Took my audi in for repair and we had a part issue ( manufacturer defect) replaced the part and resolved the issue. Putting jobs on the back burner to make sure I was satisfied.... great work and extremely happy with my service..

Was having a couple of issues with my 2006 Mercedes...they got to my vehicle in a reasonable time, clean knowledgeable info on how to repair.I had them solve both issues and they were reasonably priced!

Steve is a true professional! polite, honest and shows integrity every time. his recommendations for repairs are spot on and fair priced. A+ service! 2007 Audi B7. Had a major oil leak and the team here had me out within 24 hrs. I was so confident in the service I received we had multiple other issues fixed. Very reasonable prices! Saved me from buying a new car!!I felt up to speed on everything happening on my vehicle, before it happened! My vehicle runs like brand new now and I love it!!Steve was great! We live in the area and have now found our new Audi mechanic. Would highly recommend!

Friendly, trustworthy, and highly skilled. Steve at noe has become my go to mechanic for these specific reasons. Everytime I go he offers great communication as well as service in a quick and timely manner. When another shop told me a specific repair would he 1600 dollars I went to Steve for a second opinion and within an hour he was able to quote me at only 300. These guys truly rock and as far as I am concerned they are the best German car shop in the east valley!!!

Steve and his team are great. I had to take my car to the Audi dealership to fix a recall part and the Audi dealership told me that my brakes were completely worn out and they needed to be replaced. Something seemed off. I took the car to Noe and they inspected my brakes. It turns out that the brakes still had plenty of life left on them. Noe didn't try to sell me stuff that I didn't need. I trust them and will continue to take my car to them because of their honesty.

I've owned several Audi's and have always struggled to find an honest mechanic to do my work/maintenance. Ive finally found an honest, reliable shop in NOE imports. Highest of recommendations for service, honesty and reliability. I took my GLA 250 to Noe to do a check engine diagnostic, and they were very kind and honest from the beginning! Turns out I ran over something that damaged a part of my car. They were able to order the replacement part and have my car up and running in a very reasonable amount of time. They're the most honest and fair mechanics I've met. They're out of the way from me, but I would drive from anywhere to have them work and maintain my my vehicle. I have a 1997 Mercedes SL I've beat the hell out since 2006 they've taken care of and made run better than brand new cars. They're excellently priced, way below competitors and dealerships I've been to, making it run smoother and for way longer without much cost. Trust these two with your vehicle and you'll never regret it.

I first heard about Noe Import Auto at work. I'm an engineer, and several other engineers in my group all took their cars to Noe, and highly recommended them. So next time my aging Ford Explorer Sport Trac needed work, I took it to Noe. From that point on, I would not take my or my wife's vehicle anywhere else. Absolutely no question in my mind that they are honest, competent, and deal straight forward with any and all repair issues. There was one occasion where there was a leak in my transmission fluid. I dropped it off at Noe's; Jeff called me a few hours later and said the leak was his fault from a previous repair; he fixed it that afternoon, no charge to me.I recommend them without hesitation.

Great service, communication, and turnaround time. Brought my B7 here a few times now, for more than maintenance. I have never felt undersold.Great local shop for all imports, but Steve services my Audi B7, 170K and runs new!!

I took a 20 yr old VW with a small oil leak and they fixed it on the first try. Never had that happen before! It s always a guessing game with old cars . These guys know their stuff! They are reasonably priced, but more importantly can fix the issue on the first try. Highly recommend!!

Have been taking our vehicles there for the past 5-6 years and they are very honest and reasonably priced. Our last visit was to due to the check engine light. They ran a diagnostic test and it showed it was the catalytic converter. Jeff informed me that the dealer could reflash the computer which should fix it and would run a couple hundred dollars. Or, I could get the catalytic converter replaced at $2k. Gonna try the dealership first. If the converter needs replaced, I will definitely head back to Noe!

Been going to Noes for a little under two years now and couldn t be happier. He services my Mercedes AMG, Infiniti QX80, and even my Audi R8! Most people, as soon as they see the R8, immediately think it s time to overcharge me. Not at Noes, They know me by my first name as soon as I walk in the door and always charge me fair pricing no matter what. I would definitely recommend Noes to anyone looking for an honest mechanic!

Honest, competent mechanics at a fair price. I've been bringing both my vehicles here for regular maintenance for about two years since my last auto shop in Chandler disappointed one too many times.

Noe's is a competent, professional and honest auto repair facility. I have no hesitation recommending Noe's as THE place to take your car to get it serviced. Finding an honest place like this is very difficult and we're lucky to have the internet to spread the good word about Noe's.

Always a great experience with these guys , i have never questioned their work ethic and honesty. I Have been here multiple times and have recommended my family here. Everyone i recommend always gets treated the right way. No complaints keep up the good work guys. Prices are fair and work is done to the highest quality , i never had a bad experience.

I have been using Noe to service both of my VW's for quite a while now. It was hard to find someone who was willing to work on import diesels and I am very happy that I found a local business that takes such pride in their work.The (brothers?) that run the shop are both knowledgable about the vehicles they work on and willing to let me know if I would be better serviced somewhere else.I suggest Noe for all import service needs, and highly suggest them if you are looking for a place that will work on a diesel import.

If you are looking for a best local mechanic (non-BMW), here the place that you should be visiting. I have been their customer for over 5years now and these guys (Steve and Jeff) are excellent and affordable in pricing.
