Fantastic Company! Installer gave me plenty of time before he arrived, and then arrived on time just as he said! Installation was fast and he went over the details of the aftercare after the installation. Glass looks great!

Wonderful service! The entire process from calling in to completion of service was wonderful. Very quick and smooth throughout. Great customer service, great installation. They came to my apartment with no issues. My windshield looks fantastic. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing windshield replacement. Will be continuing service with them moving forward.

I chose to do business with this repair shop because of the good reviews. However they installed a cheap Chinese windshield that obviously has defects. Prolite's customer service is very cryptic telling me to wait but it has been over 3 weeks since I told them about my ADAS camera being misaligned. I've called and texted multiple times but get the same response to just "wait". I should've picked a different shop to do business with. 1/5 I do not recommend doing business with Prolite.

Pro light was quick to respond to my text . After giving them my insurance information they contacted them and set up a three-way conversation with me to make all the arrangements. No I did not get money back or coupons for a free meal somewhere. What I did get wasa quick, efficient and very professional technician who replaced the windshield in less than an hour. I highly recommend them.

Great service, they even came out to my work to replace my window.Technician was super friendly and respectful of my workplace and informed me to f arrival, as well as when he was finished with the installation of my window..I give them a 10 out of 10 scheduling was supper easy, and timing and scheduling for the installation was way less time than I expected..great experience overall very pleased.

Service was quick, painless, and with reasonable cost wrapped in one packaged price. Very accomidating with scheduling and keeping in contact from the very start of coordinating the service. Installer notified me via text 30 minutes from location, upon arrival, and after installation was done. Went over completion document, additional dos and donts before he departed.Very pleased with the service and product they provided. I would recommend and use again.

I originally went with safelite because I ve used them in the past. I m so glad they messed up. That s how I found pro lite auto glass. They were half the price of safelite auto glass. I ll never use another company beside PROLITE for any of my auto glass. I recommend Prolite Auto Glass. The waiting room has cold and hot refreshments and a few snacks while you wait. It is a small waiting room however there s free wifi and a tv to pass the time. My vehicle was finished in an hour and I m happy with the outcome. If you haven t been here to replace a window check them out. I think you ll have a good experience as I did.

My technician name is Carlos. He is the best the fastest Courteous respectful and put a quality wind shield in my car plus gave me 130.00 . No money out of my pocket both of my vehicle'sget cracked windows often because we work around big trucks prolite auto glass is legit and they are the only company that I will use or recommend and you can take that to the bank

I chose Prolite Auto Glass from an internet search. I m very happy I chose them. They came to my residence and installed a windshield on my car. I m very happy with the results. The tech, Hector, was professional and explained how to treat the windshield for the first 48 hrs. I will use them again if I ever need another new windshield.
