I bought some parts from Frank to help fix a friend s camper trailer, and he has been absolutely amazing! Very informative, friendly, and helpful through the whole process.He took the time to help find what was neededwhen almost every other RV/camper place from their place to Apache Junction told me they didn t have it or it wasn t available. He also explained to me why it was hard to find the parts I needed and told me what to expect with expedited shipping before I paid for it (which I was very grateful for). All around great experience, when I am ready to buy my own camper trailer this is where I will go for sure!

Having my travel trailer repaired was actually a good experience.Have older well used trailer,and they took very good care of me. Considering how busy they are Brandan Martinez got me in and taken care in half the time I expected.Good service and work done. Plan ahead as they re really busy. Doug

We needed a brake controller installed on our tow vehicle. From the parts department, who ordered the exact one we wanted even though it wasn't what they carried, to the service department scheduling to our installer George who went above and beyond to install it right where we wanted it. Everything went great and we are very happy with the service we received!

Made an appointment while on the road to have the unit un winterized, upon arrival Glenn our Tech showed me how to unhook the fifth wheel, and utilize the electronics. Service noticed the Refrigerator required service and completed in short order. The Staff, and parts and Service departments were very helpful. If you are local or passing through stop by and get your RV needs met promptly and by friendly representatives.

I had the best experience ever, buying a travel trailer from Brian at Robert Crist RV. My husband and I stopped in just to look, and I am sure we probably said we are just looking at least five times. We owned an older travel trailer that was too big for my Jeep to pull. Brian went to his office to see how much weight my Jeep was supposed to pull and we went looking. I found a brand new trailer that was just what I wanted. Unfortunately it was out of my price range, so Brian said let me show you this one I just took in. To my surprise it was a Minnie Winnie Drop in beautiful red and black ( my flyball team colors) This one was in our price range and had enough beds for my grandkids. My husband and I agreed, even though we were just looking we had to have this trailer. As we sat down to fill out the paperwork the song that came on was none other than Ozzy Osborn singing Flying high again. My flyball team, Crazy Train is all about everything Ozzy, so I knew this was a sign. Thank you so much to Brian, Brittney, Tim, Rick and the nice guy in the parts store.Mary & Darrell

First I want to say that I have never bought an rv from this company. Three years ago we purchased a Primetime Fury (Forrest River) 36' toy hauler from a dealer in Washington state. Roughly a year later we had a problem getting the dinette slide to go in or out in Hurricane, Ut. We were able to find a mobile technician to come out and repair it(The Repair Guys. They were awesome! Ask for Brinn). Fast forward two years and our needs have changed, so we sell it to a private party in Chandler, Az. As we were cleaning our stuff out of the trailer, the Schwintek slide motor system failed. We did not have a relationship with any of the Arizona dealers or repair facilities. So we started looking at online reviews. When I spoke with Brandan Martinez (Assistant Service Mgr.), he assured me with confidence that this job would not be a problem for them. He said that in thier nearly 50 years in business they had literally done hundreds of these Schwintek slide repairs. We made an appointment to bring it in for evaluation. When we brought it in they evaluated everything it needed, promptly,and gave us a firm quote. It was a little higher than some of the other dealers "off hand" quotes, but there was just a feeling I got from the very first time I spoke with them on the phone. Well we gave them the go ahead and the required deposit. They ordered the parts promptly and installed them within just a couple of days of recieving them. They communicated very well and regularly, which is rare these days. The slide worked smoother and quieter than it ever had before! I will definitely be in contact with Robert Christ when we are ready to replace our rv this coming fall. I would give Brandan and his whole crew 5 stars for thier great service. Today I experienced an outstanding display of customer service from Duane in the parts department at Robert Crist RV in Mesa. Arguably the best service I ve seen in 30 years of RV ing. Our RV is made in Canada and is an older one, which can lead to some searches for rather obscure parts. Duane was up for the challenge, in fact, he completely owned the challenge, digging through manuals, searching on line and all with a great, positive attitude and friendly relaxed demeanour. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

We are Robert Crist fans and this latest service (body work and a long list of repairs) confirmed it. Brandan and George did a great job dealing with the insurance company and kept us informed of progress. The body work is masterful! The coach looks great! George managed all repairs and, as always, did a top notch job! We knew the repairs were in good hands. Thanks, all!!

Well, hands down the best buying experiece we've ever had. Working with Tom Shoemaker has just been a beautiful experience. I cannot recommned working with Tom more and the whole team at Robert Crist. Zero pressure, very knowledgeable, Tom gives you his cell number and says call anytime and he means it!If you need an RV go see Tom at Robert Crist you wont be disappointed, and you'll leave with the equipment that is best suited for your needs.

My daughter bought a fifth wheel and the experience we had with the staff and service people at the dealership was absolutely amazing. The parked it she lives in has a very tight space to get them fifth wheel into and they actually came down. Looked at the spot, then drove their forklift down from the dealership to the park and got it in place. Absolutely amazing how they went above and beyond to help. Will be recommending to anyone I know that is in the market for a new travel trailer, motor home or even parts to go to Robert Crist!

While visiting Joshua Tree from Florida, we needed a replacement backup camera for our Airstream and we were able to get a replacement ordered for the next day. Jeremy was very helpful in getting one in before we headed back east. Thanks for the great service!

We purchased our first travel trailer from Robert Crist. I purchased the best warranty that they have to offer. The quality of this product (StarCraft) is terrible. Brand new unit. Everything is peeling off including the kitchen counters. Warranty does not cover any of these issues. The manufacturer does not so we are stuck with a ghetto looking brand new unit. This dealer did not offer anything to correct the issues. What a terrible experience. Would not recommend this dealer or StarCraft to anyone.

Just wandered in to view new products and feel in love with an Outdoor kVS 21 trailer.Free to wander the lot and no pressure!Went to sales and found the very knowledgeable Brian Larson. He spentLots of time going thru the rig point by and point and Introduced. me to the rest of crew. I came home knowing I had made a good choice! BUYERS BE AWARE!!!The 1st of the year we went to Robert Crist Rv. Told them we had a trade in and found a small pull trailer we wanted. The on sale price was listed in the camper. An offer was made for the price of our trade in (not bring it in and we will give you a price, but a price ) We accepted the trade in amount but when the paperwork was presented for the new camper it was $10,000 more than the sales price. The salesman was called on it and he said No problem, we will just add 10,000 to your trade in . I m sure this must be standard practice for this company because we brought our trade back they declared it not worthy of the price plus they asked for even more money. It makes it so they get the full price plus your trade. And when you figure it out, you ve had paid tax on $10,000 more dollars. Shame on us for being conned. We tried to talk them about all this to no avail. When we got the camper home the slide would not work. In the paperwork was an unlimited roadside assistance warranty with an 800 number that came with the purchase (you could even buy an extended of this warranty). We called the number and was told they won t come to us but they would help troubleshoot over the phone. Bottom line we ended up taking it back to Robert Crist. There first and last statement was you must have done something to cause the Convertor to not work and so therefore there was no warranty. But for 500.00 more they could fix it. We had never even used the rv. It didn t not work the first night we brought it home and tried to put the slide out. Finally the salespeople just quit answering our calls. After a week we went and picked it up. Took it elsewhere and had it fixed. There comment as we see this sort of thing all the time from this company. We ended up not being able to use the camper for two months while all this was being fought over. Bad bad taste for this company and the awful customer treatment

Brandan and George saved the trip. Was traveling through AZ and did some damage to roof top AC unit. Stop by other big dealer lots and they just brushed my off standard 4 weeks out, can't do anything for you. Mostly I wanted was a look at it to make sure unit wasn't going to fall off. Brandan and George got a look at it while I waited and said they could fix it that day. Again they saved the trip. Thanks guys glad to see there is still some customer service still out there is this age of the the big box stores

Where do we begin. First Google only allows 5 stars. That isn't near enough for our Dream Team at Robert Crist and Company RV. It began with meeting our salesman Tom in the parking lot. We told him as first time buyers that DRV Mobile Suites were probably out of our price range but asked if he would show us one anyway.Without hesitation he said follow me and showed us the 3 they had in stock. There was never any pressure or gimmicky sales tactics. He answered our questions while pointing out the features and benefits of DRV.A few weeks later we reconnected with Tom to purchase a new 40KSSB4. There was no arm twisting or haggling back and forth, just a very straight forward best price offer that we accepted.Tom introduced us to the finance manager Brittany, who took extra time to make sure we didn't have any questions about the process and what came next.Next we met Tony, the answer man, (not sure that's his actual title) who literally sat with us for an hour asking questions about our plans so he could help us select the right equipment for our upcoming adventures.And I have to tell you about Magic Miguel, the master technician who installed the additional equipment and spent almost 4 hours with us on our walk through. Like Tina Turner he is "Simply The Best"We could go on about how everyone spent time answering our numerous questions. Other sales people, the sales manager Ryan, Phil and Martin in parts, the service guy, whose name I do not know, who offered us a cup of coffee while he was pouring his. Everyone made us feel like family.We even had several oranges that Mr Crist brought every morning from his home. It feels like an extended family came with our purchase.And the service after the sale has been FANTASTIC. If you are looking to purchase an RV, Robert Crist and Company RV is the only dealer I recommend.

Just bought a new Work and Play from RCRV, and I can't think of a single thing to improve the process.Tom answered any of my questions before I made it up there within minutes by text. Really appreciate that with a busy work schedule.Brittany made financing easy.Mike did an awesome job on the walk through and helped explain any idiosyncrasies with the unit.Tim was friendly and answered a few things that I forgot to ask about on my way out.Wonderful facility and people that has changed my mind about buying through a dealer. No haggle price that was the best in the nation for the unit. I couldn't even find a used one for that price. Recommending RCRV to my friends that are in the process of looking for one.

Brandan, Assistant Service Manager, and Jason, Service Technician, were incredible to work with. They are both customer centric, caring, and friendly. Jason is very thorough and knowledgeable about RV repairs. This team figured out the issues with the tankless water heater than patiently instructed me on how to make it operate properly. I took it out for a test run and had hot water for the first time since I have owned my camper. I so appreciate them! Thank you!!!

We bought a travel trailer from Tom. We went to five different places to look for RV s and the reason we came back to Robert Crist was because we liked Tom so much. He was so knowledgeable, showed us exactly what we were looking for, didn t waste our time, and wasn t at all pushy. Tom is the sole reason this RV dealer got our business. AWESOME customer service.
