The manager tried extort $500 from my family.My mom s husband has parked his semi truck by CircleK for several years. He came out and told him to give him $500 cash or trucks would be towed. He seems to have some kind of short man syndrome. He s rude, causes mass amounts of unnecessary drama!I used to pass other auto part stores to shop here. Now I ll pass this one for any other auto part store out there.$500 cash for him personally to park trucks on property he doesn t own. Absolutely unethical.

I went to local competitor requested that I purchase windshield wipers and a set of wheel covers and see if they would install one pop on wheel cover. I was told No. . . . . .So I called O'Reilly's and they said come on over. They gladly popped on the one wheel cover I was missing, installed my windshield wipers and even gave me a senior discount! With a smile. I won't ever give my business elsewhere. Thank you so much for accommodating me.

We end up here often for business supplies, parts, and batteries. Amazing service every time we go. And we chat about our cars sometimes as well. Don t get me started on our brake cleaner addiction.

This store claims they price match but they will not. Terrible customer service. Won t go back. We found the part at Auto Zone cheaper but O Reilys has always been our go to shop it s close by super convenient. Called Auto Zone while we were at the store and the clerk said they won t price match it because that Auto Zone is too far..? It was an Auto Zone 30 miles away in Phoenix and we live in Mesa. O Reilys claims they price match locally.. the Auto Zone we called is local, it s here in Arizona 20 minutes away. The store manager came out we asked if they price match and he said yes so we told him the price at AutoZone had the part for and his store clerk was right there. He kind of fumbled his words said they do price match and then changed his story and said they won t price match it they can maybe come close. We live right up the street have always gone to this O Reilly s, but will never go back to the store. We are restoring a car right now and it s unfortunate. I d rather drive a few miles further and go to AutoZone. I do not recommend this store. They claim they price match but they don t they make up their own price apparently and try to get close like the store manager said.. So it s not really price matching. We were at this store on Friday August 25th at 11:40ish. Whoever the store clerk and store manager were at this time. I don t deserve a kudos for customer service. They lost a sale and some customers.

Worst staff I have ever seen. Rudest assistant manager. They will refuse to warranty parts more then once. Even though I have gotten 2 used parts both times. Now I'm out the $300 for the drive shaft and $1000 for my transfer case that the driveshaft was attached to.

Honestly, when my 2008 Toyota Tundra starter solenoid 12 volt connector crumbled while removing it, only O'Reilly Auto Parts had a connector I could splice into the existing wire.Otherwise, it would be over $3000.00 to replace the entire wiring harness. A big thank you for having the right part when no one else did.

I went in for a battery. The gentleman who assisted me was helpful and knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell me on a battery more powerful than i needed and he even referred me to a great mechanic shop that was near by. I was already impressed with the helpfulness of the representative I spoke to as I left when I saw another employee outside in the 105�+ weather assisting an elderly woman install her new windshield wipers. All around a plesent experience, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of parts for their vehicles. FIVE STARS!

Hayden and Ann at O'Reilly Auto Parts (2707 S. Ellsworth Rd) were absolutely AMAZING!! They were immediately attentive to my request for a new Prius battery - which, thankfully, they had in stock. Hayden installed the battery, gave me an update and got me on my way. Ann was so helpful and informative as well. I will ALWAYS recommend them and will use them in the future for any needs!

Guy over the counter sold me HARD on higher priced pads and spark plugs. It was a nonstop sales pitch all the way to payment. Maybe the store is struggling, maybe they hired Jordan Belfort to work the counters. I would avoid if you could

Great service. Mike was super helpful. He came out to my car to make sure I was going to get exactly what I needed, no more and no less. He even helped me assemble the kit I bought.

I woke up this morning and thought my battery was on the verge of dying. I went to O'Reilly and Mike checked it out and confirmed my suspicions. He helped me pick out a reasonably priced battery and installed it fast. While installing the battery, I also noticed that I needed some plastic clips. He helped me purchase those and installed them as well. Fast service. Great customer service. Thanks so much, Mike!

I know wipers are supposed to be easy to replace but..... Thank you to the clerk who spent 20 minutes with me in your parking lot getting the new ones installed. He made sure to turn his belt buckle away from the car so as not to scratch it. Thanks.

Steve and Ann were a huge help in getting my battery fixed. Came in thinking i needed a new one and rather than try to sell me something i didnt need they identified the problem my mechanic couldn't find and fixed it for only a few bucks!

Billy did a super job for me. Dead battery 8 years old, hechanged it and put on new wipers in less than 20 minutes. Very polite and professional. Have 3 vehicles, will use Billy and Oreillys again.

Great customer service! Needed new windshield wipers and they installed them for me. He noticed right away that the passenger blade was not making contact with the windshield and changed to a different blade. Thank you!

Great employees, stands out from other Oreilly s. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to parts. Stopped in the other day and bought new wiper blades for my truck. The young man working installed them for me and was courteous. Highly recommend this store. Also if you re in Queen Creek AZ. the Oreilly s on Power Rd. & Chandler Heights Blvd. has employees that have worked there many years. Good Parts People.

So I had bought a battery 2 1/2 yrs ago and it went bad, the service was greatly improved and the young man was very helpful so I have changed my review to a positive based on this last visit it's the fair thing to do, thanks too rielly for standing behind the product.Awesome service, very helpful but unfortunately overpriced and out of stock like AutoZone, also offers next day but so does Amazon 2 months agoToday: thought I would try again went in the nice loud bell sounded when I walked in there were 2 employees at counter helping an elderly person.One looked up out of the corner of his eye. Completely ignored me, pretending not to see me standing there, no acknowledgement, like I'll be right with you. No comment like I'll get someone else. They both just stood there helping out the older gentleman.There was a third guy . I just don't get it. Why let someone just walk out. I'm Don

I use to like this location now not so much. Never ask Braydon to assist you cause the guy is not friendly and likes to make up his own policy. His customer service sucks for an Assistant Manager. His attitude doesn t fit his position. I end up going to another location where employee and manager were helpful and nice over by Higley and Guadalupe.

If you're looking for an auto shop that has great customer service, knowledgeable and kind employees, and an array of quality products, then look no further! This O'Reillys has employees that are leaps and bounds more knowledgeable than the AutoZone right down the street.Overall, a great auto shop with well-trained employees and for that reason I'm giving this review 5 stars.

I had an amazing experience with these guys. Dominic in particular, displayed fantastic customer service and was always one step ahead to ensure that I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this location, I was thoroughly satisfied with my visit yesterday. Thank you!
