I generally have bad experiences with auto shops. Either bad work done or bad attitude salesman....however,I have brought 4 different vehicles to this shop and have always left happy. The repairs last. The prices are always fair and I haven't ever had to wait longer than expected. I have always received great communication throughout the process and they always hook up my kids when they come in. I absolutely trust this shop and it's a huge relief for me. Prior to finding these guys I went to a different shop every time and was never satisfied. I highly recommend THIS sun devil auto. Your definitely in good hands when you bring in your vehicle.

Second time coming in here for routine maintenance. As a female, there s always a worry about taking your car in and getting taken advantage of.From scheduling an appointment online, drop off, consultation to pick up the experience here is seamless. I had googled the service expectation for my routine maintenance. They informed me what was needed, let me choose what I could do in that moment and provided information for what I could do later.I ll be loyal to them as long as they re in my area.

We worked with Sid up front. Great customer service and patience while working with our warranty. Warranty companies are not the easiest to deal with but Sid did an amazing job. He answered all our questions and made sure good quality parts were installed. All work that was completed was clean of any fluid that may have leaked out. Would highly recommend.

Had to take my wife's SUV in as possibly radiator leak, found out it was just a clamp that needed tighten. No charge. However there was a diagnostic fee as how they found it and found a few other things needed done. All done within a day. That was great. However they are always seems to be 1/2 day to 1 day behind on the schedule getting vehicles worked on. Great staff there and very knowledgeable.

Easy to get an appointment within 24 hrs. Fast, efficient service with a 2 year warranty on labor and parts. Very friendly to work with. I have found my forever auto repair shop.

I went to Sun Devil for the first time for an alignment check. Saturday is first come first serve. I was there right when they opened. Two other people in line couldn t say enough great things about Sun Devil. Frank was awesome!! He was kind, polite and thoroughly explained the problems, solutions and cost with me. To my surprise, the alignment check included a complete overall check! My car is approaching 100k miles so it was great to know the status of my overall car health! I highly recommend Sun Devil on McKellips. I will definitely take my car to them from now on.

Always helpful and fair. Sun Devil Auto only does work that is needed and adjust the cost. This is our second time dealing with them and they have always been more than fair and go out of their way to assist us with our auto needs.

I had my vehicle towed here, it was diagnosed as a seized engine. I had it towed back to my house, and after 15 minutes, I was able to find that it had a seized alternator, and the engine was fine. There is a significant difference in cost here. I was refunded the diagnostic fee, but I'm still out of money for a tow truck. I wonder what would have happened if I had authorized the $7,500 for the engine replacement.

I had some work done just before Christmas that turned out to be very problematic; however, when I reached out to the support email address provided in response to my original one-star review, I was immediately contacted and put in touch with the district manager of the area who promptly took care of the issues in the nicest manner possible! They really stood behind making the customer happy in my case. So thank you Chris and James.

I go here all the time because they provide excellent service & are great at communicating with me! I always get updates about my vehicle or made aware of any issues. This last time I went they really helped me out when I was in a hard place financially. Thanks SunDevil Auto!!

For the first time ever I decided to use Sun Devil Auto for my truck repairs mostly because they got me in right away and as far as I can tell right now they fixed all my problems in a rather quickly manner the workers there were right on point as far as I can see right now I would recommend this shop over any dealership and hands down way better than Big O Tire

My battery died and the auto store I bought a new one at tested my alternator and said it needed to be replaced. After getting a quote, I went to Sun Devil and was surprised to receive a call later telling me that they checked the alternator before replacing it and it was working fine. A less honest mechanic would have replaced it anyway and charged me for it.But that's not all. The staff is also helpful and friendly. Sid is awesome. He worked with me through the entire process from phone call and quote to dropping off my car to giving me the good news in the end. His patience and demeanor were greatly appreciated. I am not a car guy and he answered my questions and put me at ease.In my experience, having a mechanic that can be trusted is a rare and valuable thing and I am grateful to now have Sun Devil Auto.

Not too happy this time with the service and oil change. My low tire pressure indicator keeps lighting up, and my windshield washer fluid was not filled. No wonder it took less time than usual.
