Roadrunner handled the claim and my business vehicle with meticulous ease. I am very happy with the work done to repair my vehicle after a minor accident. I was kept in constant contact with the whole process and repairs were completed in less than 2 weeks. I didn t need a rental but they were more than happy to assist me if I needed it at any given time during the process. Very clean facility and pleasant employees

These guys do solid work. Had hail damage on my truck repaired here so they did PDR and body work and it looks as good as new. I appreciated the communication and updates throughout the repair process. Would highly recommend!

Roadrunner was recommended to me by Progressive Insurance. At first I was hesitant since I d never heard of them. After using Roadrunner though, I would totally recommend! It wasn t some dirty old body shop. The lobby was clean and amazingly decorated. The guys working inside were clean cut, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Their communication was excellent, and they texted me every step of the way. They handled every part of my insurance claim. When my car was done, I was able to leave my rental car there, hop in my car, and leave. They made it so easy.

I was recommended Roadrunner Collision through my insurance, and I would definitely recommend their service! They were quick and timely with the repair, finishing earlier than the estimated completion date, and let me know anything I needed to know throughout the process. The staff were all friendly and made the unpleasant experience of having to get repairs in the first place much better.

Great, quick, service and repair, everything you want in a repair shop. We just had a rear end bumper with sensors repair over the holidays, but the staff kept us informed by text every few days as estimate completed, parts received, completion date. Staff very courteous and responsive. We would return and recommend Roadrunner. Family owned too!

Roadrunner was recommended by a neighbor with great cars. I have had work done twice and both times the work looked better than new, the entire car was cleaned when I picked it up and it was done earlier than they quoted me. As a single woman, I was treated with kindness and respect which is not always the case in the car world. I recommend this shop 100%

I was rear-ended and my car being my baby I was so upset. Luckily the insurance used Roadrunner Collision they fixed my car in just a few days. They were the most professional Co I have ever worked with. They were very kind also. My Baby's a perfect. Thank you Roadrunner you guys are the Best !!!

Roadrunner is amazing! They got my car done 2 days before the date they planned and stayed in communication the entire time. My car looks beautiful! Looks brand new again and like no accident happened! And they cleaned it better than I typically keep it! Amazing service.

I guess some people had a better experience here than me. I had my truck stolen then wrecked and returned. During my look over " walk around" the manager walked around with me citing all the damage and listing everything thatcwould be done. Close to none did. My entire was destroyed and the plastic interior dash pieces turned powdery white on. Me. The work was absolutely horrible.i would avoid this place

I hit a deer, insurance sent us to Roadrunner Collision Center and I would have to say they were amazing. Tristin kept in contact over text what had been done and best estimate on completion. They also worked with car rental to pick us up and allowed us to return the rental to their office so we were never inconvenienced in any way. Roadrunner finished the car days before we so we were really happy. The car was returned beautiful and in great shape. I highly recommend Roadrunner Collision and was very happy. Amazing! First class treatment all the way! Customer service was excellant. They stayed in touch with me the whole time. The front desk lady was great!Took care of my rental. Amazing work on paint and parts. Car looks brand new again. Alignment is perfect, better than the last place that did it. They even cleaned my car! Thank you for amazing service an work. Super friendly and professional! Kept me up to date on everything. My truck was finished a day early, too! They helped me through the insurance and rental car process as well. If I'm ever in the need of repairs again, Roadrunner Collision Center will be my go to!

The easiest transition to have your car repaired and you can drop your car off and the rental car will pick you up. You can also return the rental at Road Runner. The job done perfectly and the staff is absolutely fantastic! Great job!!!

While I cannot speak to their workmanship on repairs since my car was deemed a total loss by my insurance company. I would still like to say how nice the staff was. Once I received the final decision from my insurance company I had to schedule some time to go to their shop to remove my personal belongings and say goodbye to my car that I ve had for the past 11 years. They pulled my car out and gave me all the time I needed. I m sure they thought I was crazy to be so sad about the loss but they didn t make it known to me. They were the recommended shop by my insurance company and if I need to fix a car in the future, they will be on my list. Thank you again.

When looking for a repair/collision shop for your vehicle, look no further. I've been here twice now and not only is the work top shelf, the staff and techs are as well. I recently took my 2014 Tundra here after an accident and even though the damage was minor, Roadrunner fixed the issues professionally and very quick. I had my truck back in a few days. Thanks again folks!

Roadrunner did amazing job on yet another vehicle of ours. Michael, Chris and Shawn are exceptional. We will always take our cars to them. Quick, honest, professional, and you would never know the bumper was ever replaced. Highly recommend them. You won t be disappointed.

I've been to the shop 3-4 times in the past 5 years and 100% they are the most honest shop I've ever been to. Sometimes even suggesting other options that do not include their shop if possible. In each instance the car has been fixed without further concerns - truly appreciate the customer service and attention to detail in all instances.

Company did wonderful on my car, they kept me updated the whole time & did all the work through my insurance for me. Plus I got a life time warranty for my front bumper! 10/10 recommended

Excellent customer service and communication. Was recommended by my insurance company for repairs. Roadrunner notified me of my claims status, the repair time estimate, and even was able to complete the repair prior to the estimated completion date. Wonderful work! Tristan and the entire team at Road Runner should be commending for their superior work and integrity as far as body shops go. My past experiences with other local body shops has been dismal, over charging, dishonest and impossible to get a hold of. The last thing you need to worry about when you are in an accident. Not Road Runner! They advised me of progress every step of the way and they were done a week early! Thanks guys.

Top notch auto body shop. From start to finish the communication was great and when I got the vehicle back, it looked awesome. The quality of work was exceptional. Roadrunner has excellent customer service from scheduling your appointment to pick up. I was kept updated every step of the way and my vehicle was ready before the targeted date. Lastly, the ork quality was great. I would highly recommend this shop for repairs.
