Had an excellent experience. I don t live in the Phoenix area and needed to have my tire s aligned quickly, so I could hit the road and return home. When one store couldn t help me they referred me to another store nearby that took me in after a 20 minute wait. The work was done while I ate tacos recommended by the NA manager. When I returned, my car was ready and off I went. Great people!! Great work!! Very happy with the work they did for me!!!

I have had several services done in recent months. They have excellent customer service, fair prices and provide recommendations without typical pressure to get more services done. I was referred to them by a coworker and I will definitely refer others to them. They have earned my trust.

Thomas took the time to listen to our needs, ask relevant questions, and explain all the details concerning our automobile alignment specks. He made recommendations that were based on the information him and his technicians noticed while doing the alignment and oil change and even provided us with a referral in order for us to get a second option about recent work done to our automobile. Great service all around by Thomas and team, thank you for working promptly and diligently.

For a first timer getting serviced at Network Automotive, it was a breeze. I had took my car in for an alignment and they reviewed and assessed for what car was needing. Thomas was able to assist with getting the process started and able to explain the results of the finding of the service. Very through and helpful with getting a solution to our problem. My truck needed a front end alignment. My regular mechanic, whom I have trusted for many years, and who did not have the ability to perform the needed work, referred me to Network Auto. I had an outstanding experience with Network Auto making the needed repairs to my vehicle. They treated me friendly and professionally. They were accurate in how long the repairs would take and honest about the cost. They provided a clear and understanding explanation of the completed repairs. Network Auto earned my respect at this first experience with them.

This shop completely saved my day! I had my alignment done 3 weeks ago by another shop (I wont name them here) but they left me hanging with a botched alignment and refused to be any help, in fact they even made it worse. So I came to Network automotive and was amazed by the complete transparency and honesty. They fixed my alignment in under an hour. Their alignment tech is truly a master of his craft and I will definitely be taking my other vehicles to him from now on as well. Was referred by a good buddy, called and spoke to Brent the manager with my AC not blowing cold, he accommodated me with short notice. Feared the worst. Dude is super friendly and engaging as is all his team. $200 dollar fix on my truck, ice cold AC and he has a customer for life.

The service and pricing was great and beats the competition pricing and service! The glass itself is OEM spec matched so it can handle the abuse. I had the cheaper glass and it always breaks within months. So far my new windshield is holding up and not broken.

These guys are amazing. If you're looking for an honest mechanics, this is where you go. They have helped me on so many things with my car and have saved me so much money in comparison to the dealership. They also know what they're doing. So never go to the dealership again and come to these. Just today the day after Christmas I went in and they were short-staffed. And Thomas was there being the "chief cook and bottle washer" busy up to his eyeballs answering the phone and being a mechanic, but he still took time to look at my car. . I had an issue that other car dealerships and other automotive locations had no idea how to fix. Thomas walked out to my car changed a few things without even putting me in the bay. And 30 minutes later I was on my way., And they barely charged me anything because it was their expertise that was needed not the car parts. And once again they saved me so much money. Thank you Thomas and everyone here.

This spot was suggested to me by my local Discount Tire Store. Doing as I usually do, I pulled up my Yelp/Google Reviews and had to read the reviews at this place. Needless to mention, this spot has had some amazing reviews. It was quick to set up an alignment appointment. Charles was very supportive and able to assist me with any problems or concerns I had. Ryan, my technician who worked on my Tacoma, was very good at his job. He was able to solve my alignment dilemma in my truck and put it up to specifications. He also found small leaks in my struts, but reassured me that it will not have any major effect in the alignment. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He's a big addition to the company. I would recommend this auto shop for any alignment issues or vehicle problems and ask for Ryan!

*Edit* changed my rating to 3 stars. Got a call from the area manager Eric and he seemed very eager to work with me to resolve my issues. I ended up just doing the job myself and would give Network a chance again in the future.Specifically told them it was a rear wheel bearing. They convinced me it's a front axle joint by telling me there is "no play in the rear wheel". $500 axle replacement later they come back and say it's the rear wheel bearing, that it's clearly loose and they refuse to fix due to rust. Won't go back and advise you go somewhere else.

After a 10hr shift I was greeted with a dead battery and couldn t get home. The fine gentleman from network automotive jump started my car instantly when I asked for help without hesitation. Would definitely come visit this spot if I were to be in the area again when I need help on my car

Trust this shop in downtown Mesa with my life! Last inspection before a cross country trip in our large lifted Excursion the tech found a cracked steering shaft and a loose nut that was about to fail! Love these techs and take all our vehicles to them!

I never been to automotive service center like network most friendly service people as these people that work here there knowledge goes beyond they went beyond looking for what I needed for my truck and honest about what they were doing this is the only automotive center l will be going to from now on thanks network.

They are very pleasant and nice clerks and Technicians. Had an 11 AM Appt to check my vehicle for a 4 wheel alignment as I just bought a new set of 4 tires. Got me in on time. Checked my vehicle and discovered I needed new "bushings" or an alignment would not hold. Cost including parts & labor would come to $1,440! As you can imagine, I was not prepared at all for that price. So I told then I was going to get some other estimates before deciding. I will bump them to a "4" Star because they took about 45 mins to diagnose my vehicle for free. I thanked them for that and went on my way. The labor & parts are pretty expensive though

I have been bringing my car here for years and I couldn t ask for better service. I have often felt taken advantage of at other car maintenance shops but I have never even slightly felt that here. Not long ago I brought my vehicle in for jumping while stopped. They quoted me for the diagnostic which was a reasonable amount. They fou that it was just a dirty part. They cleaned it and it seemed to resolve the issue. I was so thankful they were honest didn t try to tell me it was some big issue just to make money. When I came in I pulled out my card to pay for diagnostic and they told me it was no charge! They have always been so kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend! Thank you guys for being so awesome!Edit: Brought my car here for a loose splash shield last week. Once again, amazing service and didn t charge me a thing. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Always upfront and honest.Also had to have my car towed here about a month ago due to not being able to jump start it after it died. I thought for sure something was very wrong with my vehicle. Got me in the very next day which was a Saturday, so I m sure it was busy, and it was just the battery. They got it swapped out and it was ready to go less than 24 hours after it was towed to them with no prior notice.
