The team at RV Renovators was absolutely excellent to work with. From my first contact with Levi while still in Mexico to the final loading of my motorbike on my rack the day I left. These guys and gals know what they are doing.I worked with Jim who helped guide me through the process of Mexican insurance repairs done in the US, told when the earliest it could be done, and did everything he could to ensure it was ready.The office ladies were wonderful and I feel like I have made new friends!And I can't forget the 2 body shop guys, who knocked it out of the park and Henry the tech that patiently answered my questions about my fridge cooling system.I would have no hesitation recommending this business to anyone in need. As I said earlier I feel like I have made friends for life. Well done!

The fine folks at Renovators did a wonderful job repairing our 2022 Holiday Rambler Vacationer 33C. They did a fantastic job communicating with us and Progressive Insurance. I highly recommend them for bodywork and other repairs.

We have a 2016 Allegro Bus. We suffered a huge leak in our main slide that handles the kitchen and dining area. Needless to say, the kitchen cabinets had to be rebuilt along with the repair of a lot of water damage. I was stunned at the quality and quick turnaround by RV Renovators. My cabinets look like they came from the factory only better. They kept us informed at every step. We will definitely use them for any repair work we have in the future. We've had nothing but trouble with Tiffin dealerships so we're ecstatic to find RVR. THANK YOU RVR!

Service manager Jim got us in for a timely service appointment. Luigi fixed our leaking leveler jack with a new o ring and new hydraulic fluidHe tested the jacks then his service manager reviewed the work the gals in the office were super I wish I had more problems so I could go back for more excellent service ,but I must return to Illinois the land of Lincoln , where we have sent four of our governors to prison.Thanks Again. This is a very special business. Customer service is top notch and everyone involved with my issue was super compassionate. Jim, Aaron and Hannah are exceptional people. Although my situation did not have the outcome I had hoped, (insurance totaled my rig instead of paying to fix it) I felt very well taken care of and felt that everyone did everything they could do in their power, to help me out. I've had work done here before and these are just the reason I returned. Thank You RV Renovators.

we crunched our rear bumper badly and thought we wouldn't be able to fix it until we got home, but RVR were able to get it fixed in under 2 days. absolutely amazing turnaround time and incredible quality work as well!

Although the job took a little longer than expected we are thrilled with the end results. We replaced the bathroom countertop and the dinette table with corian to match our kitchen countertop. The original tops were made out of heavy partial board with faux wood skin. Not durable at all especially in the bathroom. Everyone was nice, considerate and helpful. We definitely will use them on future projects in the need arrises.

Everyone was very nice that I worked with there. Maxcine was always responsive and helpful. Work, once approved, was done quickly and with quality in mind. When I came to pick up, they slipped a nice company T-shirt in the cab of my truck as a parting gift. Thank you!

We've been happy, returning clients of RV Renovators for a little over 3 yrs. During that time they have done all of our general maintenance, repairs and remodeling of our ToyHauler. The entire staff from customer service up front to their workmanship in the back, everyone is courteous and professional. Everything they do is top-notch, well organized and finished on time. Our mini remodel was time consuming and they were great about letting us drop in and see the progress along the way. They'd even call us to come and check out what was completed before moving on to the next item, to be sure we were happy with everything to that point. (It turned out beautifully by the way!) We are relocating now and just wanted to send out a huge thank you to Jim, JJ and the entire crew at RV Renovators for always having patience with us, and taking such great care of us over that last few years! You guys are the best and will be greatly missed .

Wow! What a fantastic experience with RV Renovators. Our slide was not working on our Class C. Brought it in to them to diagnose. Scheduled a time to return for full fix. Got our RV back just in time for a week long trip and so many little things were done that we didn t ask for! RV was fully cleaned huge value. Our screen door handle had broken now it s fixed! And above it all, the price was so reasonable. We ve been to a handful of RV repair shops but this group is top notch!Service: Electrical

The owner monte was straight forward and didn't side with Chris Townsend from progressive insurance, who was trying to do some shady tactics to deny our claim. Well monte didn't bend the truth nor change his estimate which was on point, his honesty and truthful decision weighing more than losing business from progressive insurance agency. They did a bang up job on my 2001 Discovery, and Izzy did it in a week. I m impressed. They took care of the insurance paperwork and all of the headaches. My stay there was comfortable since I am a full timer. I highly recommend this place!

Contacted them to arrange for (insurance approved) repair to my RV ... Monte was not very helpful and when I asked for clarification on something he told me he laughed at me and said "well, I keep telling you the same thing over and over ... " VERY rude!! unfortunately it turned me away from using them for my repair!

Installed a water heater in our RV trailer. Job was more complicated than simply a replacement. Workmanship was excellent. The installation looks like it was original equipment. Very pleased with the job.

RV Renovators installed a swivel seat and 2 fans in my Transit van. No other RV company was willing to take these on. Technician WADE performed both jobs. Both jobs were done in a very reasonable amount of time, professionally, and without any problems. It's well known that metal shavings result when you cut into the roof. The van was vacuumed out and returned to me spotless. This is the company to choose for any changes or repairs made to your RV.

I recently brought my motorhome to this dealer to look at my generator. I was told to drop it off Monday, and they would call me back on a quote. I called back Tuesday for an update and was told I would hear back from someone by the end of the day on Wednesday or 1st AM on Thursday. On Thursday, I called again to inquire about the issue and the quote $ to fix it. They were still looking into it and would get back to me by the Thursday end of the day. I called back again on Friday, was told the generator was running, and asked what the problem was. I was told it was $15 carburetor gasket. I asked for the quote again and was told the service manager needed to talk to the tech to see how much time he had to fix it. The Tech then called me Friday @ 2:30 and told me the generator fix was complete. Once again, I asked him for the cost. I was told that it is an office function and the office can generate a bill. I showed up to see my bill and pick up my RV. The bill I was hit with was over $787.62. I was stunned seeing the statement showing the material was $15.00, and the labor was $168.50 per hour a labor of 4.3 hours was $724.55. I discussed with the lady at the location that I needed clarification as to why I never got a quote for the cost. She stated that my adjuster was not there and she could do anything with the bill. My adjuster would call me back on Monday morning to discuss the issue. Monday came and went. Tuesday, I called and expressed my disapproval. He said they didn't pad the bill. That is just what the cost was. They did refund me back $87.50. but as much time as I have into dealing with this company, that was not even close to being enough. The generator is working and shuts off periodically. So I will need to take it somewhere else to look at it. I understand this company needs to make money, but if you ask, this is a little much.

Great Job! RV Renovators repaired collision damage on my motorhome and the results are like-new! Not like-new as in almost like new, but it's just like it was when it was new. The before/after pictures are amazing. They completed other miscellaneous repairs and all were completed with the same great results. I highly recommend RV Renovators.

We highly recommend RV Renovators! We needed our slide out addressed and some other minor issues. We had a scheduled appointment and Levi met us to go over our concerns. We appreciated Levi's knowledge and attentiveness.Wade was our technician and he was also knowledgeable and very observant. He was very skillful at completing the work and explained how some of the systems worked for us since we are relatively new to RVing. Our overall experience with RV Renovators was very positive. We were rear ended in our new RV and selected RV Renovators because of their reputation. Memo Lopez was the service manager that handled our repairs. Our experience and interactions with Memo exceeded our expectations. He is a significant asset to RV Renovators. I had my slide out repaired on my class A and they repaired my AC for my chassis. That was two years ago and I m still going strong. Would recommend them for your RV needs.

We're kept informed of activity with final solutiont a solid fix to our problems. They consulted with the manufacturer to arrive at what was best. Even better the costs were well under the original estimates. RV Renovators was recommended by another RV repair facility that was unable to accomplish what was required to repair the problem. Personnel were understanding and easy to work with. Work was accomplished within the estimated time, also. We had a very positive experience with RV Renovators getting repairs done on our camper vans. We found them to be very customer oriented from front office staff to service staff in the back. I've used RV Renovators for over several years for everything from accident repairs to RV dash refrigeration and electrical repairs. On each occasion I felt they were always willing to work me in to meet my travel schedule and provided quality service at a reasonable price. And when something wasn't repaired correctly the first time they make it right by fixing it quickly and at their expense. I have no hesitation in recommending their service.John N

I was able to get in as soon as I could get there to diagnose the problem with one of my RV slides did not work properly. RV Rennovators found the parts needed for the repair could be delivered within a week. Wade, my lead installer, quickly installed the parts. He was especially attentive to the details to make sure the schwintek slide system was within tight tolerances. Also a rip in the slide cloth cover was discovered and quickly replaced. One of my hood brackets had separated from the hood and they easily reattached it with urathane. The total cost $3200. Everyone communicated often to keep me informed all along the way. First class service from beginning to end. Their attention to detail was amazing. They deliver what they promise and they do it on time and at a reasonable price. I had a residential refrigerator and washer/dryer installed and I was absolutely amazed and thrilled at the quality of work done. I would come back here again if I needed any other work done. Hats off to Curtis, Billy, Joel and Henry for their fantastic work. I would highly recommend RV Renovators if you needed work done on your coach.

If I could give 10 stars I would. 10 year old class A rv had a broken audio visual system. Old HDMI cables shot. Cable from parks not working. OTA marginal. Been to 7 "expert" techs. None could fix. Talked to Billy and Wade about running new wiring. They agreed. They weather wrapped exterior run HDMI and hooked up 3 TVs. Tried TVs. Dish for RV not working. New Wineguard Traveler Pro satellite not working. They went to bat and contacted Wineguard and Dish multiple times until all issues were resolved and picture could be demonstrated on all tvs. also tested exterior satellite (wineguard) and determined it is a defective unit. Helped me contact Wineguard about replacement for that. showed me how everything is wired so I have schematic in case of future trouble.Installed new vinyl plank high quality flooring instead of old carpet. looks beautiful. Tammy in front office is a sweetheart to talk to and saw many other class A rvs there for repairs and service. Will go back for services. Not cheap but you do get what you pay for. Price was fair and Billy built special shelves below the rear cabinet for equipment. Stain matches exactly. We didnt even have to ask for that VERY handy feature which was not on estimate. did I mention how happy I am?Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

High quality and strong commitment to customerThanks for taking care of our Airstream, making sure things are right, and great communication during and after our project was complete. RV Renovators made many awesome upgrades for our 25 foot 2012 Eddie Bauer Airstream, and repaired some damage I did to the body. I highly recommend RV Renovators for any upgrades and repairs. We visited their facility prior to our project, and saw many other great works in progress. Thanks for all you did for us!!!
