5 star experience at PRK. Randy and her team took great care of our 68 Pontiac. From the fuel lines, to a new A/C unit and a complete rewire she is running amazing. Phil you said that prk doesnt block customers phone numbers...well randi did just that to me...one ring goes right to voicemail and yes she can call a blocked number...randi blocked my number thats why i had to drive down to your shop today...after spending over $10000 at prk and having issues with Randi billing me for work not done and parts that werent installed plus her having an attitude about it getting all defensive making excuses when I called her out on it in the office Phil you were standing right there and agreed you didnt pull the trans to do the trans kit...her charging me for a trans rebuild when all that was done was a shift kit its a good thing i payed attention to the invoice or i would have payed the $1200 instead of $900 which was still an over charge of $400 for a shift kit install if you look at the final invoice Randi didnt delete the labor to remove the trans $240 ...also being charged for a A/C condenser that wasnt installed she did delete that charge...Even worse to top that off the tech that worked on my tahoe not tighting the lower water pump hose which blew off and lost all of the antifreeze overheating and pegging out the temp gauge in the new crate engine prk just installed...towed back to prk for the third time... after all that she blocked me from calling the very business I spent all this money with and unnecessary aggravation I was put through ...that was the last straw...i wasnt going to leave a review but after her blocking my number future potential customers need to be aware of my experience with PRK..Randi's behavior was and is uncalled for..Randi really needs to be reprimanded for her actions... her customer service skills are lacking and in need of improvement...other reviews agree to this fact... treating a paying customer this way its uncalled for and terrible business behavior...

Randi helped my husband by getting in my Yukon for a quick inspection in the same day that we called. The mechanics were able to replicate my concerns and verify that the transmission needed a new part. The part was ordered and received within 24 hours and car is back up and running smoothly! Thank you PRK for being honest about the repairs, pricing, and quick in your turn around time!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

I used them on a few vehicles I have. They have been great. They put the customer first. They work they do has been hands down super clean and professional. The parts they use are top quality parts. I will use them again as they have done great by me. They have keep me updated so I am able to plan my day when I drop my vehicle off. I can't say enough about Randy she has been the perfect customer advocate. If you get a chance check them out. Stop in talk to them about your project. You too will be impressed.. and remeber if you are reading any bad reviews there are always 2 sides to every story. I had an engine swap done at another repair facility who did a horrible job with a lot of electrical gremlins. I was referred to PRK as the experts in that department . The receptionist, Randi, was very friendly and helpful. They gave me an estimate with options , and ended up building me a whole new custom engine harness that they build in house . Great shop, fast work, good folks. 4 stars since there has been a lack of communication after my E-fans install. Long story short I'm having another shop finish the work which is a bummer. I would still recommend this place for all repairs/upgrades.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Never use them, I bought an ls wiring kit from them $580 Bucks and had a pcm reflashed for another $150. Half clips broke and came with horrible wiring directions, fuse box, and obd comes separate for some odd reason. People pay good money for an unfinished harness. Waited a month for just wiring. After installing, motor wouldnt fire but ran great on GM wiring. looked at wiring for a week, came to find out the lady wired the one important sensor to get the thing runing. Crank Sensor behind the starter. Ground going to sending singal pin and sending singal going to ground pin on pcm. The black plug was proved by PRK in the pictures. I wired just to two wires correct, orginal Gm plug in white the right way, Yellow to yellow and blue to blue and fired up runs great, no problems. Still waiting on obd port that was suppose to be included in kit.

WOW!!! That really describes your workmanship in one word!! You and your team has totally been a "life saver" when it comes to fixing cars. We stumbled across you on line. Came in to meet you to see what you could do with our used car that was just purchased (from a bad dealership) and you made our experience such a positive one. The work that you did to make our car new brought us such a peaceful feeling. You are a clean and organized shop with the top notch mechanics. You researched our cars issues, towed and took the time to hear the needs. Your team checked out the car from top to bottom and had open communication the entire time. We found you to be VERY reputably, honest and fair. On your behalf we contacted the BBB and The Attorney General for outstanding work that you stand behind. They do great work. Good family owned/operated business that is also able to offer employment outside of the family.They are friendly, take time to explain the repairs, and I felt comfortable when all was said and done. The rates are better than a lot, and in my case due to unforeseen circumstances by any of us hat came up during the visit, they gave me a smoking rate.Thanks to all for you hard work and efforts in getting my lil runner back to me in better shape than I thought would be necessary--and much worth it.

After taking my 2007 Saturn Vue in to another shop to get an electrical problem that was draining my battery repaired (which was never fixed) my friend/co-worker recommended PRK. I called them, took my vehicle in to be looked at, and before I could get home, Randi called me and said they found the problem and had a fix for it. They replaced my turn/light switch and while they were at it replaced the control for the windshield wipers, which work excellent now! I was so pleased with there work, I will be a continual customer. In fact, I am going to take my vehicle in for a brake job and tune up, (it's time)! Even though I live in Maricopa, it's worth the drive knowing your vehicle is the hands of professionals! Thanks PRK and Randi! You guys Rock!

Contacted PRK Automotive for modification of an existing part provided by me. Upon my request I was informed this modification was unbeknown to them and I was directed towards another route of which they where more experienced. Before the start of service I contacted two other vendors whom experience, knowledge and capability of the modification I desired initially was not only achievable, but also offered at a lower rate and included additional services. After obtaining this information I contacted PRK Automotive within twenty-four hours of service agreement to cancel service and request a refund. Per my request the owners of PRK Automotive denied my refund stating they have a "no refund" policy. I explained to the owner I cancelled before service began however they proceeded to tell me my part had already been partially disassembled so they would only offer me a partial refund. I disputed the partial refund by requesting my part be reassembled to its original state. I was denied and told in order to restore my part back to its original state of which i brought it in, I would be charged additional fees, and if I did not like the outcome to see them in small claims court.

PRK did a bunch of work on a Nissan Titan for us to get it ready for sale. In the end, the jobs were all done to our satisfaction...we didn't want to just get it past a buyer, we wanted it to be "right" so that we could sleep at night. Randi and the crew only do work they can stand behind, so it was a good fit. Doing it right helped us get the correct money for the vehicle. Thanks!

Randi has always been easy to communicate with. The shop is always busy so it is a catch 22. You have to wait but you will get good work done. I had my car worked on installing air ride kit, suspension and now a lsx swap.

I don't know anything about PRK Automotive but on my way home from work this evening I was nearly run off the road by a truck with the PRK Automotive logo on the back window and a license plate of PRKAUTO. Perhaps when you are pulling a trailer and you want to change lanes you should make sure there's enough room so other people on the road don't have to slam on their brakes to avoid your trailer taking off their front end. Great advertising for your company!

I spoke with a young lady named Randy She is the Reception for this shop she told me that it is a 9m wait for any car repairs and that i would need to come by to leave a deposite also it can cost $100,000 for a turbo 427 only jusst motor nothing else when i was told that i know she was not understanding what i was saying si i asked for the mechanic on duty or someone that knows ls motor a lil better she said everryone was unavalible to talk right now this place was not informative, knowledgeble or helpful for the most part i did not even get my questions anwsered

Use to deliver auto parts for them from NAPA through PowerForce of Arizona.No longer employed by PowerForce due to unreliable and dishonest in many ways .Stay reliable honest and always treat everyone with a good attitude and smile and business will boom !Yall have been just that to me when delivering auto parts from NAPA..Thank you Guys!

Randi is a class act she was there and answered every question I needed answered. Her and the staff at PRK are very knowledgeable. Took care of my wiring problems and took my phone calls every time I had a problem. Would recommend this company to anyone. Can't say enough about them. Thank you

They are in one word ...AWESOME ! I have crazy work hours and they never once made me feel like I was coming in at a bad time . Like most people that are into their car or truck I don't want to spend time looking at it sitting in the driveway ...I want to drive it &PRK has made that possible ! I had a fuel gauge and a charging issue and they fixed both ! So if your stressing out trying to find someone you can trust that actually cares ... You found it right here !Thanks I appreciate you !

Went there to have my brakes redone on my work Van. Very reasonable. Awesome service and the people there know what they are talkign about. Was a great feeling to go to a Mechanic and not feel like they were trying to get one over on me.

they have saved me several times when I have had broken plugs or connectors on harnesses and had then in-stock to have the harness repaired.

After being threatened with legal action for telling of my experience with PRK Automotive, I've withdrawn it.They're beautiful, trustworthy, honest and reliable people who are ALWAYS right, even when they're not!

I called for an LS swap and they wanted tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about with a reliable transmission what I called for was an LS swap not a transmission swap not new seats not new doors not a new color of paint job just an ls swap basic information! I will take my money elsewhere

Just call for a quote for alignment was told they don't do it but ok with customer service on phone just need to sound for happy the person sound like they didn't want to be there

I had two computers flashed with specific questions being asked to have specific things done to the drivers they were not accomplished and I paid and when I called in and was just asking questions her attitude was pretty poor and very defensive
