I was referred to Russ and the Pit Stop several years ago, and couldn t be more pleased with the level of service I ve received in the many visits since then. Russ and Dave know their stuff. I m not exactly a car expert , so it s important to go somewhere I trust I m not getting upsold or taken advantage of, yet will get the job done. The Pit Stop fits that description perfectly. Prior to going there, I d take my car to the dealership for repairs, feeling I was in good hands. Once I realized that price savings and specialized care I received from a local shop like the Pit Stop, I haven t looked back. It s now the only place I ll trust for mine and my family s auto repair.

Prior to trusting the Pit Stop to service all my car needs, I would bring my families vehicles to some of the larger chain auto shops due to convenience. I would always be grossly overcharged and consistently hassled with repairs that my vehicle DOES NOT NEED. I was referred to check out the Pit stop by a friend, and will never look back. Russ and his team simply get the job done, do so with integrity, and charge a fair rate. So after many years of wasting my money by taking my SUV to the Mercedes dealership I finally decided to try a local car repair/maintenance place and oh my gosh am I glad I did. A friend referred me to The Pit Stop a few months ago and every experience I have had with them has been amazing. They did my 100k Maintance for a fraction of the cost Mercedes quoted and all was done the same day. I even had them repair a scratch plus dent I had in my front bumper and it turned out perfect! Like it never happened. I was worried the paint color would be off since Mercedes always try s to act like their stuff is so specially, but it turned out absolutely perfect.The guys working there were super friendly and I never felt talked down to or taken advantage of like I usually experience at any other car repair places. So glad I was introduced to The Pit Stop. It is definitely the only place I ll be taking my car now for all its maintenance.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

It's always a scarey time dropping one of your largest investments off at a mechanic...this shop has the ability and knowledge to diagnose and complete repairs in a timely manner and in my personal experience it has been a dream to do business with them..I love my cars!!!.. I also love the car culture..THIS ISNT A FLUFF REVIEW.. this shop is one of the best... clean,honest and the work I've received has been top notch...Karl

My tire went flat down the street, I was driving to the local gas station and saw the shop. I pulled in and they filled my tire without a charge. I truly appreciate them doing that because it saved me a lot in tire and rim damage! It may seem like a little thing but to me it was huge because I didn't get stuck out in the heat!

I brought my vehicle into this shop for a rear main seal in march 2015....day after I got it back it was leaking 10x worse than when I first brought it in. I immediately got on the phone with Dave Jones (mechanic who worked on my vehicle) he said to get ahold of him before the following weekend so he could actually fix the problem this time. I called that friday only to find that he then would avoid my phone calls for the next 4 months. Keep in mind that I paid $400.00 cash 2 weeks in advance , and I explained that I was a single mother of 3 and depend on this vehicle. Since then I filed a report with the Better Business (B.B.B.) They emailed me saying that they left message asking for response to my claim- but they never received a response-asking if maybe they had resolved issue on their own....I responded "No". I then called and attempted to get a name of the owner or manager.....they refused , when I asked why they said because you might be a solicitor....I responded that I was a very unsatisfied customer....the man raised his voice, and didnt even try to ask me for a single thing to help him understand the situation.....he then ended the phone call by hanging up on me.....How many reading this are eager to have this business be your be your next mechanic when you cant even get anyone to honor the work performed at their place of business.... most unprofessional business will not get a single star from me and I WILL see you in court. You left no other choice.

Russ and Dave at the Pit Stop in Mesa AZ have always taken care of my automotive needs. I also buy cars from them even though I m in the car business. Best mechanic I ever had work on my car.. told him and even made the sounds my car was making..ober the phone..few quick detail questions he asked me Bak and he told me exactly what 4th problem cud be or what else it might be. Turned out.. he was right on bothAwesome Daey

We brought our Buick in for repair, they said they needed to replace the fuel injectors. We got them done the fuel smell became worse. Returned the car for the repair warranty, the problem remains. We took our car some place else for a diagnostic, it turns out that there was nothing wrong with the fuel injectors, it's just not venting the gas tank, most likely a plugged line. One of the mechanics cussed my husband out, so not cool.
