Hello,This is a long overdue review. Orlando's previously fixed my vehicle back in the summer and did an excellent job. They kept me informed throughout the process and ensured my vehicle had the correct manufacturer parts. My car looked amazing and the staff was very professional and kind people.I recently referred my mother to Orlando's Auto Body for collision repair also. She came from out of town and dropped off her vehicle. The staff were professional and very warm towards her. The told her about 3-6 weeks for repair and had the vehicle back to her and less time. She had a brand new vehicle prior to the accident and the work they did on her vehicle got it back to looking brand new again. I will be going back to them for any future repairs. They have my business forever and I will continue to refer others. Please check them out if you are in need of body work, highly recommended them.

Updated Review: 2 years ago I gave a 5* review, but after my recent experience I'm revising that. On the positive, the end product and body work are excellent. My issue is with the back end practices. My kid had an accident and his car was totaled. This happened right before Christmas. Having worked in insurance in the past I was really surprised at the amount my insurance was billed for a totalled car. There was very poor communication when it came to getting the car released to my insurance. When I called I was told "We're on the side of the customers, there's no rush to get it out of here. They probably just don't want to pay the storage fees. We're always on the customer's side." When I went to retrieve my kids things from the car, it was completely torn down. I understand they did this to create an estimate, which they charged my insurance for, but this is irrelevant because my insurance needs to be the one to do this and determine how to proceed. Ultimately, my insurance was billed a very unreasonable amount and my claims rep was simply told "we don't negotiate". This type of business practice ultimately costs my insurance more and only serves to increase the premiums for their customers.Like I said, the quality of the actual body work is excellent. But in the future I'll take my business elsewhere.

Orlando Body Shop team is amazing! Great customer service and very responsive. Took my van and dad's car there when we got into an accident. Both times, they did a great job fixing our vehicle. They dealt with the hassle and work with the other insurance company to make sure everything is cover and replace properly. They are very organized and will get the job done right! Thank you!

Got side swiped on both my left front and right front. These guys did awesome with repairs and the paint job! Ask for Matt he s a great guy to work with and cares about getting you your car back at a good timely manner. The paint guy fixed some paint chips in my hood without me asking or saying anything about it! These guys are great will definitely come back!Service: Body & Trim

Shane Orlando is an awesome person. His business is run very professionally. I have been going to him for 14 years or auto body repair. And had nothing but great experiences. I feel That I do not need to go anywhere else The work done at his shops is very professional and beautiful when it is done , You Can't tell that any Damage had been done when they were done with the work.

The team at Orlando auto body did an amazing job with my 2019 Hyundai Accent. I m glad I went with them as they ensured every process was fulfilled and worked with my insurance to get the payments. All I did was drop off the vehicle and they did the rest. They kept in contact with me throughout the process. If I ever have to go through this again, I will be coming back to Orlando vs anyone else.

I can t say enough how Jason and Shane worked with me and my insurance company to make things right. They entrusted in me just like I entrusted in them make things right. If you ever need auto body work done there is absolutely no better place.Initially my insurance informed me I had to use one of their approved vendors. After further research on my end I found out I could choose who I felt comfortable with and wanted to go to. Like any research I do, I read reviews and immediately Orlando Auto Body stood out amongst its competitors and peers. When I arrived at Orlando Auto Body they didn t hesitate to take care of me and my car that was in much need of repair from a head on collision. The repair work was perfect and my car is basically brand new like the day I bought it. Thank you so much for your hard work and compassion you showed me during this hard time. Driver Side mirror cover for bolts was not replaced. Tab must of broken and the clip was left in cup holder. Hood paint is horrible. Lots of solvent pops.Have yet to receive a call of when cover for mirror will be replaced. Door handle must not of been replaced correctly, you have to pull harder than usually to open.

I was in the Phoenix area for a few weeks and damaged my new car. I asked around and Orlando was highly recommended. I stopped by and in a matter of minutes had an estimate, they were able to get me in the following week. The car was ready right on time, and the work was great. They treated me like I was a customer for life, even though they knew that since I was from out of town I'd probably (hopefully) not return.

My husband was involved in a minor accident. We all know property damage claims can be a headache. Since I work in the legal field, I referred my husband to Orlando Auto Body as we work with them. My husband took my advice and brought his truck to the Gilbert location. The staff were very helpful. Due to deeper repairs the vehicle was taken to the Mesa location. We experienced great service from Robert. You guys really put my husband at ease. We had hiccups with the adverse s insurance company, but Robert was on top of it. Thank you all for the great service and great work done on our vehicle.

Did these guys mistake my car for the owners? I felt every need was taken care of in a timely manner. My white 3 stage was matched (extremity hard to do properly) customer service was like a bunch of friends were taking care of me. They were kind enough to take care of a minor issue that was not part of the original scope of work. They suggested a money saving purchase that made my car look even better and saved me hundreds on that as the car was already taken apart. Take your mom here they will treat her like family!

They are very nice and helpful they have had my car for 2 months no fault of theirs my insurance company wasn't contacting them or wasn't sending them the estimate but anyway they are working on it now I can't wait to get it back. Thank you orlando auto body in mesa. This is what it looked like when I took it in. Will post the new pic as soon as it done

The auto body work was great. Communication was ok but not great. Inside of the car was left a total mess with black hand prints in all areas (drivers door, steering wheel and back hatch). Very disappointed in that.

Had to get wifey's Cadillac fixed from being rear ended, Joe told me 3 weeks, I said cool, left the car there. Didn't hear from him for a week and a half, when I did, he said come get it, it's done. Looked like it came off the Cadillac assembly line.Thank you Joe to you and your crew.

I was changing the spoiler on my Camaro, I dropped off the silver original and the red replacement to have it color matched.They matched the 21 year old original silver paint perfectly. I will be using Orlando Auto Body in the future if I need to. 5 stars!Service: Painting

Great customer service! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was dealing with an insurance claim so it took a while before they could even do work on my car, but they were very quick after everything insurance wise was settled. Their paint match is unbeatable!! I recommend if you need a replacement panel that will need to be painted. Thank you!

Walked in a bit confused after getting in an accident and how the whole process works with the insurance. Jason was the best, he helped us on how it all works and had very helpful advice. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Poor installation of inner fenders/bumper cover, loose and missing hardware. Clips pulled through the plastic, black smudges on the headliner from the parts being stored in vehicle while apart being adjusted, headlight not secured completely so it bounces when going over bumps, led headlight ballast was not put back in replaced with conventional bulb.

Thank you to Jason for the advice to get the spray paint off my car!! He could've easily taken my car in used $20 worth of product and then charged me $100 or more for taking it off. Instead he was honest with me and let me know I could easily remove this myself. I am super thankful for him and will use this company if I need help again. I couldn't have asked for a better first time experience.

I would like to thank the crew at Orlando Auto Body for the spectacular work done to my Infinity G37. I especially want to call out Erin (front desk) and Matt for taking the time to explain the details involved. 2 weeks later Matt rolled out the Infinity looking brand new!If you are looking to have body work done then please look no further. After I got into an accident that damaged the front corner of my scion fr-s, I took the car to Orlando Auto Body. After getting them involved in my insurance claim they took care of everything. They negotiated cost for repair and had the car physically ready in about 2 weeks. They even helped with the deductible. I would recommend going here!
