As a single parent I have been sitting indecisive on mods for my 22 Gladiator for a year and a half because other financial things have come first. However, I stated losing interest in off-roading because there were multiple trails and obstacles I couldn t do in a stock sport. As much as I wanted a top of the line lift and the full shabang, I can t afford it. I did need new tires though, urgently. Mine were crumbling from being in the sun and abusing them on the trails. However my debacle was spend a lot of money on new tires the same size just be cause I need them and still be in the boat of feeling like I can t participate it the trail runs with some of the groups I m in? Well I called up ORW and told Cory by internal debate. After talking and discussing options, I decided to use Affirm to finance my purchase. Cory was being patient as I am quite indecisive. He looked for and attached any product discounts he could and got my parts ordered and installed in less than a week. I purchased a budget 3.5 lift with shocks to get me lifted and doing more of what I want until I can afford to do a nice fancy quality lift kit. I also purchased 37 Toyo open country r/t tires (that I m obsessed with) and I finally have sway bar quick disconnects. I put everything to real use for the first time this weekend when going with a group of friends the back way to Crown King (a trail I ve been wanting to do forever!) and my lift, my tires, and my driving skills as the only female driver and the only gladiator out with my friends very modded rigs impressed them all. Everything functioned perfectly and for the first time I didn t bounce around my Jeep like a bobble head. Thank you to Cory and install crew for your great work and recommendations. I will be back!

Awesome place! Took my Silverado in and had them adjust suspension, charge, shocks, and do an alignment on my steering. Also had some parts ordered through them. Cory was great to work with and very knowledgeable! And went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Also, throughout the process was not afraid to tell when he was unsure of something and would get 2 to 3 educated opinions prior to getting back with me on things. Very great team to work with and for any future builds I will be going to off-road warehouse.

Off Road Warehouse did an excellent job installing a lift on my 2013 Tacoma. The truck needed new lower and upper control arms from years of wear as well as a new rack and pinion. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came time to getting everything done. Truck was finished in a timely manner for a very fair price!

Extremely competent and professional staff. Repaired my 2016 Tundra axle and CV boots which had been improperly installed by Toyota dealer. Strongly recommend ORW and their knowledgeable staff for any suspension lift or drive system repairs or needs.

My truck was too tall to fit in my garage with the fin antenna so it needed to be lowered 3 to 4 inches. The staff at Off Road Warehouse figured out how to make it lower. We went from 37 tires to to 35 tires and went from a 6 lift to a 4 lift. They did a great job installing a 4 lift on my 2023 Toyota Tundra. I bought the truck used and it had a 6 lift from the Lift Shop in Phoenix. They refused to lower it and claimed it couldn t be done. Thanks for proving them wrong! My truck fits perfectly in my garage.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at ORW. Initially, I had my truck in for an alignment but had issues with noise from my coilovers and upper control arms. Chris and his guys replaced both my bushings and coilovers under warranty and covered the cost for the second alignment as I was just in 2 weeks prior to. They took the time to make sure everything was right and I was treated as a friend and not just a customer. Highly recommend this place for everything off-road.

I have a 2017 Ford super duty I met Dave and his team in the shop. They suggested what I might need after telling them what I wanted my truck to ride like. after the selection was made and the work was done in a reasonable time my truck was a whole new truck driving just how I wanted it to be and they put up with me calling and asking about it. multiple times. Well, I just sent my truck back in after the first amount of suspension Christopher Seaword did a great job putting together rigid lights with bumpers don t really have to tell him what I m looking for. I think he already knows pleased with the workmanship on the new bumpers and rigid lights Thank you guys very much and I m sure your plan to see me back in there doing more work to my truck

I ordered a couple of Rigid lightbars and mounting brackets for my Can Am Maverick x3 on November 27th spending over $2,300. I was assured that I would receive them by the end of that week, around December 1st. It s been almost 2 weeks and still nothing. I m a little disappointed with your service when you say something and can t follow through. I will think twice about coming back to ORW again.

Love the products they sell so I will be back however the original sales person I dealt with first told me they would call me and let me know when my order was going to come in because I live over an hr away but they never called me back then I did get my order in got all the way home and it was missing parts need to install called him again he basically told me there was nothing he could do that if I needed the parts to go to the manufacturer Rigid and get them myself I m sure the guy is good with building truck an advice but customer relations was definitely not his strong suit

Store manager was absolutely rude. Looked unclean and hungover. Wouldn't make eye contact. He replied to me with short attitude filled responses. Every time I've been here, the staff are cocky and arrogant. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else.

Not the friendliness place. A lot of other offroading places to bring your vehicle to. At the beginning had a hard time for a follow up and to get price and to bring my 4x4 in

The process of setting up an install with Corey of an AEV snorkel that I purchased was simple. They got me in really quickly and the install was flawless and looks really good. Definitely upgraded my Jeep Wrangler JLURD.

Awesome interaction with Danny, who is great to work with, knowledgeable, communicates well and has great follow up. Recently ordered an item online for in-store pickup after confirming it was indeed available in-store. Paid in-full, visited the store a few hours later to pick up, and guess what. "They don't have that item in-stock". "You can come back another day after you receive an email that it has arrived". "Our inventory must be wrong". Yadda yadda.. That would be fine, if I was not from out-of-state and only in the area for a couple of hours. It would be fine if, when I confirmed it was there, they said it wasn't. It would have been fine if I didn't rush across town to pick it up. 35 miles one way from where I was located. Waste of time, money, and gas. To top it off, they told me I would have to wait for my refund from Paypal, even though I did not purchase through Paypal. Not very professional or very good service. Headed over to 4Wheel Parts instead. They actually stocked the part. Let's see if this honest review makes on the site.

A true off-road shop with parts, accessories and service/ install. They have true suspension kits, and also builder parts in stock. Super friendly and helpful atmosphere, whether you are new or a seasoned vet in the off-road world, from mall-crawler to full race and everything in between!

Great product, went together easy once I finally figured out the steps were packaged wrong. Steps were labeled wrong in the bubble wrap. Took me an extra hour to do the job. Personally I don't need them but my wife loves them.
