Absolute theft! They charged me for stuff that wasn t wrong. They charged me for 8 coils but only replaced 4. They didn t need to be change. I went in because my radiator hose was bad. They ended up doing 90% of what I didn t need. Then held my car for ransom. They blamed it on some other mechanic they just fired. How convenient, but because the work was already done, there was nothing they could do. They charged me for an oil change. When does that have anything to do with the cooling system. Great thing I checked the oil level in their parking lot before I left. The paperwork where they charged me said 5 quarts when my vehicle takes 6 quarts. My engine was a quart low.People be cautious when dealing with these people. They are doing some shady business. It s hard to find good honest mechanics and this company does not care.

I bought a battery at AutoZone two days before I took my car to this place for a new radiator and an ignition with extra keys when I got it back about 2 weeks later the window won't roll up and my brand new battery from AutoZone was gone .. 1800 dollars I think they gave me new windshield wipers and put stop leak in my radiator. the reviews for this place have to be fake.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto battery maintenance, Wiper blade installation

Best auto repair shop in the valley. On our way to California, smelled oil burning under the hood of our SUV... Stopped in here for help and met Alex, the fastest, best mechanic ever! He diagnosed the problem in moments. Because he knew we were in a rush to get my elderly mother back home to California, he was able to get the part we needed immediately and, on his lunch break, fixed it for us in a snap! The price was incredibly fair, under the circumstances. He was so kind and reassuring to my frightened mother. Valley Auto Express is the only place I will take our family's vehicles now. So impressed with the quality of service and the kindness shown to my family. If you want the best mechanic in town, his name is Alex. Not only does he have the ability to diagnose and quickly fix problems under the hood of your vehicle, he truly cares about people.... Especially elder people. It's so hard to find a good mechanic these days that does not take advantage of people, especially elderly people. So if you're looking for a good mechanic, look no further. Go to valley Auto Express and ask for Alex.... He's honest, hard-working, and quick. And he won't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. He made sure our vehicle was prepared to cross the Arizona desert. We are forever grateful to Alex and the team at Valley Auto express.

It's hard to find a good mechanic these days. It's even harder to find someone who's honest and dependable, This place is both. Alex and the rest of the crew over there now have a customer for life. I can't thank you enough for getting me back on the road and not over charging me. Alex kept me updated on everything and only replaced what was absolutely necessary to replace. Once again thank you for being so honest and truly caring about your customers. In this day and age that is rare.

Told me they wouldn t charge me the tow if I took my truck to them to get fixed. They still charged me, then charged me and advisory fee after I had told them what was wrong with it. Also stole a phone mount out of my truck and wouldn t do anything about it.. who steals a phone mount? I wouldn t recommend going here at all.Took them a week to actually look at the vehicle, no updates, no calls. Just all around bad service, not sure how they re still open

My daughter had a tire blow at rush hour on the freeway and didn t have the correct lug wrench to change it. I called for a tow and the dispatcher was so friendly and efficient. The driver was as well! Stan at the shop called around to various tire sellers looking for the same tire that blew and couldn t locate the exact one but did find a similar one. And when I requested they just place the spare on, they did so no questions asked. No pressure either. And reasonable price considering the tow! Thanks so much to all of you for treating us so well.

Towing was completed timely and at a reasonable cost! The staff at the auto repair shop was kind and efficient! They care about the quality of work they do and charge reasonably for repairs! My car was back to me faster than I expected! This shop cares about their customers!

Alex helped me with my car situation! He was very professional and answered all my questions with no wondering at the end! Alex also went out of his way to make sure my car was taking care of in a timely manner due to my own circumstances! Great job and I appreciate your service Alex! These guys took care of my truck like it was their baby. Stan was very knowledgeable and understanding of the condition of my vehicle and that I just wanted to get it running, despite any other motor/suspension issues. They replaced the fuel pump which was bad, the fuel filter and checked and filled fluids for the drivetrain. I'd recommend them to anyone needing an honest fixing. Great job guys! Thank you so much!

Our vehicle over heated on July 1,2019. We had our vehicle towed to Valley Express Auto Repair. Stan let us know the time frame and what needed to be repaired. The best case scenario and the worst. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a phone call on July 5th that our vehicle was ready for pick up. George one of the mechanics of explained to us what he found and repaired plus some other recommendations due to a warning light. We were very satisfied with the fast service. Our vehicle seems to be running well. I highly recommend them for your service needs. Thank you Stan and George for working so fast even though you didn t even know we were from out of state.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had regarding car repairs!! Alex was extremely honest and upfront. He went above and beyond to help me figure out what was wrong with my car. I felt like he was helping a friend and not just trying to get money out of me. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs car service. A diamond in the rough!!

HAPPY BEYOND BELIEF!!!!These guys are awesome not only are they professional in the way they handle every aspect of your repair they are very very knowledgable. In need of an emergent tow, we called valley express towing and repair. This is my story, all 5 lug nuts were loose on one wheel and when my father in law drove my truck the wheel came off when he was coming to a stop. Since my wheels have a cover none of the lugs were lost but the truck dropped and sat on the rotor. Valley express towing saved the day with a tow since I could not get any of the lugs back on as one of the bolts was bent.Since it was Sunday afternoon 6:30 pm, all shops were closed so they towed it back to their repair shop. They were very honest and upfront about costs to repair the cracked rotor, replace bolts and lugs and labor. I picked up my truck at 12:30 Tuesday afternoon after they test drove it to make sure nothing else needed repairs.I would highly recommend Valley express towing and repair to anyone who is in need of a tow and possible repairs. They were honest, communicative, affordable, and finished the job rather quickly.They would have been done on Monday but the parts delivery delivered the wrong type of lug nuts so they could not test drive the vehicle Monday afternoon.

Wow just wow Over $1200 for only repairing the back brakes that were literally maybe $300 realistically for parts. we would have been better off taking it to literally anywhere else. These people took advantage of us cuz they saw we where from out of town and they kept our car for over 2 days in the shop to fix the back brakes that anywhere else could have had done in less than a couple of hrs, we thought they where nice honest people but they fooled us and they turned out to just be wolves in sheep's clothing and they ended up f*cking us over in the end. Liars and snakes! Don't trust these people to do honest work!

Left my vehicle 2011 Jaguar XF on Monday August 30th . They didnt get the opportunity to diagnose my vehicle. So I was told it would be looked at 1st thing Tuesday August 31st . I went by at Noon and my vehicle still had not been diagnosed. I was told at that time that it was the next one to be diagnosed. It's now 5:33 pm . I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm not upset that they haven't had the time to diagnose my vehicle, but what most upsetting is that they dont even have the common courtesy to pick up the phone and give me some type of update. Very poor customer service . I'm in the process of trying to purchase this vehicle but I wanted to get it checked out before I finalize my purchase and these guys are making it difficult for me. I will definitely spread the word "Do Not Use Valley Auto Express"

Do not take your vehicle to this place, I was referred to this place by my warranty company, upon arriving to this place Dennis had a horrible attitude with horrible customer service skills, I was trying to explain what I felt was wrong with my car and he kept on and on about how good he is and that he s been doing this for 40 years blah blah blah, horrible customer service at this place, then they outsource my car to discount tire to get the tire pressure system fixed leave my car overnight after I asked them not to and when leaving they backed into another vehicle, they lied to me and told me they don t know what happened to my car, so then I go to the discount tire and they tell me the Mechanic backed into a truck and left didn t stay to do a report overall this place is a joke. DONT GO HERE

Thanks guy's! After Saturday night coming out of Wal-Mart and tried to start my car and the ignition switch went out in my 2011 kia.called for a tow truck and the driver he was very friendly and fast and gave us a ride home and took the car to the shop and it was repaired in a day in a half and we had to order the ignition from kia.thanks Stan at the shop for the up front service and repair.i would come back when I need my next repair thanks guy's! k. I only go here to get my sons interlox device calibrated once a month but i do a lot of waiting. I can tell you one thing i have seen many happy customers leave the place . i always leave satisfied.

Valley Express Auto Repair on Broadway Rd Sold me a motorcycle that broke down 3 weeks after I bought it. The guy who sold me the motorcycle (Richard) would not return my calls or do anything to make it right. BEWARE of Valley Express. When I bought the Motorcycle the salesman told me the bike had been thoroughly gone over. This was obviously a lie. BEWARE- Do NOT Buy from these people or take your car in for repair because if they'll rip you off on a sale they'll most likely rip you off on a repair.

Took my car to Vince for repairs. Service was great, timely, and professional. They even towed my car in for free!! I have never heard of that anywhere (saved me over $100).
