The crew at Motortek wins again! I've been a satisfied customer of the Motortek crew for many years now. I found them based upon the number of great reviews they had on social. I am now one of those happy customers happy to leave a 5-Star review. The crew at Motortek are exceedingly professional, knowledgeable and fair. I like the fact they will inspect your vehicle, review what they find with you and give their fair opinion as to what needs to be fixed quickly and what items might be able to wait a bit longer. Great job Team Motortek.

I have gone to Motortek for years. They diagnose the problems accurately and share their findings with the customer. They are highly skilled and stand by their work. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so because they are the best in automotive care in the Valley.

The guys at motortek are stand up guys. I moved out here from a small town in SE AZ and I had a mechanic there. Motortek took me in with a 2002 Chevy Silverado and they were straight up with me on the work they could see and what they could do with my safety in mind.I got a new truck 2020 model and I will take my truck here for its oil changes and squeak noise check ups. Why? Because it s comfortable to wait in the lobby, they take care of it like their own, and they don t judge your vehicle. They get it if your car is old. They are true mechanics and only courtesy to give em is make sure the car doesn t smell awful inside lol and nothing crawls out of their to bite em. Or at least warn em10/10 recommend to my family and friends

Great place to have your cars serviced. Very professional. Explain everything they're going to do before they do it. Nice clean facilities. If you have an appointment they take you on time. Maurice and Edip are the best. I ve been looking for a trustworthy mechanic for years, I finally found these guys! The owners are straight forward and provide an honest assessment of the repairs and costs, they also let me know if the repairs are worth completing.There new location is easy to access and the Motortek team was willing to work around my schedule.. I hate spending money on vehicle repairs but look forward to my next visit to Motortek!!!

Wow, big surprise today. I took my car to Motortek today and Maurice told me my car had no immediate issues, therefore zero payment. This is after I had come from a car dealership that has quoted me needed services amounting to $1000.00+. In spite of knowing about this quote, Maurice told me no service needed at this time, they ll reevaluate on the next scheduled service. Talk about honesty. Motortek has been my auto repair expert for years and never had issues with their work or service. I trust them with my hybrid and all my family cars. Today clinched my trust. Thanks.

I came to Motortek for a 60k service on my 2019 Nissan Sentra. Maurice was honest, helpful, and made the whole process very simple. I come here because I know nothing about cars and this guy doesn t bank on that fact and overcharge me. I am a new customer to Motortek. I was in the market for a new mechanic and my friend highly recommended Motortek to me. They did an inspection on my '04 4Runner. I was highly impressed with the review. I received via text and email. It was easy to read and helped my prioritize possible future repairs so I can plan for it in my budget. I was from out of town visiting family when the check engine light went on. Family recommended I go to Motortek, and they were right. They fixed my problem fast and had me back on the road in a timely manner. I was treated with courtesy and respect even though they knew I would most likely never be a repeat customer. However, should my car ever break down again while visiting the Phoenix area Motortek will be my first call.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I brought my Sentra in because it would not shift out of park until I had pumped the brakes up to 10 times. It had been sporadic at first, but then it was happening almost every time I went to try and drive my car. I was so grateful to find Motortek, and despite being told that they might not be able to be fixed right away if it didn't act up for them, they found the issue that day I was able to pick it up the following afternoon. It was not cheap, but no good shop should be. You get what you pay for. I'm just glad I could finance the bill and plan to pay it off ASAP. Thank you guys!

I can t say enough good about Motortek, I reached out to them after I put Myself in a bad spot buying a Subaru sight unseen. John hooked me up and got the shop prepped for me to have the car towed in. He kept me in the loop over text as I was concerned that I wasn t going to get it up and running to get it into emissions in time to register it without penalties. He got it fixed up drove it around got some gas in it and even had it tested while I was working so I didn t have to worry about it. Had the car back to me in 3 days on incredibly short notice from me. Wow! Where do I begin about how extremely satisfied and grateful of all the work Motortek has done on my Toyota Tundra. I had a water pump go out and had my truck towed to a Toyota dealership to get fixed. After almost a week of having my truck they reported back to me that it had overheated and that I needed a new engine. I am not a mechanic, but what the Toyota dealership was reporting had me skeptical. I had them replace the water pump and give it back to me. I then took my Toyota Tundra, which I love very much, to Motortek and told them my situation. They assured me that they would look into it and be straight with me. By the next day I got a detailed report and a call from Motortek which told me I did NOT need a new engine. I just needed some parts replaced and a little quality work done. I even asked them to do other work that I was unsure of and Motortek told me some of it was not needed at this time. That not only told me that they cared about their customers but also that they were honest and had integrity about their work. Most companies would have took my money and did the extra work for no reason. I will never take my truck into anyone else ever again! I don't care how far I have to drive to bring it into Motortek! I will! I am an absolute customer for life! I assure you after the first time taking your vehicle here you won't go anywhere else either. Thank you Motortek.

Honest , fair , solid work, great service! Been taking my own and my family's vehicles to Motortek for 11 years. Started at the previous 85201 zip code location and followed them because they are the best. Their company is superior to others due to their honesty, good solid work, and amazing customer service! Way to go guys .

Brought my '06 Chrysler Sebring convertible in to confirm either an oil leak or a bit of a spill. Edip checked possible oil leak sources, including timing cover & oil pan gaskets, and confirmed no evidence of oil leak, but possible spill during last oil change. The service was complimentary which included tire pressure check and adjustment.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I ve been going to Motortek for at least 15 years. There is no one I trust more. Edip, Johnny, Ian and Maurice provide quality professional work. When my husband was going through chemo, they worked around his treatment schedule. No words can truly express how much that meant to me. I ve referred numerous people to them. Repairs made are timely. As a female, I ve always been leery going to any shop.
