I bought a truck from these guys 6-7 years ago and had no problems at all!! But I recently bought another truck from them in April and have had nothing but issues this truck has gone through multiple transmissions since I bought it.. I get stuff happens.. I will no longer go to Trucks Only for anything ever again.. the service center in beyond terrible they have very poor communication, poor Customer service skills and poor POOR time management. Also they will hand you your keys to your truck/Car to you say have a wonderful day with oil all over your vehicle!!! Fuel level and DEF Empty.. I believe in take pride in your craftsmanship and these guys do not I hope you take this into consideration if you plan to use Trucks Only wish I could give 0 stars..Service: Transmission

Quality, professionalism, flexibility, friendliness... I don't know what else to say. The team at Trucks Only in Mesa sets the example for customer service! And, did I say quality? They do great work! They installed a 6.5" Zone Offorad lift on my 2018 RAM 2500. I'm very happy with the results!

I want to thank all the gentlemen over at Trucks only Service, Dave and his Team have exceptional customer service! They followed up with me everyday and kept me informed even when they didn't always have the news I wanted to hear. I appreciate this more than they know. The worst service ever when it comes to their engine lifetime warranty my trucks been at the service shop for a month now Ive been patiently waiting for a response as to when my truck will get worked on and I finally decide it s been way to long. When I called the guy just tells me he ll call back in a sec. It s been 3 hours now and when I call I don t get an answer.

I heard they were the best off-road guys in town. I was in town for 2 days and heading back to ND. They got me in and repaired my front end so I could get back on the road safely. Ended up being 300 cheaper than the estimate that Never happens! They were friendly and professional I will be back and I will recommend them to people I know. Word of mouth is everything. Came here for an oil change on July 8th. When they gave the keys, got into the car, the driver's window was open. I pressed the close button, but it didn't automatically close like it used to. I don't know what they did with the window, but I had to fiddle around to make it auto-close like before. Because of that, before leaving, I decided to look under the hood, the entire engine compartment was in drops of oil. I ask for a rag and wipe everything myself. The next day, I had a puddle of oil on my garage floor. I was afraid they didn't tighten the oil filter well. Climbed under the car, the filter was tightened well, but the whole engine and front suspension were in engine oil. I wiped everything. I was in this service for an oil change a few months ago, there was no such mess. I bought this truck here and planned to service it here to maintain the engine lifetime warranty, but now I think I need to look for another service.

Quick help battery went out they changed it before I even realized it thanks guys went to work when I already called off they fixed my vehicle so quickly

Dave and his team has been very accommodating and helpful. Things didn t turn out the way it was supposed to, but Dave found a solution to the situation and didn t leave me manage my own problem. They were swamped with work and they made space for me. I understand the positive reviews of the other customers. As Arnold said, I ll be back!

Dave and his crew are the best! They took the best care of my car and Dave explained to me what was needed to fix it. They're awesome mechanics but what I liked more is that they're just good people. Dont pay for the warranty they are going to do everything they can to screw you over. Ive been paying on my car for 4 years. Everytime something happened they gave some excuse on why the gap or extended motor warranty wouldnt be available. This time they told me the turbo went out in my car, then they said it was the head gasket, then the valve cover gasket and finally said the motor was blown and not holding pressure. Told me that since we didnt do the oil changes at their shops they werent going to honor the warranties. Said that the policy had changed within the last year. We werew not informed of any policy changes! When i left they told me they didnt know why the car kept stalling out. We drove it there without it stalling so when we pulled over we found there was no fluids in my car, which i had just filled a week before bringing it to their shop. No motor oil, no coolant. Which were full when i dropped it off. They said they didnt touch the fluids. Took it to our trusted mechanic who did his own diagnostics and said none the the problems they stated were the case at all. They were going to charge us $7,000+ to fix the car with problems that didnt even exist!They wanted $7,000 to replace the coil packs and spark plugs!

Pete was very nice. I had my oil changed and the tires balanced and rotated. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. My only complaint is that they did not put back on any of the stem covers.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Very positive experience through the whole process. I appreciate Mike and Jimmy fitting me in to diagnosis the issues.Mike's communication was very professional and helpful through every step. I'm extremely happy to get my car back on the road ahead of schedule at a great price, I'll be highly recommending, to everyone I know, that they bring their vehicle in for service.

I had such a great experience with the guys in fleet! The customer service was excellent I got taken care of as soon as I walked in through the door and my vehicle was worked on immediately. Ryan especially exceeded all my expectations he went above and beyond to make sure my truck was safe and in flawless condition when I picked it up. Will recommend these guys to anyone and everyone looking for a great deal and a great company and great service! Thanks trucks only!!!

I took our Ford E-350 Conversion Ambulance in to get the oil changed, fluid checked, alignment etc (nothing major just a standard service).Dave the manager was actually assisting with de-escalating an upset customer over the phone when I arrived- he was calm, reassuring, and took his time explaining the issues (the waiting room isn t very big so easy to hear everything). Mike, the service adviser took great care and was very knowledgeable. He broke down pricing for me before the services were conducted, and I actually ended up leaving my vehicle with them for the day so they could add on a service (undercarriage protection).The vehicle was ready when they said it would be and the total on the invoice was also exactly what they said it would be. (Including the $69 alignment special that Shad had provided over the phone when I made my service appointment).Everyone there was helpful, consistent in their professionalism and it felt like a real all hands in operation.We will definitely be returning for services next time we are in AZ.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Body & Trim, Oil change

Really good experience with Pete, also the alignment Technician. They were very professional and provided great customer service. Took my Lifted Silverado in for an alignment and I m completely satisfied with everything! I showed up late Sat after failing emissions and Dave went above and beyond to assist in getting me in first thing Monday. I was there at 4 pm which was about an hour early and found out that he had billed much less than we had discussed. While the initial diagnosis suggested something much more expensive the tech found a much easier and much cheaper fix. While he left the decision to me he could have gone ahead with original repairs and charged much more. Honesty and customer service. This was refreshing so I had them do the shocks on my vehicle also.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

These Truck specialists were very helpful rescuing our Tahoe from a dangerous combination of problems that almost rendered the vehicle undriveable. My SUV started losing power on the freeway and lit up many lights on the dashboard. So my best friend recommended I take it to Trucks Only service Center because she had been pleased with their service. I called, spoke with Mike and he very kindly gave me a date and time to take in my vehicle. They assured me that they would do a full diagnostic for no charge and help me the best they could. I took it in and they came through! Ryan helped me the afternoon that I dropped it off. He was so kind and understanding. They called me first thing the following morning to tell me they found a loose connector and had taken care of it. My truck was good to go and Ryan refused to charge me! They now have a new customer and I will be referring all of my family and friends to them!!

I have taken my Nissan here for service about 3 times. The guys here are beyond AMAZING! Not only are they professional, kind but HONEST. I always get the best deal and work here. They are about quality work and satisfying customers. It's not about making money! Thank you for your help with my X-terra! I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could! Everyone who works here were extremely helpful and very professional in all aspects! They are really knowledgeable and aim to inform/ teach the customer. They provide high quality work for a great price, they don't over charge like most of the shops in the valley? I know it takes most people years to find a great family mechanic, I can definitely say I found the one for me! For now on if I need any work done on my Jeep? I know where to turn too!

In short this place is amazing. It was like working with a friend. Friendly, on time, and just simple amazing. It's important to say that I am 45 minutes away but will rather drive 45 and work with this team than to go to a local place. I bought the lifetime oil change package from Trucks Only Service Center. It's been one if the best decisions I've made so far. I've been coming here for mechanical needs as well. They're quick, efficient, & thorough. They don't over charge. Their prices are very reasonable. They're all friendly as well!

We had a terrible experience. I don't think we will be coming back. The warranty is useless. I'm paying for it for nothing. Inconveniently the sensor that was wrong with my truck isn't covered under the warranty that I was offered and told it would be covered. I'm getting charged over $800 for a sensor that is 100. I fixed it on my own and saved money. Trucks back to normal. The guy who answers the phone in your service department is terribly rude. I never received a call back as he said he would and when I called he told me to not call again till he calls me with an update. Still waiting.

We couldn't figure out the problem but they stayed patient with me until we finally figured it out even having technicians go with me in the truck with me to see if we could find out and resolving my problem each time that I have went in.. And they do have the cheapest full synthetic oil change in the city that I have found. They have a great management team who are positive upbeat and very funny which is what we need these days. Nice place, wonderful people! They were kind, courteous and listened to my concerns. Unfortunately they could not fix my problem cracked block and a hole in the AC compressor but they only charged me for the tire I needed. Want to say first off that I always have good experience with trucks only. I always buy alI my vehicles from them and they always got the deals to purchase what I m looking for .. I always take all my vehicles to them to service them no matter what it is and they always get the job done for affordable cost and on time and do a good job .. there communication is very clear and always give you the best options. I recommend using them for all you mechanical issue or problems as-well as buying vehicles from them .. any vehicle that need to be fix or problems go and talk to Dave next door at the service departments and Mike and they will definitely take care of you for sure Thanks guys for being there for me always no matter what I need from purchasing my vehicles or service vehicles Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Brake service & repair, Oil change

The guys at Trucks Only Service are always professional, friendly, and answer every question you may have. Best thing is No Upsell!!!! I hate going to get an oil change and being told that you need 10 different things done when you know you don t. None of that here. I bought my truck at this location and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.Service: Oil change
