Went in to return a flexplate that I ended up not needing for my project and to hopefully acquire some bolts and studs secure my starter. The gentleman that helped me was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and diligent in helping me find a solution as well as a led upgrade to my rear seat dome lamp.

I ordered a part overnight only to be told the next day that their truck doesn't run on my pick-up day. I asked why overnight was an option when it wasn't a possibility, and the staff member chuckled. He went on to state that people are always upset about the delay. I suggested that he update the system so customers could make an informed decision because I ONLY purchased the part from them because they offered it the next day. He was silent. The next day, so basically, the 3rd day I called to check on my part, and the man who answered the phone was rude. He said that I needed to speak to Casey. I asked if I could give him my name so he could check the system. He repeated that I needed to wait for Casey. He then said, without taking my name that my part would be available for pick up in a few days. I questioned how he obtained this information without asking my name and was told that he received no deliveries today. I was livid so I drove to the store and guess what, my part was magically there.

I believe that NAPA is a good company. The workers here were okay. It was awkward, no one spoke when I said Hey, how s it going . Also, when I got ready to buy, it was very hard to get the staff to talk about the product.

There is an older gentleman who works here who is very rude. I only get a 5 gallon bucket of oil and he never offers to help me. The other staff have always offered to help either with a cart or carrying it out. This guy needs to retire if he can't help a woman out to her car with a 5 gallon bucket. Sorry.

Im So Glad I went to This Napa Location, Instead on auto zone. I Went for oil/filter at least $5 cheaper than autozone plus. NAPA supports Military. In these Times of High Inflation & taxes, NAPA is more affordable than Auto zone. Plus you get a Free Hat. U.S.A. !!!

Dropped a battery off here to be charged (12.4v), left it overnight and picked it up the next day. The guy behind the counter tested it and said it was fully charged and good. Brought it home, installed it and it barely got the starter solenoid to pop out. Checked the voltage and it was 12.3v (not charged). Wouldn't recommend this store.

This location had everything I needed for my foreign car. The correct gear oils, parts and even the specific funnel and tube we needed. We had been to Auto Zone, and O'Reilly's. This Napa location had everything in stock. Very friendly staff and convenient.

Bought a battery here. In less than 20 minutes, I was back on the road. I did not have to install the new battery myself. I did not have to dispose of the old battery, and I did not have to pay extra to get it installed. Amazing service!

The Napa Store on Brodway just pat Dobson. This Nap store has the best magement staff James & Steven along with Ezra,Kerry they bring knowledge and experience when looking for parts for your car. They don't just upscale you they sell you the parts that will work the first time & last,even if it cost less. Thanks guys

I needed a part for a Jeep, and they gave me a part that didn t fit. I brought back the original part and showed him, requesting help and he told me I need to do more research. So I did my research at Autozone and they were able to help me. Thank you Autozone

Napa has those hard to find parts that no one else does. I worked for one of the stores years ago and even tho Oriellys has most my business now sometimes you gotta just pay more to get the right part from Napa

Came in for a replacement battery. After interacting with the staff that just didnt seem to want to be there, I had to purchase a 10mm socket because they didn't loan tools for a quick replacement in their lot. NAPA may have lost a lifetime customer after my experience here. CS has deteriorated over the years.

I popped a tire right outside this Napa auto parts retailer and the employee named Gino came outside and immediately assisted me. He was so kind and professional and was more than willing to lend a helping hand when I needed it! I cannot speak more highly of Gino and how appreciative I am for his helping hand.

Annapolis great if you want parts for your car it's OEM. If you're looking for something a little bit more exotic or cheaper you might want to look elsewhere. Napa quality comes with a price. But this store is okay. But there was only one guy working on a Saturday.

That s 2/2 times that I ve gone to the store and had terrible customer service. There were about seven employees standing around on their computer and only one helping customers in the store. No acknowledgment from anybody not a hi, not a someone will be with you. One guy walked right by me and ignored me as I said hi

As a single woman I am always worried that I will be taken advantage of when I have questions or concerns about my car. A few weeks ago I started having issues with the car starting before I took it to a mechanic I stopped by Napa to see if they had an idea of what could be wrong. I am so glad I did! A very helpful and kind employee came out to my car listened as I started the ignition and knew right away that it was the battery. He tested the battery and he was right! The battery needed to be replaced. I purchased the battery from him and he must have been able to tell I had no idea what to do with it because he offered to install it for me. I am so thankful that I stopped into Napa that day and grateful for Heath's assistance.

There's many Auto Supply Chains to choose from. Every now and then you get that customer service rep that stands out for going beyond. When this happens, I remember and I will go out of my way to let everyone know. For Great Customer Service see Liz at Napa on Broadway. Shad this kid is always extremely busy but he always goes out of his way to help me and my family. Napa has a great employee. We will always be coming back to this location.

Chad was extremely kind to me and incredibly helpful! He helped me find exactly what i needed and was super informative of the parts! My only complaint is that it was hot in the store.

We had a great experience here apart from the other Napa on Broadway bad customer service but here I think the guy's name is Joe gave us a great experience he checked our alternator and battery and lending us his tools to take our battery off and to put it on ourselves and we ended up buying a new battery and my car has been working great thank you very much Napa for your great customer service I recommend this place great price on the battery

Fantastic place. Went there at closing time. They stayed open to get me a little spring for my steering column. They found one fir me. 3 other stores couldn't evan begin to look it up. Napa is the best.

This NAPA store on Broadway is the best stocked store around Mesa. Parts men now their stock as soon as I read him a Dorman number he knew he had it.

Joe is a fantastic employee, he answered all of our questions and was extremely polite. Definitely one of the best NAPA's that I have been to
