I ve taken my truck to this garage and the partner garage they have. I ve always had to take my truck back for rework. Except for the first time I took my truck for break repair done at another garage which the other garage paid for.since they couldn t get it done right. I took my truck to this garage for steering issues. They replaced my steering pump, numerous suspension parts including new shocks. When I got my truck back the same issue was still happening. They replaced the steering pump again. Added new lead springs. I forgot to mention that my break light kept coming on. They said they replaced the switch. I drove it for a while and the light came back on. I got underneath and saw they bent the bracket to make it work and never replaced the switch. I went and bought another switch at auto zone, straightened out the bracket and repaired it myself. When I had the work done after they refunded my money. After taking my truck back and forth to this garage and spending thousands of dollars my truck is still left with the original problem. I took my truck to another garage that came highly recommended. I asked this garage to send my alignment diagram to the new garage. I gave them the email address. That afternoon the new garage got in touch and said they never received the email. After giving them the email address again the new garage said they didn t receive the alignment information. I went to this garage and got the alignment information myself. The guy said he sent it twice. When I looked at the email the address he sent it to was wrong after I sent the email address to them three times. I had to send it myself. I haft to say at times during this period ILost my cool and let my frustration be known. All I can say about both of these garages its team and management is. I will not be using your team again even if the work you ve done on my truck fails. I have no faith in your ability to work on a vehicle.

Great shop. I arrived 15 mins early and they began work on my car right away. Nice people working the front office. Explained everything so I could understand and was much more affordable than anywhere else I've been to. They appear to do good work because there were more than 5 or 6 mechanics on site that were all working on a car Must be trusted by the community . Will be back

Very happy with the services provided at Stapley's. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff, great communication and stand behind their work. They've worked on 3 of our vehicles and we are very satisfied with the repairs and services performed on them.

If you're looking for a mechanic that does honest, quality work, and at a reasonable price, look no further. I have taken my personal vehicle to Stapley's Garage several times and have always been more than satisfied with the end result. I have never once felt taken advantage of, or felt like I was being sold a service I didn't need. The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and thorough. The company I work for has also started servicing our fleet vehicles at Stapley's and my boss has had a great experience as well. Definitely the best mechanic I have ever been to.

I can t say enough great things about these guys. I had my car towed in for what appeared initially to be no gas in the vehicle where i felt rather stupid, however they were very nice when they told me this and listened to my concerns of how the car did not say it was out of gas, and upon further inspection found several things wrong with the vehicle, but communicated very well that it would only be a very good idea to get these things fixed but i do not need to do it right now. When i decided to do the right thing and get it fixed they were very enthusiastic and passionate about what they were doing for my beloved car. They were more than excited to tell me the car was finished on the earlier side of the estimated finish time, and when i came to pick it up they let me know they had fixed something else as well and didn t nickel and dime me. I could tell that they felt very bad for saying my car was just out of gas and that it was ready to go when it wasn t, but they did so much more than apologize, they went above and beyond, offered me an uber when i came in and it wasn t ready, kept me very in the loop (which is hard to come across good communication!) and they also showed me what exactly was wrong with my car, something i ve never had done for me before. All in all, wonderful people and a wonderful shop. i felt very heard and appreciate their time and effort on my car. They also have a warranty on the parts they fixed.Thank you guys for all you do.

The men there were so kind to me, engaged in conversation, kept me involved every step of the way and got the work done so fast for my car. They were personable, funny, and very well versed in their job and shop history. Bonus plus they weren't afraid to get down to tina turner :) this will be my shop forever

I broke down across the street from Stapely s garage, and I walked over there to get some help and these guys helped me so much! My tire was blown out lucky me that they had one tire to put on my car! Jason and Brian helped a lot with coming over across the street to get my donut tire on, and then making the process of getting my new tire all set up! This was my first time dealing with this outstanding auto shop! I 100 percent recommend this shop, and implore anyone with car trouble to come and do business with them!

Came in here as a first time customer and the manager Christopher was very helpful and kind. I expressed concerns about my vehicle and he took a look at them and assured me my care would be taken care of. He didn t try to upsell me anything and I felt comfortable with having my vehicle taken care of here. The prices are beyond affordable in comparison to other places I have gone to before. I will be coming back to get my vehicle serviced here again! I would recommend this place especially to women because I feel (my personal experience) very intimidated most of the time at mechanic shops and not once did I feel that here! Manager gave me fatherly vibes so I appreciate the service done

I have taken two vehicles to Stapley s Garage and they always take good care of us! This last time our water pump went out and they were able to squeeze us in the next morning and had it fixed up within a day. They even called us a week later to check on the vehicle and make sure everything s running smoothly and or if I had any questions. Stapley s Garage will forever be our mechanic!

Best shop I've been to in awhile, honest and fair. They could have sold me into paying more for brakes but ended up saving me money. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity..Highly recommend. Great people to work with.

Stapley's Garage took care of one of our work vans last week. They were able to get us in quick and had the vehicle ready in a prompt manner to get our technician back on the road. The staff is always super friendly and willing to help. One time when my car was being fixed I was going to walk home while they fixed my car and come back for it later since I live close by. They offered to drop me off home and come back to get me when it was done so I didnt have to walk in the heat, I've never had a mechanic care so much. Absolutely love this place and the workers that always take care of my car needs. Also the dropping off overnight feature really comes in handy. You can fill out a envelope of what needs done and leave your keys in the drop box. They will check out your car the next day and give you a call on what needs to be done and the cost.Service: Auto power window repair

I have had several things fixed on my car here recently it was a new radiator the guys always do amazing work and I am totally thankful to have Stanley's as my personal garage of choice. Reasonably priced and great work and staff

Thank you so much to Chris and the team. It was my first time in the shop, and I needed substantial work done. The car is running great and I will be back for further work. Car problems are never cheap, so make sure you get some good, honest people to help! At Stapley's garage, you will be taken care of.

So glad I found you! Honest & friendly shop. Hyundai's inspection totaled $1166, telling me I needed front/ back brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced, which was $560 of the total. Stapley auto advised me I had at least 20000 miles left before needing them done. So happy!I saved almost 50% off the other services I needed. Stapley's Garage is the only place I'll let work on my vehicle s. They're honest, do great work, and don't run the bill up. Great service too. I m rating this business five stars because they truly went above and beyond for my car care. I m a working single gal and they lent me a car to drive while working on my vehicle. Most helpful when I least expected it. I m already recommending their service to others. Will be getting serviced from them again. These guys are great! I brought in my car and had them look over a few problems I was having as well as do a few maintenance items I needed done. Found out the wrong rotors were installed on the front of my car causing issues with the suspension and braking! What a serious issue! That could have caused a serious accident/injury to myself and others! Lucky RAD Auto repair caught the mistake the previous shop made, showed me the problem and asked if it was okay to make the necessary repairs to get my car functioning properly. They were quick and easy to work with.They also pointed out my rear shocks had blown out. Sorry no picture, but it was covered with oil and dirt! I had it replaced.I was able to take a picture of the brake pad before they took it out. You can see the abnormal wear on the pad. The pad wasn't even in full contact with the rotor! Scary!! They put the right ones on, and even rotated my tires!I had no BS from these guys.Honest work for honest pay, which is hard to come by for mechanic shops.Really, Thanks again guys for being so honest and great to work with. I'm definitely coming back for all my other car needs.

It is hard these days to find an honest mechanic. The norm is to get sold repairs that you dont need. Not these guys, they do it right!
