The folks that Midas were very efficient and accommodating and taking care of my 2013 Scion ... They went above and beyond with a very nice disposition and I felt very 'attention paid' for sure. Anthony and front desk waiting area was very comfortable... sincere, natural and intelligent. Excellent customer service and importance of satisfaction. Highly recommend... Efficient and comfortable.Very glad this was my first and only stop. Excellence! Thank you fellas! High recommendations for sure...

Always great service been coming in since 2016. Anthony is real polite, professional and always goes in detail with exactly what my car needs. A plus I like is the full inspection with pictures! Thanks for all the techs in the back to working hard. Definitely recommend 10/10.

I have been a fan since the first visit. The Lobby stays clean, the bathroom is clean, the service is prompt and accurate and above all the work on my car has been impeccable with reasonable prices. I am faithful to my local Midas. The guys are awesome and thorough.

I love the service but I had an emergency at thanksgiving before driving to California with my tire sensor. We ended up having to have all four of my tires replaced because they told me my tires were five years old and I was putting myself in danger or driving that far with that bad tires and so they told me what my total was gonna be it was like $1050. I was literally on my way for a family trip to California for Thanksgiving. I did not have that upfront so we decided to finance. They told us we had 100 days to pay off the finance with no interest. I got about halfway through that and the day after my hundred days my total went from half of that to $100 dollars shy of what the original total was. Midas uses a financing company called America s first finance and my interest rate was 163.65%. I was lucky enough to get a 30 day extension and was able to pay off with some help from Family. The original total of half loan. I was never told upfront that my interest rate would be so high. I highly suggest not financing with Midas. America s first finance is actually in a class action lawsuit in California currently.

So I got my jeep back from them a month ago to replace my bank 1 catalytic converter. I m thrilled to say the drive/power is better than ever. They quoted me less than 400 less than the competitor and also got me ALL of the finance that I couldn t cover out of pocket. Plus! When I came to pick it up they got me under on the price and saved me 100 on top of it!! Best part though was Anthony and Nathan they treated me as a friend and it was a refreshing experience than being treated more than a customer. Those are my guys!!

Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable, with an inspection report that is very detailed. As a parent who is going through things with a sick wife and two sons, it s truly amazing to find a place where they treat you right. The person I worked with Anthony , is very honest and helpful. That is hard to find these days.I am very thankful for this shop and they will be getting all my business in the future.Thank you guys, just that bit of kindness you all showed goes a long way.

Tidy, smells like movie theater popcorn, has tv, snacks & comfy seating. Their coupons/specials are actually valuable. Plus they text all the info and don t pressure sell. It was pleasant and the handler Anthony was nice & active. Glad to give them business.

I had my car for 6 years with no check engine light ever on. Took my car in for a tune up and next day it s miss firing and the check engine light is on. Should have never trusted these basic mechanics to do a real mechanics job, the worst part is that I can t even take it back because they offer no warranty on their work because I brought my own brand new spark plugs that were OEM. Don t go here for anything else besides an oil change or you ll regret it

Wow best experience ever.. ANTHONY is amazing he got me in for a oil change even though they where busy . He made time for me provided excellent service. 100% I recommend this place. ANTHONY should be district manager of midas in arizona he represents them well . Thank you again I will definitely be back .

The shop was clean and the staff were professional. They took my car in for service on time and did an excellent job with everything and the free vehicle diagnostic report was thorough and they show you exactly what is going on and detailed with photos and actual dipsticks with your fluids. Nicely done, it was my first time at the shop and I will come back.

I started going to this Midas because it was close to home but now it's my go-to shop for all my Honda's needs. The manager, Nate, and all of the others provide great customer service. I trust their recommendations and their work and they get things done in a timely manner.

This shop is one of the best (if not the best) in the valley. They do quality work, keep me in the loop on upcoming maintenance, are quick to get my vehicles in when I am having an issue and don't try to up-sale me or rip me off. If they can't figure it out or fix it then they have recommendations on where to go which I also appreciate.

Service was done on time, and seemingly perfectly. I stopped in just before road trip and everything is working great 700 miles later. It was awesome for my daughter as well, she put together a bag of popcorn that was fresh popped in the lobby for both of us. No complaints!

Very good, service all the time but, one time they changed my oil and they had a rookie do it and he put the oil filter on dry and it caused the rubber seal to fail and my engine started smoking the next morning and I had to miss work on Monday to get it towed back to them to correct the issue. They didn't charge me and that was good but, they didn't pay for the tow fee and luckily I wasn't far from the shop or cease the engine. But, besides that one mishap they have been doing a good job since.

Nate and his team were great had brakes and oil change done all in the same day vehicle is doing great will definitely be back signed up for the Midas card which got me in Midas vip membership which offers great perks go see Nate and his team for any automotive repair needs

I have been to this midas 3 times over past year and Anthony has been very nice professional and has always delivered awesome service and great pricesAlso they do a very detailed report and explain every detail . In addition Anthony & Nate have been outstanding with texts and communication after the service and I would give Anthony 10 stars. Highly recommend Anthony and this alma school Midas. I recently had some motor mounts installed on my Nissan. I dropped my car off later in the afternoon and didn't expect to get it back till the next day. Within 2 hours I received a phone call saying that my service was complete, and they even sent a LYFT to come get me. The customer service I received from Nate and his technicians was incredible and they even followed up with me to see how my vehicle was doing. I will definitely be coming back to these guys in the future.

My first time here was for an oil change and inspection. The service and quality was incredible, So I came back for a few more repairs; and you could really tell the difference in the way my car drives. The guys here are helpful and courteous, the customer service was great! I would recommend this location to anyone!

Came here several months ago and got an oil change with free inspection.. I have never had a place quote me $8500 worth of suspension repairs in my entire life. I almost laughed out loud. Needless to say, took my vehicle elsewhere and, big shocker, needed absolutely none of the repairs they had claimed I needed. I take good care of my vehicle so I knew it was a scam. Others may not be so lucky. Be wary.

Was a very positive experience everytime I go to get service on my car , they are very thorough and honest and reliable and trustworthy and best of all is they DONT try and RIP PPL OFF like a lot of places do !!!! I trust MIDAS and will always support there business and trust them with my vehicle! Thanks to all the Great team there and Nate Gonzales is the Best !
