After a bit of stress from searching for the right place to take my new GLI to, I'm glad I found Perri's. While their office/shop is pretty disheveled (it was oddly comforting in a way, I felt at home when my brothers would tune their cars in our garage growing up), I was immediately put at ease. Perri and his crew were very kind, and he was incredibly knowledgeable with every question I had. I enjoyed chatting with him about some AZ history and getting his background info on why he chose Euro cars to work on. I can tell he truly loves his craft. He was extremely honest about everything and not once did I felt pressured into anything. I'd be happy trusting them with my car again. Just to offer a bit of feedback, I think having an office admin would benefit them greatly to get them more organized with clients. I feel as if I could look past that for such excellent services.

A friend and VW aficionado said that Perri's is the place to go in the valley. I was considering buying an older diesel and wanted Perri to take a look at it. He said he certainly would, but for 10 minutes educated me on the risks associated with diesels when people do not do preventive and scheduled maintenance. As disappointed as I am, I have heeded his advice and he may well have saved me 5 to 10 thousand dollars.

Perri has been servicing my B5 S4 since before I owned it and that's probably why it's still on the road with 180k+. I Understand some people need quicker service than perri can offer but for an indie shop who takes on specialized cars you have to understand the longer turn around time. When i need my timing job done I will be coming back here.

Great experience with the service there. Perri knew what was wrong with my car and fixed it in no time. At a significantly lesser price than the dealership. Definitely making this my go-to German car service spot

Better and more knowledgeable than the dealership. Half the price (or less bc they try to replace "fix" things that aren't broken). Highly recommend.

First I would like to thank this shop for taking me on short noticed I appreciated that and were communicative in the beginning..... That's where it ended unfortunately I dropped off to have a oil leak checked out early prior to opening and no communication about the car being checked in or what's going on I called a total of 7 times only once perri picked up once out of those times to say that the car was going to be next to look at this was at noon..... since then 0 communication. Finally responded to my text around 3:30 But each time had no idea what vehicle I was referring to.... I would have done business based on the positive reviews this business had but the lack of communication and how it was handled did not work out. At the end had to take my car back and elsewhere. I hope this review provides some feedback for improvement.... I have nothing against this business and wish them the best however my poor interaction forced me to leave this low of a review

The water pump on my 2014 VW Passat TDI failed and I selected Perri's to do the repair.Perri made time in his schedule to quickly repair my car. His price was very fare and by selecting Perri I saved over $1000 from what a local east valley VW dealer quoted me for the same repair. Perri is an old school business operator who cares about the customer and takes pride in the quality of his work. I highly recommend

Simply the best. I was looking for an independent shop to take care of a suspension issue with my 2018 Audi S7. Perri took it in, diagnosed the issue, repaired it and had me on my way in no time. It turned out to be a simple wiring issue as opposed to an extensive, costly strut or airbag repair. He sent video and pics of the issue and throughout the repair process as well. Perri gained my trust and will be my go-to guy from now on.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Its an awesome shop. The lot is beautifully filled with audis and volks. Perri is a geniune dude. There was a slight hiccup my first time there but nothing that couldnt be resolved and fixed. The prices are fair which is great. And my 05 Audi has been driving better ever since. Thanks guys.

Perfect for me. I found Perri after trying a couple of other German car places in the valley and have been using him for a decade. Mine is an older diesel VW, so there aren't a ton of people that have a lot of experience with my car and Perri offers a combination of experience and forthrightness that are a great fit for this car and owner. His thorough explanation, which tend to include historical context, solid repairs, practical advice and grease under his nails have earned my trust. A cleaner, better organized shop would be nice, but that might not be a fair complaint. From what I've seen, solid, value-oriented shops in this area seem to focus their energy on turning wrenches, not cleaning.

I called Perri out of the blue as I was on a roadtrip from the East Coast to the West Coast. Perri was able to fit me in and give me an honest assessment of the state of my 2010 VW Tiguan. He could have taken advantage of a person in a desperate spot, but he did not. He was kind, professional, and really helped me make some tough decisions regarding my car. Perri is the mechanic you can trust (yes, a dying breed and perhaps the last of his kind). When you take your vehicle there, you are going to get an honest assessment of diagnosis and cost to repair, straight up. If it is not worth it, he will tell you it is not worth it. If the repair is going to cost more than the car is worth, he will tell you so. This place has been around for decades and he knows his stuff; I personally would never consider taking any of my vehicles anywhere else.

Owner was negative right from the start, You probably need to get an office manager who knows how to talk to customers. I called to get a price on doing a water pump on my Audi and as soon as I told him I am a car dealer and asked how much he would charge, he went off on a rant about how he is not willing to take food off his families table and put it on mine.....That's not what I asked you to do, I simply asked what you would charge to do a job. Seems like he has been through the ringer and doesn't enjoy what he is doing. Too bad.

This is one of the most efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and honest places to take your vehicle for maintenance and repair. When he tells you when to bring it in and when it ll be ready, that s how it goes. The work done is always thorough and you ll never be charged for anything that wasn t done. The best place to go for automotive repair, hands down!

Had an issue with a failing diverter valve on my Golf, called on a Thursday evening and was able to get it replaced on Friday. Worked with me and had a nice chat about our favorite brands Audi and VW. Very knowledgeable and even checked other potential areas for preventative maintenance. It's hard to find a local shop but I've found it and will be back

Just when I needed my AC unit in my car recharged, I saw Perri's sign and pulled in. It did the trick in the 115 temps, not to mention I enjoyed my visit there with him while my car was being serviced. I'll come back again.
