This was the best experience i have had in Arizona with a shop doing work on my car..I am going to recommend this location to everyone who needs this kind of service..the staff and manager providesd amazing customer service. They explained what my car needed and gave me several different options. They have earned my business..on the first visit..my next appointment to complete the needed repair.. is on Monday..

I called and made an appointment a couple months ago for an oil change. JD was extremely friendly and helpful and they were able to get me in within the hour! I was impressed with how thoroughly they inspected my car and now I m going to be going back next week for a coolant flush. Great prices, friendly staff, and quick appointment times! I highly recommend this place!

These guys saved me today! They're efficient, friendly, professional, and thorough. My car runs beautifully! Also they checked to make sure there wasn't any other issues, got me right in as apposed to needing an appointment, and I was checking out their price board and they're great comparatively to other places. I'll definitely be back for more vehicle services!!

Jd and Dustin are absolute rock stars.JD in the front making things happen and Dustin in the back leading the way. These guys uplifted me from a dark situation where I was taken advantage of by a different company. JD especially went up, above and beyond his job to convenience me in my troubles and if it were up to me, both guys deserve a raise.

I have been coming to this location and this location alone since I moved here in 2019. I have even stayed loyal to this exact shop even through two moves farther from this location because I love the people here. Everyone has been so kind and a pleasure to be around as I usually wait in the lobby while my car gets worked on. I figured today I would be coming in for more than just an oil change, so I brought a book and was so excited to see the mechanic that usually helps me out here! Dustin has always been amazing showing me even how to change my lights in my Chevy equinox (known to be more difficult) and just overall takes care of me whenever I have car troubles and breaks everything down in a way for me to understand. Then there is JD in the front office who is super kind and personable! I ve met many people in the office and JD is one of my favorites. I love that the company as a whole because they take photos to document the vehicle and to show what s going on instead of just words. It helps people who are visual. I will happily continue to return to this location even if I live closer to other locations.

This my go-to spot for car repair. Every time I go, I'm met with kind staff, great prices, and open availability. Specifically, JD Sosa, is usually at the front desk, always offers great customer service and is open and honest about my car and the options I have. I have never felt like they overcharged me for service, even when they could have, in fact, today JD took the diagnostic fee off of my invoice and fixed my car in less than 4 hours. Meineke is a trusted source for car repair and I'll never go anywhere else! Thank you guys!

Went in for a suspension check, and waited in the lobby, and they were quick to find the issue with my car. I was able to quickly get the work done at a reasonable price. I have been going here for a few years now. They are always honest and genuine.

Amazing service and customer service very detailed analysis of my car with pictures included which I loved! Counter personal was very polite and professional I accidentally scheduled at a different location and i asked if i could re schedule with this location for another day. instead they squeezed me in that same day so I didn t have to come back another day. They worked till after hours to get my car done for me same day 100% recommend this location!

This was my first experience getting my oil changed as a newly divorced woman. JD was amazing! JD is awesome !Stopped by last week when my own mechanic wasn't available. Glad to have found someone with excellent customer service. Observing JD in the office was truly amazing. Really appreciate the time they take to care for your auto needs! I've put myself into a situation I was unaware of in my new vehicle purchase of choice and was given vital info on how to navigate this tricky situation with my engine. I just moved to the area from Texas about three months ago and going to a new place and finding new mechanics and people that you can trust with your vehicle is very hard because I ve been stabbed in the back and used by a lot of mechanics because I m a woman. Finding this place to get a simple oil change was a breath of fresh air. I told the manager that I was new to town I needed to get an oil change, he scheduled me an appointment right then and there worked around my work schedule at ASU and I just left there with a lot of ease and peace of mind. When I came back from my scheduled appointment, I didn t have to wait very long. They took my keys brought my car in and within 30 to 40 minutes My car was ready to go and the price that the manager gave me is the price that was charged to my card. No hidden fees no extra labor cost what he quoted me for an oil change for my car is exactly what he charged me. I will definitely be coming back for any service that they offer that my car needs because I know that I can trust them.

JD, the service manager was honest and hard working. He had issues with my warranty company. He was patient and stern with them and they paid what was contracted. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced.

What a great place to get an oil change and work done on my vehicles. Honest and friendly! We all need more of that in these days of hardships and financial strain. I've been coming to this Meineke for a couple years. They know me by name and they go out of their way to give the best CS! Been coming to this place for years and have always been taken care of. During my latest visit JD and David did amazing work on my car. I ve got an old Honda with lots of issues. So it s comforting to know there is shop that will keep my car on the road running safely.

We ran over something and flattened two tires. Rush hour on Friday afternoon, this man from Meineke Auto walks over and asks if he can help. They took our car in the shop, found two tires and replaced them in one and one-half hours. The people were very pleasant and the price very fair. We got home before our ice cream melted. I can t say enough good things and the waiting area and restroom was very clean.

I worked with JD on the used Kia Optima I just got from Carvana yesterday. It said it needed service the very first time I turned it on.JD interfaced with the warranty provider for me and got me a 50 point inspection, brake inspection, oil change, and a replacement cabin air filter, all covered with 0 out of pocket from me.It was overall a great experience and I really appreciate the peace of mind they were able to provide me with. Will be coming back for future work.

I highly recommend Meineke #2829 off Southern in Mesa! JR Sosa provided excellent customer service in a professional, personable manner. My car was ready earlier than estimated. Definitely will return for car care!

The service rep named JD was extremely professional and so thorough! I was honestly stunned by how kind he was, along with the other reps in the shop. He made sure I understood what could be done to keep my vehicle in the best condition, and made my options very transparent so that I was reassured that I was in trusted hands... thank God for that! I highly recommend this location to everyone who needs a home repair shop!

JD, Sosa, Marc, and David all did an Excellent job when I took my car in on 12/20/2023...another shop in Mesa did not find the problem.The employees at Meineke shop 2829 found the problem, put the car on the lift and explained and showed the exact problem and gave an estimate. And then they repaired the problem.Very good place to go to get your Vehicle fixed!Keith C

Went in today to get my brakes replaced. Now boy oh boy were there some problems, they thought they had the part, then turns out they didn t have the part, and they ordered the part, then the part wasn t gonna show up, and then they found another part, etc. etc. I think in a lot of cases I d probably give a one star review, but I could definitely tell not all the blame was on Meineke. JD in the front was very professional and nice, he did his best when plans didn t come to fruition. I do feel like there could be a little bit better communication, but when it comes to auto parts sometimes they can just be hard to find. Ultimately the brakes were installed, even if it took a little longer than expected, the service was completed.

They are always helpful and understanding of difficult situations here! I take my car and my teenage son's car and they always work with us no matter the issue or struggle. I feel confident and safe with their work have yet to have an unpleasant experience. JD always makes our experience less stressful and he is attentive to our needs during our wait! These guys are ALL Rockstars!

I usually hate bringing my car in for an oil change because most places try to upsell me and can take hours out of my day. But when I brought my car into Meineke car care center, it was a great experience. I has a quick oil change, and when they went to tell me what else needed tuning up on my car, they had a link with photos and descriptions of everything that was wrong that clearly explained what was in need of immediate attention and what could be waited on. I didn't feel ripped off at all and as a women, I cant say that for many places I've been! The staff was so kind and friendly. If you want a quick, easy and stress free place to bring you car I highly recommend here!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, Oil change

Absolute legendary service down here . My ram was at 2 other shops before it was taken here and fixed. One shop told me it was a fuel pump only to have these guys realize it was my fuse box . There were none available in the US new or used and they were able to source one and get me back on the road . Big thanks to Jd and Bryan down there they went above and beyond. Won't go to another shop again.

I came in with a spare tire that was put on due to a flat. The Meineke mechanics check the tire for punctures and anything that might need repair before putting it back on the car. They checked all of the other tires and made sure they all had 35 pounds of pressure. The whole process took about 30 minutes. They concluded that there was no damage and the tires were likely responding to a drop in temperature, so there was no charge. I have another 700 miles to go before I return to Meineke for the oil change. I have appreciated the work they do. I have relied on this location for the past 4 years. Thank you Guys!
