Great customer service and product!I had a question before even ordering and got a phone call back the next day.I received my order in a timely manner and they look great! I had a few minor hiccups during installation and reached out and they did above and beyond to fix it.Great company, would 100% recommend

I recently purchased seat covers and I'm very happy with them. The fit is perfect and exactly what I needed. Lanai at Seat Covers Unlimited was the most professional and courteous sales person I've worked with in a long time. She went out of her way to coordinate an install time to fit my schedule. Unfortunately, the manufacture of my seat covers sent me the wrong ( 5 seat) covers instead of the (7 seat) covers I needed. Once the new ones arrived, I informed Lanai and she set me up for an appointment the next day.The seat covers were installed perfectly. They fit tight like a glove and could barely tell they weren't factory installed seats. I would highly recommend anyone that either needs seat covers or seat covers installed to go to Seat Covers Unlimited.The service if very professional, quality is second to none and the install process with Lana was effortless. Best of all they are very economical. It didn't make sense for me to get frustrated and waste my time with the install when Lanai made it so easy for me to get done. I wish all company's put emphasis on quality and customer service like they do.Highly recommend to anyone!!!

The seat covers arrived swiftly, and the quality was better than�what I expected - they look fantastic in my car! I purchased a set of set covers and the price compared with the quality of the fabric and the way they are sewed it s very disappointing. The covers look like they were really rushed and no quality control was ever made. I had high hopes but do not waste the money. Plus the customer service offered to get the covers back to trim the stitches and send them again to me. Not what you want to hear for so much money paid, you should not receive second hand covers. Do Not Buy!UPDATE: the customer service reached out and further explained the process and offered to replace the covers. I appreciate how further they went to solve the issue, however I returned the product and refunded the amount. I updated the stars for the customer service provided and hope they improve on their quality control procedures before the products are being shipped out to the customers.

Received some front seat covers as a Christmas present and I absolutely love them!! They fit perfectly. This was definitely one of my favorite gifts this year, I would highly recommend Seat Covers Unlimited!

Due to supply chain issues, the seat covers were delayed a bit, but the customer service was GREAT with their answering of my questions, and keeping me informed throughout the process. The fit and finish of the covers are exceptional and I HIGHLY recommend Seat Covers Unlimited to anyone that wants a high end finished look for a very reasonable cost.Jason B

Seat covers ordered 1-5-2024, not received until 2-16-2024. No email updates received on progress or delivery. When received, quality was excellent but needed a professional to install.

With so many manufacturers on google to choose from. No need to go any further. Seat covers unlimited is hands down the best Quality ,fit and customer service. It s almost like the company is owned by your family. The fit is great using rope to tie instead of Velcro gets a tight fit. Thanks for being a company that the world needs more off.

Things started out poorly. Christmas season delays and material shortages delayed the delivery.HOWEVER! The fit and quality of these seat covers as well as their top-notch customer service made me forget about any delay there may have been. These are by far the best seat covers I have ever seen.I will definitely buy more seat covers for my other vehicles.

There are a lot of options when you re shopping for seat covers and I m fortunate that I found Seat Covers Unlimited. Not only was I thrilled with the seat covers themselves but, more importantly, the level of customer service I received dealing with this company was far beyond what was expected. I have a 1992 Yamaha golf cart and wanted to spruce it up a little with new seat covers. I was told, because of the age of the golf cart, patterns may not exist any more and they were willing to try to match with the any information available. The bottom bench seat fit perfectly and it took some careful measuring to get the two back seats right, but the whole process (ordering, installation, contacting customer service) could not have gone any smoother. The seat covers and the support team are awesome!

Despite the several unfavorable reviews, I decided to take a chance. There are not a lot of companies who offer the color I wanted. I m happy with the covers. The fit is snug and they look great. Installation wasn t awful, but it was awkward. They probably could work to enhance that part. The covers shipped within the anticipated timeframe. 2000 Ford Excursion. I wasn t expecting a great fit due to my seats having 400,000 miles of wear and tear on them, they were beat down pretty bad. I ordered the leatherettes. I was amazed at how well they fit. One of the sewn in tie cords broke off when I was tying it but I made it work. They are very comfortable and look great. I would definitely order from them again.

Edited to add that they called me after seeing this review and I ve altered the rating to reflect the customer service aspect. I m giving 5 stars for John. I spoke with John several times and he was horrified that the covers made it through quality control. He offered me several resolutions and I m no longer fuming. The original gal I spoke with and original experience well, that s below.Original review:Honestly terrible. I ve tried. I spent a year trying to convince myself I like them because they are non refundable. No exchanges no nothing. They are willing to restitch them in places but you must uninstall and send them back. Did I mention installation takes around an hour per seat? Sure they protect your seats but the leather is awful. It needs to be stretched to fit or it bunches but if you pull on the straps it breaks the ties or rips the stitching that holds them. They did not include any accommodations for car seat installation so their recommendation was to either cut holes or mark the car seat anchor points and latches and uninstall and send back and they would cut and stitch them. Car seats are and have been standard in vehicles for well over 20 years. So I guess they tried?

Love my seat covers they're awesome! The manager there is very nice and easy going. You can tell that they really care about their customers. I've done my research and I did see some negative reviews; however I also did see tons of positive reviews. The product was worth the wait.

I ordered some seat covers for my F150 about a year or so ago. They are just as good as when I first got them. The quality is top notch and the fitting was perfect.This company really went above and beyond with their customer service. New seat covers for my '21 Tacoma Access cab SR/SX! Could not be happier with construction, fit, finish and ease of installation. The instructions were easy to follow and made the job very quick and easy. The materials fit the description and the workmanship is just how it should be. I am very happy in my new camo neoprene covers. The price reflects the quality, and is comparable to similar quality products, worth every penny. Good job!

2023 Chevrolet 2500 Rear Seat/Compartments and center console.I ordered a set for the front and back seat. I didn't like the way the rear seat fit compared to the rest of the installation. Emailed some photos to Ron and his team. Two weeks later the problem was corrected to my satisfaction, and I'm what you call a perfectionist.It's a difficult piece to fabricate to begin with, I get it.I wish it had quicker access to the compartments for a firearm, but it's not that much of a game changer.Thanks again for no hassle return and efficiency of your firm.Retired Commerical HVAC Contractor36Yrs in Business

It's kind of a lazy construction compared to other companies I've used. You have to cut your own holes for the headrest and use strings(which they don't supply enough of). The front seats are poofy until you sit down. The back seat armrest they sent the wrong one so had to make my own modification. It's always up but still annoying paying all that $ and having it not fit properly. I gave 3 stars based on the durability. It's not comfortable at all, feels like sitting on burlap but definitely sturdy material. You get what you pay for, I'll definitely never use them again.

Was referred to this company by my parents. Got a gift card and purchased the front leatherette covers for my 2018 Honda Accord. I can t love these covers enough! They look like factory seating and it confuses everyone that gets in my car. Compliments are all I get with these. Purchased the rear covers myself and the whole interior just looks like a new car! Customer service with this company is top notch as well. Everyone who I had the pleasure of speaking with were very professional and quick to come up with solutions to any question I had. Will definitely send people to them!

Company is pretty awesome! I rarely write reviews; however I've been needing some seat covers for quite awhile now, as I don't want my original upholstery to get damaged, and seat covers unlimited provided covers that fit really nice and tight. Also, I didn't have much of an issue with getting in touch with customer support regarding the status of my order. I'd say 10 out of 10... Hard to have someone pick-up the phone nowadays.

We would give a zero if possible. Ordered seat covers before Christmas and was given the 1st week of January for delivery. Called 2nd week of January and told they are on the way. Still haven't received them and Noone will answer the phone for over a week now. Thinking they maybe went out of business. We will now have to dispute the charge and find another company and wait even lo her. BEWARE before purchasing.

Great look to Kia Soul. Took time not to rush install. For Kia Soul back seat bottom only one bolt to remove best to do that easiest install covers. Also a crochet needle good to use pulling string under tight pulled string to tie. Recommend Seat Covers Unlimited to upgrade/ improve auto seats.

Lani S, I just opened the box and these look amazing! The stitching is done correctly and the way the velcro on the upper seat cover was done, was in a way that really looks inconspicuous. I haven't installed them yet and I think it would be best if I wait until it warms up a bit. It's freezing here and I don't have a heated garage and I don't want to take a chance on messing them up. I like them so much I'm going to get a set to replace the set I bought from you in 2017-ish. Hopefully I can deal with you directly and have peace of mind that it's going to be done as good as this set. You should ask your boss for a raise, because you knocked this one out of the park!!!! You ROCK!
