Cannot express the appreciation enough for Andrew s and John s suggestions and help!! I ve been to many major dealerships and mechanics but have always had a better rapport with Meineke. My wife needed a lot of work done on her car as it is older and was quoted outrageous prices from Hyundai, themselves. I told her I d take it to Meineke and now shop #4264 will have all my business going forward!! They told me what I needed to hear and the truth! Didn t feel I was taken advantage of, proof of what was needed was provided and why, and their pricing is very reasonable for such work. I m actually shocked and elated I came to THIS shop. Much appreciated and gratitude for the work done and help I was given, sincerely!!! I m telling you, CHECK THEM OUT FIRST!!

I would go back to Meineke Car Care Center. The guy there was so friendly and explained everything they were checking on my car because I only went in for a oil change. I really appreciated that they took time to not only do the oil change but checked out other things on my car. I will definitely go back.

I had terrible service here, I had an appointment for an AC diagnostic on March 21, 2024 online @5pm. When I walked in they told me I had no appointment, I showed Andrew M my confirmation email and message, He told me he sent his AC tech home for the day hours ago. Very inconvenient. I ended up leaving car there overnight because I was told directly from Andrew that the AC tech would be there first thing in the morning to diagnose my car and call me about estimate. The next morning I received a call from Andrew @8:42am, saying that my car needs a recharge, which I expected, I said that is perfectly fine. However, he then said I need new coolant and serpentine belt. I got my belt replaced on the last service I had there so I kindly reclined the belt replacement, then I told them I will replace the coolant myself since they would charge $200 for the coolant replacement. After accepting the recharge I received another call @9:28am from Andrew telling me that I will need an entirely new AC unit which would cost almost 2 thousand dollars. I informed him that I do not want a new AC for my car especially since they did not check for leaks or anything. I said I just want the recharge I will pay for it even if it does not work. 20 minutes later I received a message stating my car was ready, so I arrived at Meineke, and they handed me the receipt stating that I declined the service for the recharge. I asked Andrew if I declined the recharge and he informed me that I did not decline the service and he said everything is fine because he did not charge me because they just put everything back where it was. I have a Ford Fiesta 2012 SES, the AC has never had issues, I was also told my car needed new spark plugs, new engine oil, my battery was corroded ( which was cleaned not even a month ago). plus 7 other things that my car "immediately" needed.

Was ok .They recommended we get both my girlfriends reading you through CV joints done. We took it to Big o tires and they evaluated both and then they said the one on the right was completely perfect. We only had to do one so I would not recommend going to these guys.

What a great shop. My full service oil change was done in 15-20 minutes and was very reasonably priced. They went out of their way to protect and keep my van clean. Also checked tire inflation. Everyone was fast, thorough, and friendly. I'll definitely be back for this and other services. Also, they're very supportive of Veterans. A+++Service: Oil change

My husband went in for a check engine light. This is the second time he has gone to this location and the second time he was pleased with the great service. Knowledgeable, professional and helpful folks work at this location, and we will definitely return for our cars' future maintenance needs. Thanks!

Andrew and the whole staff at Meineke are the best. They never try and sell you things that you don't need and will even work with you on the things that you do need. I had my oil changed and Andrew came back and said that my car had reached 30,000 miles so I needed my break fluid flushed as per Kia's recommendation for maintenance. He said don't worry about it. It's something that you can wait and do the next time you come in for your oil change. I have found in the past that some shops take advantage of women but these group of guys do just the opposite and I am so blessed and grateful that I found them. I highly recommend you give them a chance and ask for Andrew.

I went to check the performance of this business. Before I went in, I told The manager the make and year of my car and I was quoted 40 to $60 for synthetic oil change. When I got there it came out to over ninety dollars and that was only because I had a fifteen dollar off coupon. He stated it was because my car required extra oil which he should have known that since I gave him all of the information before I made the appointment. They came up with a long list of items that needed to be done. However, I had already had those items taken care of I was just curious to see what they would come up with. Everyone was very friendly, but very much concerned about overcharging for things that were not necessary. I also did not get a sticker put on my windshield to remind me when I needed my next oil change until I went back and asked for one.Finally, they were having difficulty figuring out how to reset the oil light. So the bottom line is always take your car to the dealer because after looking at this company and a couple of other ones.The service is less than ethical And it is really too bad that these quick oil change places take advantage of people as much as they do.

We took our Pickup in for a full break job. A few months later we had to bring it back in because the rear breaks were rubbing and making noise. When looking at it before returning it to the shop. The breaks looked like they were using the rear breaking more than the front breaks. This issue is caused by mistakes in adjustment. All in all we took the truck back in and had no problems getting new brakes put on. The service was great. We just hope the same mistakes were not made this time.

I feel so comfortable taking my vehicle here. They are always professional and very knowledgeable. They never make me feel stupid for not knowing something and will nicely explain it to you. I would recommend them to both family and friends. Thank you Meineke.

I was able to schedule online for next day service. The gentleman that checked me in and worked on my car was very nice, knowledgeable and fixed my rattle in the exhaust and changed my oil. Very reasonably also! I'm gett6all by services done there from now on. I called United Nation Chevrolet first, never got a call back. I went online 1/8/24 to schedule an appointment and the first I could get in was April 24th!

On time for appt parked in front of door went in gave name number address already new the price. Set there 10 minutes decided to sit in car. Got a text about price. Never been there before so didn t realize I had to text back. After a half hour went in to ask when they would change my oil. Guy says i never texted back. I ask why one of the four guys couldn t have come out. As only one was working. then the guy says it will be an hour. They suck, stupid system will not go back.

This business is very dishonest. They said my father's vehicle needed $1800 worth of repair. Thankfully, we took the vehicle to a reputable dealer and found out it was perfectly fine. It is absolutely disgusting when auto repair shops attempt to rip people off. I would never take my vehicle here for any reason.

I can't say enough good things about all who work here. Dale was incredible and is very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable about every car/truck he gets in. Aaron was amazing to work with, his patience is off the charts, which isn't seen anymore too often now a days. Thank you to the mechanic who worked on my truck... It's a whole different truck. I am always concerned when I go to a new automotive center to diagnose an issue. Meineke evaluated my brakes, found a stone between the pad and disk, took photos of minor ware and said no pressing concerns. I asked the charge for the diagnostic, $0.I was shocked!

Air conditioning was still blowing hot when I left...they charged me for the freon but when I got home I had to put freon in it...now it blows extra cold...thanks for leaving me in the same situation! And no I don't have any leaks because it's still blowing ice cold! Thanks for evacuating the system for me but the 130 dollar charge for the 1.1lb of freon that I didn't get really sucks. Gave 2 stars because at least they evacuated the system.

I would just love to say that Gabe, Andrew, and the amazing mechanics there at Meineke took care of me wonderfully as they replaced my entire AC system that needed to be replaced. They worked with the warranty company and got me to pay the minimum amount that I didn t even believe they got me! Great professionalism, wonderful attitudes, and really showed that they cared about my vehicle. I highly recommend these guys. If you re looking for someone you can trust because let s face it, these days with mechanics we always think they re out to get us, but these guys looked out for me. I highly recommend them and I pray that they continue to do great in this business.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Not a good experience ..I was told I needed a part replaced and told my engine failed. I got a second opinion and they were right about my engine failing but wrong about the part I paid for. Getting my vehicle back I had missing bolts, and Screws that were not put back, and my engine cover was gone. I was able to get my cover back ,but to be accused of having parts broken and missing was not right! They did not own up to admitting they failed to put everything back in place, and for replacing an unfailed object.

Highly recommend for any of your auto repair needs. Andrew, Gabe, Joe and staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The free inspection to look over the vehicle is a great perk. Other shops in the area wanted over $200 an hour just to look at my car before completing any work. They recommended repairs but were not pushy and did not use scare tactics to increase sales. They also took the time to explain the system within my vehicle that needed repairs and what exactly would be done. Will be going back anytime I need service.

This was the worst service I ever had. Was this first one in the door and the last one out. Went in for a simple oil change. They told me that I needed over $1200 worth of work. I then went to a certified mechanic and he told me that they are the worst and they over do it with added charges. Stay clear from these crooks. The customer service was horrible. And l am a handicap person and the stupid guy parked my car right next to the curb in the handicap area that l almost fell down trying to get to my car. That too was horrible. Don t go here. They are the worst. Notice l only gave 1 star but it wouldn t like to post without giving these idiots 1. They deserve 0.Service: Oil change

I scheduled an oil change appointment, which ended up taking more than 30 minutes. During the visit, an employee informed me that I needed a new battery, quoting me $300 for the replacement. I told him I'd rather purchase it at AutoZone and he then quoted $238. Interestingly, I noticed a list of phone numbers for AutoZone and O'Reilly's behind the desk, but the employee claimed they don't source batteries from those stores. I declined the battery replacement. Later, they realized they had mistakenly installed a new battery in my car, causing an additional 15-30 minute wait, they didn't charge me for my oil change. This location appears to be under new management, but it still has room for improvement. I've learned my lesson to check service ratings before making appointments. I will not be returning to this location.
