I have been getting my car serviced at this location since last year in about June.On my end, every single service that I booked with this company included a tire rotation every single oil change except for one in October 4 I was supposed to have had my tires rotated. The servicemen lied to me and told me that they rotated my tires.Upon further investigation, I went to the place where I purchased my tires from and I have 100% uneven treadwear due to my tires not being rotated at all since I purchased them last year.Now I have to purchase new tires, because none of the servicemen none of the services rotated my tires. And I was under the impression my tires were getting rotated. Keep in mind I just purchased my tires in September. It is April and I already have to buy new tires. The tire company that I purchased my tires will not honor my warranty because my tires were never rotated.I m completely dissatisfied with this level of not telling the truth and jeopardizing the livelihood of my tires in my car and my own personal safety.I m confused how the simple service that is in my contract wasn t being performed.

From start to finish, the tech was professional yet friendly, and very helpful. The wait was standard for an oil change but the waiting area seats were comfy. I had a coupon for 25% off an oil change, but the tech gave me the 30% discount instead. That was a nice surprise! I've always had great service at Pep Boys and their prices are very affordable. 10/10 in my book!

Well I got the shock of my life driving home one night when the Dashboard Lights came on have engine check soon next morning took the car straight to Pep Boys with the dashboard lights on blinking have engine checked. Well thanks to Debbie who got me in the morning so Paul the mechanic could work on the car Deborah explained everything that Paul had to do and approximately how much it would cost. I'm so glad to have a mechanic that I can trust.

Setting up an appointment online was easy but the wait time for them to work on my car was ridiculous. I needed only two tires changed and it took 2 hours and 45minutes. I was waiting in the lobby from 9am to 11:45am. I only went with Pep Boys because Discount tires wouldn't have my tires available for 5 days and I needed them sooner. I don't know about other locations but only choose this one if you can drop off your car and have alternative transportation.

I will never go back there deal on buying 3 tires the fourth is free is pretty much what it costed me to replace the sensor they broke. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go there.

Epic fail on scheduling. Scheduled and got down here oh we don t have techs here to work on your issue. Not sure why it let you schedule it. Staff was nice epic fail and inconvenience with scheduling.

Excellent service. I had no appointment but they had my car on a lift within 10 minutes of me arriving. The work was done quickly and the usual suggestions were made (filters, etc.) but noticeably without the pushy up-sell tactics used by so many other shops. Debbie at the front desk was friendly, efficient and easy to work with. Overall, the service and professionalism earned my repeat business next time I need work done on my car.

Brought my truck in for a horrible crushing noise. Technician took apart and tried to diagnose the problem. Was unable to have my truck fixed right then. Put my truck back together and said it was safe to drive home. Home was 2 hours away. Pep Boys didn't even charge me for what they had done. Excellent service!

Have never had an issue with Pepboys. I called them cause I was late for my appointment and they still worked me in. Did the diagnostic found the issue. Highly recommend..

Brought my SUV in thinking I needed brakes, tires, alignment etc etc. How refreshing to NOT be taken advantage of! I will never take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend this automotive service shop.

I have lived in several different cities and ALWAYS choose Pep Boys. They carry the same great customer service and trust to every location. I ve yet to have a bad experience and this was no different. Friendly, honest, and helpful. Thanks as always.

The service writer advised me they did not have the oil filter for my BMW in stock but confirmed a local supplier. Oil change done on time and the car was clean. Very satisfied, especially with the $ 20 coupon for full synthetic oil change.

If you're planning on going here for an oil change because you see the "$20 off oil change" coupon, just expect to still pay over $80 for full synthetic. My wife says she was charged for their "complimentary" inspection but I didn't see the receipt so I can't verify that.The main reason we go here is that they're open on Sundays and that's the day that works best for us.If you're lucky enough to go in on a day Debb works, your experience is 100x better - she's amazing! No nonsense, but still funny and enjoyable to interact with. I also never feel like she's trying to charge me for things I don't need. The other people who work there make me feel like I'm at a typical mechanic shop and they're wondering just how much they can get out of me - but not as bad as other places like Midas.All around it's your typical 2 Star mechanic shop (because it's like the dentist - no one WANTS to go to a mechanic) - they get the job done - but they get an extra star for being open on SUNDAYS and an extra star because Debb is great and I never feel like she's out to overcharge me (which is refreshing at a mechanic shop).

Took my car to have warning lite examined. Turned out I had a bad tire sensor causing the tire lite to stay on. The mechanic did a good job of fixing the problem. Took only less than hour. Great job. Thanks to Manager Debbie to get me in for short stay.
