is adamant that they have done nothing to warrant my accusations and im entirely wrong and proceeds to continue to argue with me for another five minutes. dont waste your time, theres someone so much nicer at firestone down the road.

Won t ever go anywhere else! Had a flat and Richie at the front was an absolute ray of sunshine. The customer service is absolutely un-real. I was having such a bum morning and everyone there made me feel so special. Michael A. repaired my tire ( I was so sure I needed a new one and he worked his magic) where did Walmart find him?! Give the man an award because he sets the bar so high.Left there with a big smile on my face and felt taken care of.10/10 speed, quality, serviceThey have that small town charm in making you feel like family, we don t deserve them!

I arrived at 9:20 and ask for an oil change. They told me it would take 2 1/2 hours. I received a text at 12:20 saying the car was ready. I was totally happy with that time. No problem when I got there they handed me cars to a Ford escape. I have a Dodge Caravan so I was a little confused. After several minutes of trying to figure out what was going on somebody came out of the back and said oh we ve been trying to figure out who this dodge caravan belongs to. They said you have three cars ahead of you, so we ll just get it done in about an hour. When I said that s a little unfair, don t you think you should put it right on he said no and I refuse to do your oil change. He gave me the keys and basically kicked me out of the shop.Service: Oil change

Needed a quick battery swap that's under warranty. I worked all day drove to the only Walmart auto center that's open past 6pm, made it there 30 minutes before closed for the man to tell me NO we can't help you with your quick 10 minute job that's under warranty. "But we can do the exchange and I'll take the bad battery out and leave you with no battery because we are closing" !!!...ILL JUST WALK HOME THEN I GUESS!!TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I brought in my bmw S30I and being told that they would check my filter first to see if they have it but when I got a call saying my vehicle was finished they said they didn t do the oil change because they didn t have my filter but they still dropped the oil and put new oil in it and the kind that is not supposed to go in the car. The next day I went to a different shop and they told me that they totally striped my oil plug and that there s threads coming out of the pan and that they just glued the plug on it causing me to have to get a whole new pan, basically saying they totally damaged everything.Service: Oil change

Had an appointment at 1. Got there 10 mins late, but they still started the process of installing my tires. An hour and 20 minutes after I arrived, they finally started on my car. Nearly two hours after my arrival, I walk out and see that not all of my tires are even on yet. Complained to the guy at the register, who went back to talk to them. He tells me one of the machines is broken so they can only do one tire at a time.This wouldn't have been an issue had they actually been working on my car. I stood outside for 15 minutes and they were working on a vehicle that came in way after me, completely ignoring mine.Had they been upfront with me about the broken machine, I would have been understanding. Instead they procrastinated and ignored my car in favor of a later customer's. I'm very irritated with their time management. I only bought from them and came here for the cheap price and the convenience. Will not be coming here for auto service again. Waste of my time. If you're looking for cheap service here, be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting around.

Surprisingly good. I was sceptical about getting car work done at a Walmart, because well it's a Walmart. But I got my 2 rear tires done today at 7am and they were done by 8am, which was pretty good with me because I just walked around the store until then. Tires seem to have been put on fine and this was the cheapest option near me. Will update if something ends up going wrong

Seems like a great group of people working back there. All smiles from everyone, Thank you Michael for being very kind and professional, honest, and helpful. He really helped give me a lot of knowledge that will help in the future it was beyond customer service, Michael shows compassion through his actions and he is the reason why I was happy to do business with Walmart today and will be returning to his location for any and all tires needed in the futureService: Tires

After trying two other Walmart auto centers in the area, this one was the only one that could install two tires in under 3 hours. I went in at 3:15 pm on Sunday, and was driving home by 4:10, less than an hour! Great price on the tires and installation and the employees were friendly and professional.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had an unexpected tire issue on Christmas eve and went in right before close, I understand the frustration about the situation but the employee I delt with was beyond rude the entire time I was there. If I hadn't needed a tire I wouldn't have done my business with him. I hope to not ever need to return to this location.

Personnel is not qualified for the sales or installation of tires. I suggest you spend $20 more dollars and go somewhere better. They do not honor warranty, they are unorganized, they do not follow proper protocol. Be safe everyone!

I came a couple of days ago to get a oil change here at Walmart. I waited in my car 26 minutes with no help from anyone. The employee's where horse playing and playing on there cell phones. I left upset vowing to not return. Against my better judgment I went to the store again to try get my oil changed. This time at 4:25pm, just for the employee to tell me there is no one to do oil changes. I asked what time do you guys stop doing oil changes. I was told, at 4:30.I will not waist my time coming here again. Be warned!

I I called today at 3:32PM to see what the wait time would be to get an oil change on my way into work. The gal said to get there within the hour so they could get me in and out by 5PM. I arrived at 3:52PM and told me they could not perform the oil change today since they had two tire changes. I informed them of my call and that they said to get in now and they would take care of me. Instead, I was interrogated by the guy working asking who I spoke to and that I must have spoken to someone else. So in the pic you can see the number I called. Horrible customer service.

Do not go here!!!!!!!! I do not write reviews, but I decided I should pre warn you all of the poor quality of service they perform here. I took my daughter's car here for a regular oil change, and they forgot to put on the oil pan screw gasket. The car was leaking oil and they denied that it even needed a gasket. I took it to another service center, and they said it definitely was the issue. Since the second service, we are no longer leaking oil. I have never received a call back from service manager at Walmart......

Was told my car would take 2 1/2 hours to get a simple oil change! With no cars being in front of me. Hmm interesting I thought, I went through the store and returned. After a total of 3 hours I went to the desk to check on my vehicle. I was then told it would be another hour! The employees were not professional in anyway and overal I was not at all pleased with the service!

I have had my oil changed here several times because it is right by my house. I have also purchased 6 tires total.1) tires are no cheaper than big o2) the extra $10 you pay for coverage only covers a percentage based on the tires wear even if the damage was due to a completely faulty tire. ( had 3 and counting tires do this of the 6 total) no refunds and discount barley covered the tax.3) total trash tires4) they have put the wrong oil in my car countless times causing my check oil light to stay on until I change it again.To sum things up...I will never give another penny to Walmart tire and lube ever again. I seriously urge others to be cautious when going here. If you are looking for a cheap quick service that's exactly what you get.I still shop Walmart grocery.

Brought my own oil and filter and they tried to charge me the full synthetic price of $45 for a 20min job. I am willing to pay the $29 I was told on the phone, but I will not pay full price for oil I'm not even buying. Total rip off, and I will NEVER have my vehicle serviced here.

I went to get an oil change as routine and everything seemed fine but then later that night my fiance and I were going down to Tucson and heard a horrible metal like noise and were forced to turn around. Then I got the car home to find out that the mechanics didn't put my skid plate on at all and didn't even replace the bolt so now I have a damaged skid plate that was dragging due to their absent mindedness and confidence completely shaken in all ways. Looking to have a full refund and a new oem part replaced by them. Never go here if you value your automobile. Never. Worst experience I have ever, ever had.

I came here to get my battery checked. The employee told me to pull into bay 3 which I did. The employees in the garage like to ignore you until you go into one of the bays and start talking to them. Over an hour goes by and I ask a different employee how my car is doing. She checks and tells me they are charging the battery to see if it will hold a charge. It should be another 15-20 minutes. I kill time by visiting the surrounding stores and come back 45 minutes later and I ask the same employee how my car is doing. She says she will check on it then takes her time to talk to some customers. She says they are just about done and it should be up soon. She doesn t tell me if my battery is good, bad or if they changed my battery. She disappears again then comes back and I ask her the status of my battery. She says they are replacing my battery and acts inconvenienced that I keep on asking questions. Shop at Walmart, you get Walmart service.

Fast in the early morning! Didnt take more than an hour but it wasn't all that busy. They did a good job and the tires were cheap. The guy was super friendly.

I come to this location for convenience but not anymore. I ve had my oil changed here the last time I got one and tried to change mine today again just to be told (AN HOUR after the fact when I ve witnessed the workers just standing around) that my plug is stripped and they can t fix it. Funny how I ve only been going to these guys for a year and now it is not working properly. They stripped the plug, they should replace it free of charge. Now I have to go to a mechanic to get it fixed and bring back my car at a later date. Comepltly unprofessional workers and I m officially done with this location. I ll travel further for competent people who actually know how to treat a customer when they mess something up.

I came here to get my tire looked at since I had a slow leak. I was the second person in line. The lady at the counter told me to pull it up to the bay. I did that. The guy said He needs to take it off to look at it. I go back in line and now behind 2 other people. I tell her I need to have a flat repair order written per the guy in the bay. I m told I now have a hour and a half to 2 hour wait. After an hour I check back and I m told there s still other people in front of me. I asked how I was the second person in line when they opened and now have to wait behind 2 other people. She tells me sorry, you just told me you wanted them to look at it, (which is what he literally and only did). I tell her it s frustrating and i have a 5 hour drive home. She just looks at me and says, well that s all we can do. I m convinced Walmart s new motto should be Not My Problem .
