Tuning Gruppe has been my go to shop for the last 15 years. Everything from preventative maintenance on a Legacy GT, custom fabrication of parts for an engine swap into a VW Fox, performance parts for multiple mk3 VR6's, goodies for a mk8 R. Most recently a paint correction and ceramic coat that went beyond expectations on a neglected 175k mile Audi Q7. Real enthusiasts, can't recommend enough.

Tuning Gruppe deserves 5 stars even though I had an unfortunate experience with some of the work performed here.Upon informing Tubing Gruppe of my concerns, they personally stayed on top of it through daily calls, different arrangements to get the car corrected, and just went above and beyond to ensure great service.Mistakes happen, and it is how you handle them that makes all of the difference. Tuning Gruppe may have made a mistake, but they were diligent in ensuring I was happy as a customer and the car was right. You can rest assured that come hell or high water, in my opinion Tuning Gruppe will help however they can within reason.

Tuning Gruppe is the best, for real. I needed a clutch replacement on my GTI and they got me set up with a stage 2 for $1000 less than the dealership I had been going to and then went above and beyond to help me out with a side issue of a blown out tire. I live in Glendale but will happily haul myself over to Mesa for service from now on because my car is like 30% of my personality and it feels good to have a shop I truly trust.

Parker and the crew are great to work with, I ve been taking my Audi here since 2018 and my interactions with everyone here is Always stellar and professional! Today was a great example - I was doing my oil change at home when my old filter would not budge. These guys got me in last minute, took great care of both myself as a customer and my Audi beyond even just the filter issue and gave me lunch, too! I m a forever patron here, and I m glad to see they are expanding into DSMs. When I m ready to do my K04 upgrade, I will for sure be scheduling the work here. Thanks TG team

i have both a business and personal relationship with the team at TG. i can honestly say there arent many mechanics i trust, however i wouldnt (and dont) hesitate to refer people to them to have work done. they not only service my personal vehicles, but my entire family, and all of my customers who need mechanical work as well. i own a collision repair shop, and sometimes cars require more than aesthetic repair, so they are my go to when i need and sort of mechanical repairs done on customer cars. over the years our relationship has become more than business to business, and ive come to not only trust, but love the team and the work they do. i wouldnt hesitate to tell anyone this is where you need to take your vehicle.

These guys take car of my sons car everytime we call for help. Parker and Eric are so knowledgeable and have great customer service. Constantly updating us and being open and honest when there are issues needing repairs. Thanks guys!!!!!

Thank you Tuning Gruppe they installed my HPA intake manifold and HPA K04 turbo and did the tune on my MK6 GTI also installed oil catch can. Work took about 2 weeks. Eric is great very nice and talked to me about everything. I'm very happy with the work no issues and this was done about 2 months ago. I'm still interested in more power options will definitely be taking the car to them later down the road. You guys are awesome! Thank you! Car runs great!

I recently went to tuning gruppe to get my b9 Audi s4 tuned. I was thrilled with the experience they gave me. After I left I noticed I wanted to go stage 2 instead of 1 and I called and they got me in within that hour and it was tuned and finished after 30 minutes. They have a great team here and I will definitely be using them again! Thank you!

Tuning Gruppe was recommended to me as I was new to the area. I own 2 Audis and will trust Dave and his team to keep my cars safe and well maintained. I highly recommend them to give your car the love that it needs to stay vital and running.

Can't recommend Eric/David & the team over at Tuning Gruppe enough. They did various work on my 2011 GTI from things such as an intercooler install to a valve cover reseal, everything they've done over the years have been done right & never given me issues (all while being reasonably priced as well). I recently picked up a new 2021 GTI & I will refuse to take it to any other shop for maintenance or performance upgrades because these are the only guys I trust in the valley.

I had a Great experience working with Tuning Gruppe! I have taken my 2016 Q50 3.0tt to them on two occasions now. The first time was for hks blow off valves and mishimoto oil catch can install. The second was for ams lower down pipes and ams heat exchanger install. These guys are professionals and treat their customers right along with provide quality work at a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

I ve taken my cars to Tuning Gruppe since my first VW purchase in 2008 and have never had anything bad to say! From my 98 Jetta, to my 2010 Nissan, to now my 2014 Jetta, they ve kept my vehicles in top shape every step of the way. I recommend them not only to friends and family with European vehicles, but, all vehicles alike, knowing full well that if it is something they cannot do or take in, David and Eric will find another place that they use personally, and send you their way, with a direct referral from them to the other shop. You can t go wrong with choosing these guys!

Purchased two vehicles from Dave and would highly recommend to anyone! He made the car buying process simple and easy versus playing the back and forth game for hours like at most dealerships. The car is great and I couldn t have asked for a better experience.

Parker and the guys at Tuning Gruppe are second to none. They have Amazing customer service and do very clean work. Parker gave me multiple options to upgrade my engine as well as lower and change out the suspension in my Audi Allroad. It s quick and rides perfect. I couldn t be more happy. Detail Dave repaired and paint corrected bad overspray on the entire vehicle and got the paint to like new condition. The car looks and runs fantastic. I've taken my GTI there a couple of times. Everytime the work was completed on time and correctly.When looking for aftermarket parts, they took their time to explain the different options and costs.

I've taken my e92, my e36, and my f82 BMWs to these guys for years. They are some of the best in the biz. Trustworthy, affordable, and knowledgeable. Couldn t properly install an exhaust. Brought it back to be tightened down but they claim the leak was just turbo noise. They took my car out to diagnose the sound and just floored it around the block 3 times.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

whole heartedly would never recommend this shop. The only time a shop can truly drive me away is being dishonest. first service was an ok experience. i had coil-overs installed on my 2008 Audi a4, (not 2007 like they wrote on my tag) its small but i had another shop check out their work and for the most part they did a good job. happy with the pricing too, that is until they sent me out to get inner tie rods, which i was ok with and they did get whatever else i was missing, that i appreciate. until i got the car back and they told me the coil-overs they just installed for me didn't have adjustable dampening. if you install a product then charge an extra 400 without finishing your work for the first time i brought the car in and lying to me by obviously not checking on anything i asked for, thats unacceptable in my book. i will never be bringing my car back here, which is disappointing, but i have found a better shop in north scottsdale that just did another big service for me. Very happy with the new shops work and the process compared to tuning gruppe. put them side by side and this shop would go out of business. they dont deserve a 1 star because for the price the work is reflective of how much you get. a euro shop on a tight budget this will be a low end ok choice.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Purchased a vehicle from David, and it was a complete wreck with stories and lies. Metal shavings in oil pan. Needed new motor. Stay far away! Lots of money and time wasted on my dream car.

These guys are legit. They did a set of Eibach Pro kit springs with new strut bearings and dog bone mount on my 2017 GTI and the car is amazing to drive now. High recommend these guys, they are not push or trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don t need. They have a customer for life. Would give more stars if I could. Looking forward to my next project on the car for them to handle. Update just had David and the crew update my suspension to solo works coilovers and couldn t be happier with there work and the product they sold me. 10 out of 10 again.

So I met Adam at love's like six months ago both getting Sunoco race fuel saw he had a Tuning Gruppe window decal so I wanted to check them out for a liqui moly oil change, tire rotation and fluid check which happened today. Very impressed with techs and owners Dave and Eric. Great crew all around at this shop for all your import and go fast goodies needs, highly recommended!DaveBMW F31
