I've driven by this place so many times. Always looks great from the street. When we pulled up, we were greeted so nicely. I did not feel attacked by a bunch of salespeople, which was so nice. Juan took the time to get to know us and was very honest and funny. He wasn't pushy and let me tell him what I wanted, and I took the lead around the lot. He was able to show us so much more than I expected. They have a shop on the lot where all vehicles are inspected and cleaned up and maintained before they are sold. They give a 3000-mile warranty on every vehicle so they make sure all vehicles are in great clean working condition. I love that they are huge supporters to our military that was a big plus for me. Very easy smooth financing process even if credit is good or bad. They were beyond amazing. Can't wait to refer more people here. Oh and they give a $300 referral gift to you!!!!

I have been meaning to write a review for a month now. This dealership is full of cars that got the right price. Not to mention their service dept. Holy moly let me tell you that this service department knows exactly what they are doing and they take good care of you. Their was tons of things going wrong with my car. I took it to big ol tires and got a estimate. Their estimate was wrong. What they said was wrong with my car was also wrong. I took it into Sullivan's and immediately they took me seriously and without them I would have been screwed. Big ol tires would have taken all my money and not even have fixed my car. Sullivan motors service department is where I am sending all my friends and family because I trust them. Thank you service department team. These words are not enough. We have nothing but good things to say about the folks at Sullivan Motors. All personnel that we dealt with were very courteous and professional. Most importantly however was their willingness to listen as to what we were looking for in a vehicle. Khalid and mike found the vehicle with the things that we wanted and because we did trade our old vehicle in were willing to negotiate a fair deal that worked for both of us. From sales floor to the finance dept. we had a very positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend the people from Sullivan Motors

James Dembecki was my sales guy and did a great job. I'm located in TX and he definitely worked his butt off to assist me in this purchase. Always answered every question I had and facilitated pics and vids of everything I requested. After reading the below, I hope James can get into a better company. Thanks James for all the assist brother, your awesome.That being said, management and finance definitely needs improvement. The purchase of the vehicle started at the end of Feb and they could not get everything done until last week for me to go pickup the vehicle (29Mar24). The out of state purchasing was a horrible.DO NOT TRUST finance with your credit card info! Do a bank transfer or send a certified money order. My father helped me out with part of the required down payment ($1,000 out of $3,000) until I could get the money together with a 401k loan and selling of some stocks. I repaid my father a week later and had the funds available to make the rest of the deposit ($2,000) when I picked up the car.When I picked up the vehicle (29Mar24), I made the payment of $2,000 for the rest of the down payment onsite. I was given a receipt, got the keys, and drove the car back to TX.My father called me in route and told me they had charged his CC for $1030 and wanted to know why. They did not have any authorization to do so and I still don't know why the did that. If there was any issue, they should have contacted me. The fact that they ran my father's CC (info that was given other the phone), tells me that they saved this CC information illegally somehow (the CVV) and ran up charges without consent. This is paramount to CC fraud.I have attempted to call finance multiple times and have even emailed with no response. The charge on my father's CC has since been reported as fraud. Not sure why they can't just answer the phone and explain what the situation was.They do have a great selection of cars and I would purchase from them again, just not giving any CC info ever again.Regards,Daniel

I would give FIVE STARS to my salesman Juan, who was excellent in his communication and balancing multiple needs and concerns. He had such a positive attitude and was never pushy for a sale. He had many work vehicles to choose from, and I ended up purchasing the work van I needed.Everything after the purchase agreement has unfortunately gone downhill.I traded in my truck twelve days ago and they have yet to pay off the remaining balance on the loan to my credit union. I have called several times and been told the check will be in the mail "tomorrow". Who even mails a paper check anymore when electronic payments are so simple? Their accounting department has no explanation as to why another week after the last "tomorrow" it still hasn't gone out, but this is causing me difficulty because I need the lien release for other reasons.I am starting a new business, and even with excellent credit this outstanding loan is causing me problems. In addition to this, we signed an IOU at the time of purchase in which Sullivan agreed to several items on the van being modified by the service department. Due to the fact that Service is "slammed," I am missing necessary parts that I need in order to efficiently use the van for work, and can't have them installed until three weeks later.I thought that Sullivan was a large and reputable dealership but these things indicate that they are not a very trustworthy one. Sullivan was recommended to me by another local contractor as a good place to buy work vehicles, but I will not be recommending them to anyone else.

I traded in my truck for a newer truck in October at this place. The newer truck broke down after I got out of work and wouldn't start so I had it towed here within the first week. Two months later I'm told I need a new engine. Last week I was told the manager no longer works there and my vehicle got the engine installed and needs a new engine fan and now a week later I'm still waiting. How long does it take to install an engine fan? My vehicle has been there for over 6 MONTHS!!!!!! NO COMPENSATION, NO ONE ANSWERS the PHONE, NO UPDATES. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Sales was great and finance is great but service here is the WORST!!!!!! Good thing I traded in my only vehicle so I can go without one!!! Don't waste your time here just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Great dealership to work with. Damarea Hunter worked hard to get us the vehicle we needed at a wonderful price. I would be more than happy to send anyone to speak with him about the vehicle needs. His communication is amazing and he works hard to complete the deal to the best interest for the buyer. If you are looking for a new vehicle stop in and take a looking around their lot. They didn't hit us with hidden fees or extra charges. Again stop in and ask for Damarea Hunter and tell him that Trent sent you.

I got to the dealership about 10 minutes before it closed. I had called ahead since I was getting there so late. Taylor met me as I pulled in. He was very personable and professional. Even though it was late he showed me several vehicles, answered my questions completely. Taylor was attentive to my needs and concerns. I got a great deal and left with a beautiful car, completely satisfied. Taylor did a wonderful job.

Mr. Calvin Buckner has been my salesman at Sullivan. He's been great! He listened to what I was looking for, and found me a Wrangler. He worked with the Sullivan Maintenance Team to ensure the Wrangler was sound. He worked with the Finance team to ensure we all got a fair deal. Just purchased a 2011 Camaro, I live in Texas and process took a little longer but everything went smoothly.Transport service was reasonable and driver contacted me two hours before delivery and showed up right on time. Great friendly folks, would definitely purchase from them again!

I have never regretted working with a company more than Sullivan. While initially great, friendly, communicative, and helpful they quickly showed their true colors and make me regret ever stepping foot on their property. The first red flag showed when our initial financial advisor brought up his cocaine habit, in front of our five year old. I was disturbed but they assured we were almost done for the day and we unfortunately proceeded. They then doubled our downpayment a full week after we had left with our car. Finically, that hurt but we made do. Two months later the motor went out! Thank god for extended warranty, except it is took three full weeks to replace. During this time our only updates came from those we received after personally making multiple phone calls, or what we inevitably had to do at times after days left without answers, drive there to find the the status of our car. Their commutation skills are simply pathetic and unprofessional. Save yourself the headaches, money, and wasted time, and take your money elsewhere

Once they make a sale they are done with you. I definitely wouldn't send anyone to him after that kind of treatment.

Jose Gallegos was our sales guy and he was great! We came for a recreational vehicle and left with a really cool jeep. He took his time and showed us so many vehicles even some that weren t related to our immediate purchase but a future vehicle down the road. It was also 119 degrees and he didn t let on that it was absolutely miserable outside. We will use him when we go back and we will go back! This dealership has an amazing selection of anything and everything from jeeps to corvettes to rvs. We are happy! Ask for JOSE GALLEGOS!

Let me start off by saying don t ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Clearly they just hide stuff and sell junk. Bought a diesel from them over a year ago and started having problems as soon as I got the truck. Bought it with an oil leak that was supposed to get fixed. It s a Good thing I checked under the vehicle when I bought it. I could tell they were concerned when I got on my back and slid under the truck. I Scheduled an appointment with them to get that taken care of and had to reschedule due to me living out of town. In that time of me trying to reschedule. I ended up getting some diesel exhaust fluid code errors on the truck. Didn t think anything of it because you think you bought a solid vehicle from a solid company and they would take care of it. That s completely false. I tried getting a hold of the service department over there and left multiple voicemails about getting the truck in to get it looked at and I had no luck of getting a return call back. I also spoke to my salesman and he let me know he would relay the message. I live about 2 hours away so I can t just casually walk in there at any time. Needless to say with no help from them and after a few minor repairs I had to pay out of pocket to possibly fix the issue I still had problems. Finally took the vehicle to an actual honest GM dealership they had found that they or whoever had this vehicle rigged this thing up pretty good. Come to find out this thing needed the whole DEF system replaced. I m talking every part minus the tank for it.I replaced the whole exhaust system due to the dpf filter being bad. We re talking thousands of dollars in repairs that I had to pay for. With no help of the extended warranty that I purchased . I get they don t cover emissions stuff but I still paid for a truck that had all these problems plus a $2500 warranty. Not to mention my truck was sitting in a shop for 9 months! 9 whole months. I bought this thing with 85000 miles on it and picked it up at the shop 2 weeks ago with 94,000. Not to mention after I picked it up I had to drop it back off the other day due to an oil pressure sensor that was bad. Which by the way the extended warranty doesn t even cover that. I recommend to stay away from this place. I ve worked as an service advisor/mechanic for many dealerships.General Motors to be specific and now Toyota. This place is ran poorly and it is tragic that they do this to people.
