Great experience with Robert. He had me come in after a brief talk on the phone and within a few minutes of arriving, I already had a competitive quote and was getting my brakes fixed up. Definitely recommend this location!

The team here did a heck of a job with my vehicle. I came in for a tire change. Ended up having major issues. But they took the time to work with me to see what can be done to fix my vehicle to make it safe again. While I may have paid out of pocket more than I wanted to. I had no problem with the expense. Because they went step by step with me, making sure I understood what they were doing and even giving discounts to help with my cost. Robert and his team were phenomenal.

Really impressed me with solving noise issue I had went to another mechanic for and had said it was fine. Not even a minute of hearing the engine mechanic already knew it was the waterpump pulley and they got me in on a Saturday at 2pm when they close at 4pm got it finished the following Monday and recently been dealing with a tc light and had them overall look over the cars health. Overall they seem to care and are humans. Appreciate you guys looking over my car and working with me.

Worst techs I've ever experienced they didn't even fill up the oil all the way. They left two lug nuts loose and one wheel only had three out of five lug nuts. The messed up a brand new air filter.they took forever and Jon the manager who was BRAND NEW tried to replace my whole suspension for $4500 because my tires are wearing away a little uneven.

Bought a brand new battery on 4/10 it did not fix my issue so I went to Midas. They told me my brand new battery was bad and the alternator was bad.So instead of giving me my Autozone battery back so I can return it. They made my warranty company pay for a brand new battery and sent the Autozone battery back as a core The date stamp on the new battery was 03/24, Midas why are you depriving me of my property that I purchased and how am I going to return this battery to Autozone for a refund??Stay far away if you want some actual service.

The people here are dishonest and just want your money. My grandfather went for an oil change and he was told that his truck required repairs for issues that were nonexistent, a clear attempt to take advantage of his lack of automotive knowledge. This blatant dishonesty not only tarnishes your reputation but also preys on vulnerable customers like my grandfather. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of integrity displayed by this establishment and will be cautioning others (especially vulnerable elders) to avoid there services at all costs.

Manager Robert Russell is a well-talented Auto Service Manager.Robert has the mechanical experience and the retail service experience to provide Midas with an xlnt Front Counter person.Lobby is clean and well designed with superb Midas legacy branding.Bays seem clean and efficient...Midas will text you a complete review of their Safety Check on your vehicle, including tires, brakes, filters, etc.Easy to park, and plenty of shops and eateries to enjoy while your car is being worked on.ADA compliant with a wheelchair ramp at the front door.For people who don't have much Auto Service or Mechanical care experience, Midas will walk you through your maintenence, and warranty their work.For your convenience, you can also book appointment times...

Jon and the mechanic were relentless in determining the issues with my car and they fixed it. Jon kept me informed and even test drove the car to ensure the problem was resolved before I picked it up. This experience was great as it is so hard to find a shop you can trust. I will be bringing all my vehicles to this store and will recommend to family and friends. Great job! Midas was able to match what I was quoted at Discount Tire and Goodyear on a set of 4 tires, no questions asked. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I called in the morning, they were able to order the tires that day and have them installed that evening (for less than their competitors). They threw in an oil change complementary. I would highly recommend Midas and if you think otherwise, bring your quote from the other guys to Midas and they will make the decision for youService: Tires

Hands down one of the best places to go if you re looking for repairs. If you re looking for a place that is priced very reasonable for the work they do, look no further than this Midas. PRO TIP, talk to this location before purchasing any Groupon. Not only is this location skilled in their mechanical skills but they are also very very competitive. I can t speak highly enough. This place is awesome.

Great place to get quality work done and the warranties are the best I've seen. They even have a free program to paint and etch your catalytic converter to deter theft. And they have a really comfortable waiting area. Complete diagnostics to avoid future problems.

The mechanics LIED. Told me I needed front AND rear brakes. Rear brakes do NOT need to be replaced at all. Verified by 2 other mechanics. Front breaks will need to be replaced but not an emergency. Also claimed my rear suspension was damaged. Also completely false.

Best shop I've been too! The techs are very knowledgeable and efficient! And the manager is very courteous, honest and direct. No smoke and mirrors to prolong the job, and even being very busy they were able to track down an almost non existent part and had my vehicle back on the road over night. They were able to diagnose shotty work that had been done to my vehicle before I owned it and fix it as well. This is where I'll be going for maintenance for the forsesble future.

Pretty frustrated. Got my oil changed here. I got my truck back and a report it needed certain things, which I thought cool. Well, I got my truck 4 days ago, and now I have my windshield wipers literally falling apart, my alternator caught fire, and they said they topped my fluids . I checked under the hood and no they did not. Be aware, pay the extra 25 and pay for the real deal mechanic.

This has been the first choice of my family for several years now, but we ve had a couple cars damaged here and probably won t be returning any more. A few months back, our hood was dented during an oil change. The staff/management acknowledged the problem and we were happy enough with how it was handled. Today, we saw a large scrape along the side of the rim right next to the tire (probably 8-10 inches long) and some tire scuffing right next to the scrape after our oil change today. It was fresh damage- you could see the clean under layers of the scraped metal. We saw it immediately and showed them before we left. They tried to deny any possibility of it being their fault. First, they said it couldn t be their fault because all their stuff is yellow. Maybe they meant that we would have yellow residue if they damaged it . Then, they said it was just tire chalk (there was white residue in the area). We tried to explain that the metal was the problem, but they responded with, yeah, all your rims are scratched. They tried to settle the argument by saying that it couldn t possibly have been them, because their employees are trusted and always come forward when something is damaged during a test drive . They gave us a free oil change in the future to try to appease us. Well, I trust my eyes and brain enough to not want to do that again. I do believe that in person resolution is better, but I don t think it was handled well at the shop. I feel like this type of situation should be noted by the company and customers. On a positive note, they did clearly explain their findings on the general tire and brake inspection.Service: Oil change

Came in for an oil change and alignment earlier this year. My car was on the rack for 5 hours and they quoted me like $600 to have my brand new sway bar links replaced, and $2k for rear struts. Lol.Then the kid broke my engine air filter box during the complimentary inspection, leaving it open, and didn't say anything. I found it myself after checking their work bolt snapped clean from being overtightened, air box open.Came back to have this fixed, which took another couple hours in the waiting area. Then had to come back again within warranty period because the car was pulling after the alignment. The manager wouldn't give me the time of day unless I got my rear struts replaced through them he said he'd "check" the alignment, but all he did was put it on the rack, take it straight down and hand me the keys. Mind you, I've had alignments done with these same struts many times in the last two years without issues. This management is full of it.Won't be coming back.

Worst experience ever! Dropped my car off to get an oil change. They took 6 hours to finish it. When I called around hour 5 to see if they had finished the manager was extremely rude and said why are you in such a rush? I will never use Midas again. I don t care if they give me a free oil change for the rest of my life I still wouldn t use them.

Price gouging / dishonest pricingInvoice # 0171974On Saturday, 10/28, I brought my 2014 Ram in for an oil change.About 30 minutes later, John called me and said my radiator had rust in it, and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,200.00I don t work on cars, but this sounded really high, so I told him to hold off and I would call him back.I looked up the radiator that fits my truck. Prices varied from $115 at RockAuto to $211 at O Reilley auto parts.I called two other shops, who both quoted around $700 to replace it. (Parts and labor)When I called John back and told him, he said, No problem, we ll match that price. He just dropped $500 off the price instantly, so it was clearly heavily inflated.I told him I didn t like his dishonest pricing, and he tried to defend the price-gouging by saying it s just our starting price, then we can match others So rather than have honest, up-front pricing, what he is telling you is that if you aren t willing to research his quotes, he will try to rob you with highly overpriced services.He knew he was caught doing shady business, so he tried to buy it off by comping the oil change. Customer service is great, the manager was honest and helpful. I stopped by just to top off my coolant and have my cabin air filter replaced. I brought all the parts and they squeezed me into their schedule and were efficient. Kevin was so nice and helpful! I will be back for my oil changes!

Well my first review of this Midas was very negative. After that I got a call from Joe. Joe is the new store manager. He offered to correct the problems and make it right. They did a great job this time. Like I said they did a great job with the replacement oil change and a repair. Problem is though they never returned our engine cover back to our vehicle from the first oil change. It's been well over 2 months since the replacement oil change and repair and we've contacted the multiple times and told them we still need our engine cover. We were assured by the store manager that he would find a new one or would get a used one so far if we have heard nothing. So this goes back to the original issue there's no follow through. We're keep getting told every time I call that they're going to find one for us so they're going to get us one just to shut us up. Two out of three experiences with this particular place and I think you know what that would mean. I don't think I'd come here if I were you guys.

So I had a problem awhile back with some pricing that I felt was overpriced,so ROBERT who is the person in charge took care of me and let me know what he was going to do..shout out to him...fair and very kind and understandable and that's along with what I'm having done now..very fair and honest person..it's a pleasure to have some like that to trust when having your vehicle taken care of

If I could put zero I would. I purchased a Groupon for $59.99 for an oil change. After visiting the store to redeem the Groupon, I was told that the cash price would be honored if I just paid cash and if I canceled the Groupon. I agreed. LieAt the end of the transaction, the oil change and car inspection bill came to around $98. When I asked him why the price difference, he said it only included 5.0 quarts of oil, and they added an extra quart of oil which is $22. What he didn't tell me is that he charged me $22 for maintenance time. It would have been better if he had told me from the beginning. With Groupon, the maintenance time was included. He lied to me I was surprised to find out that the oil they put in was of a low grade that only lasted 5,000 milesThey are scam artists - trying to pressure me into buying shocks for $3,500 with tires included 4,500 - no thanks. I could and found shocks for $1,500 and better quality.Also they don't stop harassing you to buy their expensive parts. I would never ever go to a Midas in my life. I'm saying if you can't trust a man at the front desk I don't even trust the guys that was touching my car.

I put a brand new air filter before I took in my Subaru got it back with it hanging out of the case . Now it is damaged , on top of that they took off my tires for just a oil change!!! lost three of my leg nuts!!! I will never go back here. these people don t know how to put a air filter in or tighten leg nuts. An my oil was not top off I had to put a half a quart in it . Imagine your tire coming off on the freeway, because of someone carelessness about their job . Shame on y all!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG THERMOSTAT, WATERPUMP AND HOSES ON MY TRUCK. THEY CHRGED ME FOR A BRAKE JOB AS WELL AND THEY ONLY DID THE DRIVER SIDE. I HAD TO PAY 2K MORE TO HAVE ALL THAT CRAP REDONE. LUCKY MY ENGINE DIDN T HAVE TO BE REPLACED. AFTER THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG WATER PUMP AND THERMOSTAT THE VEHICLE OVERHEATED ON THE FREEWAY, COOLANT WAS SPRAYED ALL OVER THE ENGINE. WHICH CAUSED DAMAGE TO HOSES, SENSORS, AND BELTS. COOLANT IS A COROSSIVE. SO ALL THAT HAD TO BE REPLACED ON TOP OF THE CORRECT PARTS BEING INSTALLED. I REVERSED ALL CHQRGES ON MY CC AND SENT THEM THE PROOF BY FAX OF ALL DMAGE AND COST OF CORRECTING DAMAGE AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. IF MIDAS WANTS PAYMENT I INVITE THEM TO SUE ME. I HAVE PICTURES, VIDEO, AND THE INCORRECT PARTS THAT WERE INSTALLED ON MY VEHICLE. THE SHOP THAT FIXED THE DAMAGE MIDAS DID TOOK PICS, VIDEO, AND GAVE ME THE INCORRECT PARTS MIDS CHARGE ME FOR INTO A BOX JUST IN CASE THEY WANT TO FIGHT ME FOR PAYMENT BEING RETURNED TO THEM.
