This auto shop truly cares about his customers He goes above and beyond and make sure you are ready for what s coming next on the road Not cutting any quarters making sure the job gets done correctly. They are the place to go for any repairs or upgrades on your vehicles.He made sure our shocks were good and got us ready to tow our travel trailer and start our adventures. Blessed to have him work on our vehicle. Customers for life!

Dan & Danielle are super! Dan took the time to listen and try everything leaving nothing uncovered. In the end as a last effort replacing the fuel tank was the problem. I'm very happy I brought my vehicle to Dan and will continue to have him and his team service my vehicles in the future. Fixed a misfiring engine issue cylinder for $200 by finding the actual issue, when Midas wanted $2000. Seriously. Most importantly, diagnosed the issue correctly, fixed it and was super honest about everything although he easily could have had me pay $750. It s rare to find competent and honest mechanics. I m really impressed and he made my year. Plus he took me in when everyone else turned me away for the long weekend. Thank you!

Absolutely phenomenal service from Dan and his team. We called in desperate for someone to look at our van after being turned away from other mechanics because of rust. Our vehicle is from New England where rust on a 20 year old vehicle is the norm, but down here many places wouldn t even look at it let alone try to help. Dan told us to come by first thing in the morning and had us in a bay right away. We are so thankful for the time they invested today to get us on our way, and I have to say the price was more than fair. They worked with us to help stay within our budget and helped fix issues we didn t even know we had. I couldn t recommend Menard Auto enough. If I m ever back in the area needing help or know someone who is, I will definitely be sending them to this shop

Great quick service! They got me in the same day for an oil change that I ve been too busy to get and going out of town tomorrow! I didn t realize that other places were so expensive for oil changes as I was scrambling to find a place last minute. Menard is close to my house and got me in and out fast for a great price! Thanks so much!

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This is a family history of lies and cheating. They argue if they do not like what you have to have to say. They make up excuses. This kid has lied to me a couple of times and tried to make up all kinds of excuses and argued with me to no end, then wonders why one is upset. Ripping people off, arguing and taking advantage of old people is really cool. Thanks for so much stress and anxiety. Do it some more. By all means, use this auto shop. Especially if you are disabled and on a fixed income and like listening to the blame game. And then you see their reply when my issue was with the way this guy was talking to me, lying to me and arguing with me. I was not even reviewing the work that was done in my vehicle 2 years ago that actually wasn't. I was reviewing how this guy treated me now. Not the way his uncle treated me 2 years ago. So there's your extra assistance in determining on whether to use this place is going to carry on exactly what his uncle did. YOU, not your uncle, found the shop so YOU could warranty the parts? How, when the original manufacturer parts are still in my vehicle? Runs in the family I guess. Lol

I loved going to Japan Motors when Ricky was running it. It is even more of a pleasure going there since Dan took over. He has fixed my Jeep a few times now. I m not sure what is best about the shop: the prices, the customer service, or the time it took to make the repairs. Took my Honda Here after seeing they were recommended on Go Gilbert I don t trust a lot of people with my car we have always taken our cars to the SAME people. Moving to the west coast- it s been tricky.These guys were great! Communication was top notch. I ve literally never had anyone explain to me what I needed to know- like they did.I felt very respected to be honest.I will be going back again when I need more repairs done!

Had some transmissions issues with my transmission overheating which Ricky first recommended a transmission cooler. After putting the car up on the lift Ricky had figured out my last mechanic overfilled my transmission fluid when he changed it and it was causing it to overheat. Ricky was completely honest and told me before I spend more money on a cooler to see if the right amount of coolant would do the trick and stop it from overheating and that he would do just that. It s been about two weeks and I haven t seen my transmission overheat once! Saving me money and figuring the issue out the first time and correcting it The right way! Thanks Ricky!! He is now my new mechanic. He is now 3/3!(pictures below of what my overfill transmission look like and spilling onto my exhaust system causing it to leak and smoke after being on the freeway)

Wow, what an incredible shop! Took my Lexus IS250 to have a jdm engine installed, the kind lady at front desk and owner Dan were both super friendly, professional and felt like family.This will absolutely be my go to repair shop, just dropped off my tundra for diagnostic and scheduled to drop off my other tundras for 100,000 mile maintenance.Dan was completely honest and fair about additional items needed, and gave recommendations to keep my vehicles running perfectly in the desert heat.Thank you again Menards auto !!

I called and Ricky took care of me, he had a quote for me in 20 min after calling back and had me bring in my car for a wheel hub and spark plugs on my Lexus IS300 which I m really picky about work done on. He was able to finish the work on time and showed me the old parts that came out. I m definitely satisfied and my car drives great once again! Will be going back! Thanks!

Had a major repair done on my vehicle at Japan Motors. The process was very transparent and were great at answering all of my questions. They even did a follow up after my work was done to ensure I was happy. Great shop, great mechanics, and great owners. Ricky and his team are always amazing. It is a little far from where I live but would drive and tow my vehicles there. My area mechanics always seem to defraud me of diagnosis including East Valley Nissan who actually gave up on my 2004 Nissan Armada. Ricky and team diagnosed to the exact component and did not wholesale replace entire systems for a small malfunctioning sensor. My family depended on this truck which is now back in style. I truly endorse Ricky and his team at Japan Motors. This is definitely a great shop. I brought my Nissan Figaro to them and they took care of all the issues that kept my car from running right. I tried several shops closer to me but none were confident with working on the car. Japan motors had my car completely sorted out with a quick turn around time and extremely fair price. I really like the friendly atmosphere too. You don't feel rushed to get in and out. The owner makes you feel like you are welcome there. The techs took plenty of time to explain everything that was done with my car. Thanks for everything!!

These are great, honest, not blowing smoke! I had them install a factory remanufactured factory long block into my Dodge Ram. Rick even suggested that since my truck looked so nice and that I was planning on keeping it for many more years that I have the transmission flushed, replace the radiator, motor mounts, and a few other parts. Wow! This thing now has 500 miles and they did change the oil for me yesterday to be certain that everything was "buttoned up" and there were no leaks! High recommend these guys. JAPAN Motors has worked on my FJ for years now. It has 265,000 miles and they keep it running. I drive a lot for my work and my FJ is my lifeline. Don't know what I would do with out them. I would give them 100 stars!
