Thank you for doing such a great job on my LTD Crown Victoria! Well worth the wait! I had called around to several body/paint shops and was either blown off or given an insane quote. MAACO got me in right away and at a great price! It looks like a completely different car!

Very pleased with the work they did on my 2009 Ford Escape. I had messed up my front-end doing something stupid in a snowstorm. They were professional and ordered OEM parts from the local Ford dealer, although they were happy to let me save some money by installing some fenders from a local scrapyard.I didn't feel pressured to get extra work done that wasn't necessary, and in fact they explicitly told me what services probably wouldn't be worth it.In the end, for a reasonable price I think it got a car that looks better than when I bought it used.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They wore great, the paint job was perfect. They did a good job. Service was also great, real good guys at this location. We took a second car to them for a small repair. And still will go back in the future. Thanks guys we appreciate you.

I had the greatest experience here. I got into a minor fender bender and this Maaco location was highly recommended. The process was seamless. I received my car when promised and the repairs made my car look as it did when it was brand new. Very professional and friendly.

For a basic paint job with no work on minor dings, it was OK. My car was dead when i went to pick it up and it was near closing tine so we dudnt inspect the paint very well. The next day when we took more time to look at detsils, my spare tire under the vehicle got a good spray of paint, there was a drip on the rear hatch and on gas tank flap, paint overspray where tape was not put on very well around black rubber seals, when car doors are opened you can see where new paint ended, a big scratch where the Hyundai lettering was put back on and a couple places not sanded very well - but it looks so much better than the flaking off paint before. It should look nice for a few more years. Not sure I would recommend unless details are not important.Service: Painting

Had my vehicle painted on 2016 and this past year I needed a simple fix on one of my bumpers. Maaco repaired and matched the paint my vehicle was. They did great!

This is the second vehicle we have had painted at this shop. Both were full color changes. They are thorough, responsive, pay attention to details and the pricing is quite reasonable.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Paint looked good. Alex was great. Guys out back were all awesome to deal with. Tom, don't trust anything that guy says. If his mouths moving, it's lies. Too bad because I would of gave 5 stars if that liar wasn't there!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Maaco made my car great again! I went out shopping for a good used car but then, I saw the prices. I knew that my 2004 Toyota Avalon was mechanically sound because I had taken good care of it but the body showed the wear and tear of 18 years on the road. So, instead of buying a new car, I had Maaco make my old car good as new. For around 20% of what I would have spent, I got rid of all scrapes, dents and dings along with a new paint job. I even added window tinting and an upgraded paint job along with a refurbished and sparkling clean interior. All for an excellent price - YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY MORE. And the staff was friendly, patient, and accommodating. Sometimes, inexpensive is not cheap.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my truck in to get repainted in October and to get a dent fixed on my door I was expecting a good paint job and I got the complete opposite dents and bubbles in the paint they damaged my truck even more my first quote was for $3288.21 and when I picked up my vehicle they charged me $3330 they charged me more and damaged my truck that's not right you guys had my truck for 4 weeks and couldn't even do a good job. I really should have asked for refund because this is a terrible paint job I wish I would have gone somewhere else and have gotten a better paint job honestly people don't waste your money here

I dropped my car off to the Maaco at 3113 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85213 on August 14th, and was told my car would be completed in 10 days. I chose this shop for my paint job because of their good reviews and reasonable pricing. I was quoted $2,400 for paint, tint, and emblem replacement. I specified to the technician that I wanted the same color paint because the sparkles in the Tuxedo Black is what attracted to me to the car in the first place, so he knew that was important to me. He went over the process of how they are very detailed, needing to remove the emblems and mask of the areas that are not supposed to be painted. He convinced me that the emblems will not look good if they are put back on and that I should purchace new ones, which I agreed to.On August 24th I called them for an update. I had been working with Alex and he stated that the paint was finished but they were waiting on the window tint and it should be done the following afternoon. They ended up having my car for 4 additional days, first blaming the tint technician for having family problems, and then blaming me for not returning their call immediately (I am a nurse and called them back as soon as my schedule allowed, which was a couple hours later). They stated they needed permission to remove the tint along with the defroster from my rear window, to which I agreed to. They did not notify me at this time that they would need my car for additional days.On August 28th, I called them first thing in the morning to let them know I was on my way to pick up my car. They gave me the run around before telling me the tint was still not finished. I told them I would be there by 3pm and I would take my car to a different shop for tint if they could not perform.Upon arrival and inspection of my vehicle, I noticed several unsatisfactory items. First and foremost, the paint color was not the same as the original. The first technician told me that it didn't look the same because I chose to have the cheapest paint job and if I had paid for a premium job they could have matched it better. This was never discussed with me. The manager then had a different story and explained that it is impossible to match paint with the original color. Again, this was never discussed with me. My car looks more like a flat black than it does a metallic and I'm very disappointed with the appearance.Second, the driver's side door panel was cracked. I did not drop my car off this way. When speaking with the manager about this, he stated that it looked like an issue that happened over time because of how I shut my door, in which I again responded that I did not drop my car off that way. He told me this would be an expensive fix and he doesn t even know if the part is still available, nor has he ever had to repair one (not my problem?). He knew it was their fault because he slightly discounted my service at the register as if that was supposed to make up for all their screw ups.Next, there are sanding marks on the chrome finishes, two small cracks in my windshield that I didn't notice until I drove away, built up glue on the "new" emblems, and black paint fingerprints on the interior roof of my car.Last, the tint that took so long to complete does not look like a professional job. It is peeling at the top and there are lines through parts of it that should have been smoothed out.Service: Painting

I had my 2006 Chevy Malibu 20006 painted at this location.I dropped off my car on 5/8 and it was supposed to be completed by 5/22 but it wasn't ready. The paint job is not the greatest. The areas around the doors look cheap and not done professionally. I was charged $2000 and I'm not satisfied with their job. My front windshield was supposed to get repaired but it didn't happen. I was told that my windows would be tainted as well during this two + weeks of waiting, as given on the estimate, but they weren't done either.I believe Maaco didn't do the job that I was given an estimate for, neither was the job completed to my satisfaction. The paint used was not premium either. So,I think I'm being generous by giving them 3 whole stars.I will not return to Maaco should I need it in the future, but I will go back if I shall need any further work related to the guarantee for their poor job they performed.Service: Painting

I had my car there for almost a week to get my bumper replaced do to a Semi tapping me in the rear end. Nobody called me to give me an update the whole time. I had to call them to find out the progress of my car about insurance etc. They finished my car before the insurance had totally paid for it and told me I could not pick up my car until it was paid in full. I had to pay a little over $1,000 out of pocket to pick it up. I'm still waiting for a check from the other companies insurance to ok the remainder of the cost. The remainder has not yet been approved. I think this was very unprofessional on their part. I believe they should of had the full quote and payment from the insurance company before they began. Very disappointed and will not go back to Macco again. Hopefully I dont get hit again by a Semi or any other car. I recommend you don't take your car there. Very unprofessional business. I will also report this to the Better Business Bureau.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Tom and the whole staff were a pleasure working with. I was involved in a minor car accident and the other other party Insurance Progressive wrote me a small check for repairs with-out even looking at my vehicle. Tom and his Team at Maaco kept an open communication with Progressive to ensure that I would have a car rental until all the repairs were taken care of. Thanks again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
