I found this place in Google reviews probably 7 years ago for my 80 year old mother. It got great reviews back then, and I checked them out and felt safe that they wouldn't take advantage of her. She's been using them every since, and they have always treated her great and even didn't charge her when it was something small or simple. My family has now moved here to Arizona, and I used them for an oil change and service. They were spot on, great service, friendly, and fast. The price was reasonable, and the work was done right. What more can you ask for?

Such great service and friendly, knowledge mechanics! My car's problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved at a more than fair price. I'm so glad this shop was recommended to me and I will be trusting them with any problems in the future! I highly recommend them to everyone! :)

I have been a regular customer for awhile. Ever since a shop down the road handed me a list of things needed for over 4,000.I have an old infinity, yes. 2002. But only 50,000 miles on it. Anyway it isn t always easy to get to the problems on this model.Sunland staff are very good and honest and I recommend them highly. I got my front breaks fixed, so there will be no Thelma and Louise ending for me on switchbacks. Thanks again everyone. I m thankful for the shuttle service too. LauraBeep Beep

Took my 2009 town and country in for leak and to check out. Got it in quickly. Radiator had hole in it. Replaced it. Changed oil, replaced back brakes and rotors, and tranmission cooling lines all in a day. Took it in on Thursday. Friday around 10 it was ready. Was reasonable priced for work done. Communicated very well. I would definitely recommend Sunland to anyone that needs mechanic work. The only thing I would recommend is to leave your vehicle, they are very busy.

It s hard to find a quality mechanic you can trust. I ve been using these guys for years and will never go elsewhere. In my opinion, best auto shop in the east valley. Most recent service, Scott & his team determined I had an issue with the start/stop switch in my Honda HRV. They didn t have it in-house so they called around, found one, drove across town to get it and installed it. All said and done, they were able to diagnose and repair in the same day and have me on my way. That s how they ve been with all of my services. Fast, reliable, and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

Time is valuable.As far as the work on my car it was done correctly and competitively priced. However they are so busy they really need to think about hiring more mechanics or expanding to meet the demand. They are so busy it takes an extremely long time to get your vehicle serviced and for me I had to have a rental car then extend the rental, which then cost me even more money. If you have another vehicle or rides available while your car is serviced I would highly recommend this shop. Otherwise if it is minor service, I would skip it and go elsewhere.

It is always a pleasure doing business with Sunland Auto Service. I used to dread scheduling timely service on my cars. At other businesses, I would be kept waiting hours for scheduled service appointments. Not at Sunland Auto! They keep their scheduled appointments almost to the minute and service is timely. Their knowledge of new as well as used cars is outstanding. Parking is a little tight, but it is expected with such a fine company!

Honest, hardworking, good people that don't beat around the bush, or try to rip you off. Service was fast, front desk was friendly, car was taken in and done within two days. Highly recommend to anyone.

WARNING!!!! My car has been there three times in three months and I once again was left stranded. They said they could get me in Friday, and as I pay $$$$ for yet another rental, they ignore our calls and just now, four days later, inform me they will not be taking my vehicle! So single, Moms, beware, you could be left stranded time and time again, your safety compromised, and your bank account diminished!

I had my brakes replaced here and about a year later they began making noise. I took the car back in and Scott replaced everything that had been done a year prior and made sure they were done right. Thank you Scott!

I have my new family mechanic ! We found Sunland Auto Service and saw its high reviews and thought we would give them a shot. I am so glad we did! The owner Scott took great car of me and my car! Took my car in at 8:30 am and they everything done by 5:00 same day! Scott was upfront and honest about what the car needed, and the costs. no surprises and no run around. I can see why Sunland Auto Service has so many great reviews! If you are looking for the same kind of mechanic for your vehicle take your car on over to Scott and he will do you right! I can t say enough about the great service I received today! Thank you Scott and all the folks over at Sunland Auto Service!

Honest, fair-priced, quick, customer-minded, courteous, and quality work! Sunland is about as perfect as you can get when it comes to car repair. Love this place! I took my car in last Monday after it started acting up Friday nite . I was going to take it to another location sat because I was afraid my car would not hold until Monday but after reading the reviews of that place I decided to wait until Monday and take it in to Sunland auto instead. They were very helpful they were quick and the price was reasonably...if they had more stars to give I would give them more. Thank you so much*After 5 years still taking my cars to this place scott and the guys are very good at their job! Very reasonable prices ! They will check ur car and tell u what u need to fix/replace and nothing extra ! Like other places do ...is hard to find places with good moral compass now a days !

By far the best place you can go for repairs and maintenance. Take your vehicle to Sunland, you will be a repeat customer.Updating to say that our experience at Sunland, over many years, has been excellent. The expertise and customer service are fantastic.

Local place, always packed. Got me in and out with a new battery in 10 minutes or so. They were packed. Lady took my keys, and money. Ha, Ha. Very good.

Scott and his crew have been a major part of my family s automotive needs for many years but my last visit requires a special note to all.I recently took my highly restored classic car in for some special attention because Sundland is the only place in town that I can really trust with my special baby.scotts crew quickly trouble shoot and make the my requirement's a reality .thanks buddy

Didn't want to end up at the mechanics so soon but these people shined through and made it the best experience possible. Always reasonable and so easy to deal with. The prices are fair, the staff is suoer knowledgeable and the communication is top notch. I don't think we've ever been treated better.

We have been looking for a good mechanic. We left a different mechanic after several problems arose. My husband was pleased to find Sunland. The owner and the mechanics both spoke to him about the issues and it was nice to get some answers, and have an actual conversation about the problem. I was very pleased to see my favorite mechanic from the other location had transferred over. Was very happy with the reasonable cost.

The owner, Scott, is amazing! The staff is wonderful. We have been taking our cars here for 4 yrs now and trust them implicitly! Very honest, great work ethic!Update: it's been 6 yrs now and we will not take our car anywhere else. 6 months ago car broke down and we had to take it to another mechanic because they were so busy and we couldn't get in until the next week and we needed it the next day. we took it to a friend's mechanic and 6 months later...same problem came up....we took it back to Scott this time! They're worth the wait!

Scott and Steve were outstanding. I took my Sprinter Van into them because I was leaking diesel and coolant and needed to pass emissions. They quickly diagnosed the issues, sourced the parts for repair, and got me up and running in half the time I anticipated. Steve and Scott provided the level of attention to detail and prompt service I expected at MB, but never received. These guys understand customer service. Not to mention they really know how to hustle a large vehicle around their parking lot. Odd to say, but I'm looking forward to working with these guys again in the future (even though I won't want to)!

After researching what I thought might have been the issue with my car, I was expecting around a $500 bill. They determined it was a much lesser issue than I had thought and parts and labor were only $130. Its a super busy place, so if you are looking for a quick turnaround, that may not happen. They needed to keep the car overnight, which was not an issue for me, but might be for someone that needs a speedy repair. Service staff were very friendly. Looking forward to having them do some additional work on my 2005 Acura.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I don't think you can find a better, more honest, more knowledgeable auto shop in the Valley. I've been bringing multiple vehicles here for myself and 2 kids for 10+ years. Scott, current owner and previous manager, and current manager Tom, have been angels on my shoulder through some problematic vehicles. A good auto shop can be so hard to find. Look no further.

I took my car in for an issue that I had with how it was shifting. For some reason, it would struggle to shift when in low rpms and kind of jolt forward. I was taking it to a different shop for years and took the car in for the same issue twice in just two weeks. They kept telling me the car was fine and that they couldn't find any issues. This was not the case. So I decided to try Sunland Auto because it was close by my home and had some great reviews. I brought it in right when they opened and within two hours, they called and told me that they found out what the issue was with the car. Apparently there was a bad sensor or connection that had to do with the airflow in the car. I was so relieved that it was something so simple that was causing the issue. And I was astonished that Sunland got the car up and running the same day. I will definitely be giving them my business again. They are a very professional and reliable company that has gained my trust and my appreciation.Service: Electrical
