As I always do with larger jobs, I contact three places and compare. You always get a high, a medium and a low. That's assuming comparable quality work. For our 2011 Mazda I chose Smart to fix two windows that stopped going up or down. Only took a little over an hour, the job was done and the price was the best. Thanks!

I called because the regulator in my vehicle had broke. He scheduled an appointment with me the next day in the morning. The day of the appointment he was right on time. It only took less than 20 minutes to fix. The amount was cheaper than what I got quoted from other businesses.Thank you Antonio. My window works like brand new!!!

My driver side window regulator broke and left my windo down. I called these guy and took a chance with them. That chance paid off! They came to my house same day and fixed it in an hour! 10/10 recommend them. Price was fair and quality is great!

I found them online and called on a Saturday afternoon as I noticed my driver side window had fallen into the door, likely from baking in the Arizona sun! They got back to me immediately and made an appointment for Monday morning. The other two places I contacted indicated they wouldn t be able to get back to me until Monday morning and I had a flight leaving Monday afternoon. They showed up on time and finish the work in probably 20 minutes! Very friendly and efficient, explained the warranty and left a business card to contact them if we had any problems. Service from Antonio was more than I expected. My window repair took less than an hour to fix the regulator. The cost of repair was more on the level compare to other inquiries I made...seriously! No bearing around the bush!! Best price after searching several other locations, part we thought wasn t the problem, he was able to order the part and it got here in less than a week and tadaa my window is working again! Very honest and reliable! I am setting an appointment for my sons car within the next few weeks. Totally 10/10 recommend to anyone needing power window repaired. Wish I could give more stars! Young man showed up on time, repaired my windows, replaced a broken door latch and left my Jeep cleaner then when he started. Good service is hard to find, I ll recommend him to everybody who asks.

Called them at 2:30 they said they could be at my house in South Gilbert by 5:30. He was right on time and went straight to work. Quick, prompt, professional. 2 year warranty and way cheaper then the dealership.

Called and requested a quote. They sent a tech to my house to diagnose my truck windows. Needed two window motors. Their price was the best I received so I advised them to proceed with repairs. They started the repair but realized they had the wrong motors with them. Arranged for them to return. They arrived as scheduled and completed repairs. Everything is working. Very professional and tidy. I would like to give them 4.5 or 4+ stars!

Smart window regulators did me a huge favor coming last minute after calling many other company s who couldn t come to me the day of, but luckily for me Antonio answered me call and was over my place within two hours and got my window regulator replaced in an hour. He was very friendly and helpful and they also throw a 2 year warranty on top. I couldn t be more pleased with my service from this company. No one wants a car window stuck open during a record breaking heatwave. I texted Antonio at 6pm and he was able to drive to me by the next morning. He found during the repair that the regulator had been replaced previously and he didn t have the right part. So he drove back to his shop and then came back after all his other jobs were done to finish the job. I was also late coming back to meet him but he waited patient for me. I really appreciate his timeliness and being able to fix my window quick especially in this heat!
