Terrence is a great manager and person. He's been working on my car for a long time wherever he goes, I'm right behind him. I never had a issue with him or his mechanics, they have done a great job working on my cars. I would highly recommend him!!!

10/10 foresure I ve been to many different shops for auto repairs for our personal and for our business vehicles, Terrance and his team were able to get our vehicles in, fixed and accommodate our chaotic schedule. Thank you for being honest, showing us before and after parts and services performed. It s hard to find trust worthy, affordable mechanics with excellent customer service! Thanks again for getting us safely back on the road, we will be back soon for regular maintenance.

Looking at some of the other reviews and I can attest to how much better this place is since Terrence has arrived. He was respectful, patience, and very passionate about cars. He was informative & did his best to give me the best rates! I will follow Terrence whenever he goes when it comes to my car! 10/10!If people are leaving a bad review they should definitely look in the mirror.

My experience at Midas was excellent. The customer service was the best. They explained in great detail what they would be doing to my vehicle. Offered a ride if I was not able to wait with my vehicle. I appreciate great customer service like that. Thank you Midas crew you are 5 Gold stars.

Midas on Main St. is great I literally drive from Avondale to go to this shop for my services on my vehicles. They are friendly, fair on pricing, and do an awesome job. I rather go to a shop that does the work right then to do a quickie service not done correctly. I definitely recommend Midas on Main Street for all your vehicles service needs. Well done you gained a lifetime customer. Thank you for your awesome service you provide

Brought my 2017 Toyota Tacoma by for a simple oil change. The tech brought me out to show me all my shocks/ struts were bad. I had them install all four shocks/ struts/ springs and full fluid flush. Terrance is a top notch shop manager and many other great reviews are known as a result of great professionalism. These guys are top notch!! Definitely have my business in future

Best auto service I ve had. I brought my Audi S3 in Terrance was able to fit me in right away. I came in for tires and an oil change. The price was very affordable. The mechanics were fast and efficient. 10/10 definitely recommend.

I came in about a week ago for some maintenance on my 2021 Kia k5 / Terrence and his team did an amazing job to get my car back up and running.10/10 would recommend!!!Returning customer for sure I love their customer service everyone was so friendly and helpful!!

Got my oil changed here not too long ago. Oil change light started coming on recently, so I took it to my mechanic to see why that is. Come to find out, THERE'S NOT A DROP OF OIL IN MY CAR AND THERE'S NO LEAKS. Midas was too busy pressing me about other issues with the car, that they never put new oil back into the car. The whole reason I came in the first place. Don't worry Midas! A real mechanic did your jobs for you. He also said that's not the first time someone has came from YOUR LOCATION with this same problem. Thanks for charging me 40 dollars to drain the oil out of my car and send me on my way. Absolutely baffling. Would give you guys 0 stars if possible. Still had 4000 miles til my next oil change needed to be scheduled btw. You guys are a joke. EDIT: The picture is of how much oil was left in my car when my mechanic checked. He pulled out 1 QUART OF OIL. I have the paperwork to prove it moving forward just in case something happens to my engine because of you guys.

Exceptional service! Terrence was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped me to understand what needed to be repaired and gave me recommendations that made sense to me instead of mansplaining things. I felt valued as a customer and didn t feel cheated in the end like they were only out to get my money. I WILL be back!

I usually don't leave reviews but after my experience with the manager Terrence I just had to leave one. He was beyond professional and was super informative throughout my whole experience. He made sure my car was handled with the upmost care! I will forever be a customer and refer all my friends!!!

I came in to service my car and the services provided were great . From the greeting to me leaving the parking lot ! The manager Terrence G was a great help . I will be returning and referring family and friends as well !

The manager Terrence G at this location was beyond unethical. He was absurdly pushy about getting me to agree with $1,300 in services that he quoted me. I explained that financially, I can't afford over $200 a month and that I want a second opinion before moving forward with any repairs. He then had the audacity to tell me that because I don't have children, that's why I think over $200 a month is a lot of money. He continued to TELL me why I can afford the repairs and that he has 5 kids and can afford x, y, and z. He even went as far as to tell me to treat money like it grows on trees and to, "manifest" (I'm sorry, but I live in reality, some of us have to.)The fact he had the nerve to tell me how to handle my own finances and tell me how to live my life is absolutely unreal. It is exceedingly clear that they work for commission and that bullying people into paying for services without a second opinion is common practice here.Also, due to another recent negative review, I'm going to have my oil checked elsewhere to ensure Midas actually changed it. It seems like others have been charged for an oil change by this location and never actually got the service they paid for.I was a regular customer for over 4 years at the Midas in Tempe. Unfortunately, due to this one horrible experience, I will not be returning to this location or any other Midas for repairs.Do your homework, make sure to get second opinions, and don't let people push you around and TELL you what you can afford.P.S. I made my appointment online for 5pm that day (03/19/24) - Terrence tells me over the phone that doesn't give them enough time to perform an oil change and vehicle inspection and they'd need me in at 4:30pm. So I left work EARLY to accommodate them. If that time slot doesn't give you enough time, then why is it offered online? Professionalism obviously does not exist here.P.S.S. My appointment was clearly "honored." Otherwise, I wouldn't have had this experience. They need to actually read their customer reviews before responding. The shenanigans apparently continue up the line.

Luis and Michael both treated me like we were old friends gearheads they are too which is a plus for me. Both times I went in there they got it done and double checked to make sure everything was exactly how it needed to be. They also did a thorough fantastic inspection with pictures so I can keep a record the price was amazing as well. I highly recommend these guys impeccable service and great people 5 out of five.Service: Exhaust

Do not work with this shop. They installed my Radiator thermostat incorrectly, admitted to doing the wrong doing but WOULD NOT REFUND THE AMOUNT I PAID THEM! They charged me MORE than the shop who fixed THEIR MISTAKE and only wanted to refunded me the amount I paid the other shop! Honestly, If I could give this review with no star I absolutely would. They had my car for 2 days! After all of that I still had to bring my car to the dealership because Midas had no idea what they were doing. The owner of this store should be ashamed. Wouldn t even talk to me on the phone. Terrible service and business. Please don t trust this shop.

Would NOT recommend. Took my sons car in for an oil change. Asked for a estimate on shocks/struts. Got a $6.7k estimate, $3.7k of it was for shocks/struts. My previous estimate was $1.1k at another shop. When researching on average cost its between $800-1.1k. Almost $4k is a joke, lol. When I mentioned this he somehow got it down to $1.8k. He was very pushy and condescending. Look at other 1 star reviews, this is on par for this shop. By the time I got home I had 3 texts for financing/Midas credit card, smh.... I have since booked my shocks/struts service at another shop.
