RUN AWAY!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My boyfriend was so broke, but we had tires running on Fix A Flat so we went to this shop where they charged us $90 for 3 used tires. After leaving, our tire sensor light was on and there was still a bubble in one tire. We spent the last of our money and could tell they didn't even change the tires. He took the car back and told them it did not look like the tires were changed out and they said if you give us $40 we'll take a look. He said F that and we had to drive on messed up tires for another 2 months. Thank goodness for taxes, we got brand new wheels at another shop who confirmed that the wheels were still full of fix a flat and the tire sensor was rolling around inside the wheel. DO NOT GIVE THESE THIEVES YOUR MONEY!!!

Took my truck once to get an alignment. The guy who manages the shop said it needed a new part first to be able to do the alignment. They told me it would be done in a day, I stayed in contact with the manager everyday and he told me it wasn t ready, 5 days later I show up unexpectedly, and the mechanic told me it was finished the same day i had dropped it off. Turns out they overcharged me and also they had messed with the truck and tried telling me my truck had extra problems. They also stoled my catalytic converter and welded two pipes on it while they were worked on the new part . Took my truck to the shop with a catalytic converter and pick it up without my catalytic converter plus extra more problems I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

Brought my car in for alignment I asked if they would check it before any work was performed and of course they said yes however they failed to mention there was a $40 charge for the inspection and the guy had a picture of my license plate on he's phone and while he was on the phone he was reading my plate number to whoever was on the line. The $40 gets applied to any work they do. Not transperant.

I'm seeing several negative reviews but I'm the type to give someone the benefit of a doubt and I am super happy I did! My Malibu feels smooth after buying new tires from another shop. they don't do alignment and everywhere I checked, I had to make an appointment. These guys took me in and within half hour done! Happy customer. Will return.

Several times this winter I've woken up to my tires being low from the drastic temp shifts, I pull up to their little drive through area let them know I need air they come out immediately, and check my air pressure and fill my tires. No charge, super quick, awesome staff, very friendly. Highly recommend.

I was looking for two back tires for my lowered truck. I negotiated with the guy that worked there down to 420. I ended getting charged 453 on my card because of taxes . They put Leao brand tires on. After I left the lot I took my truck for a spin. I felt a vibration from both rear tires. I then took my truck to them the next day and complained. They only rebalanced one tire because they didn t balance it properly. In the end I still had a vibration on my back tires. I had a smooth ride before I came to this place. They seemed upset when I went back. They should know what was wrong with my truck they re the so called professionals

toxic dangerous chemicals they released in the air because some prick was burning his tires inside their shop it was a huge cloud of smoke and burnt rubber being released toxic to ones lungs. I hope you're business goes under one of these days.

I have bought several tires from here.Their tires are garbage they will sell you a used tire tell you you have a 24-hour warranty and then the tire pops and they won't give you another one at all.Everybody says they own this place but nobody actually is the owner.If the owner wants to get a hold of me I greatly appreciate it but I highly doubt they will.We'll never come back to this place

Purchased used tires. Overpriced in my opinion 150.00/2 used tires but still decided to go ahead, due to being short on time. Drove my car up two miles and my tire pressure sensor came on. Returned car immediately (less than 10 minutes max)Was then charged a rotation fee, which I only rotated them because the replaced tires were the front and I didn t want it to burst unsafely.Then returned and was told no sensors which is impossible if the sensor is reading low tire pressure and the pressure was low. Agreed for 1.5 hours. Then charged again for labor to switch out tires. Very rude and uncaring staff. If you want to just give away your money then this is the place, but if you want to actually get what you pay for and be safe on the road. I would go somewhere else 100%Honestly it could ve been easily solved the first time I turned around, by just changing out the tires.

Best used and new tires..... 3 star because they went up on prices. I found the same tires, same brand name on the corner of Broadway and center for $120 cheaper for 4 tires

I ALWAYS go here for my tires & tire services. This is a family owned & run establishment. I have been treated like my business matters to them. Which, is RARE these days, for sure. If you need anything to do with your tires fixed, I recommend going to this place, FIRST!

I would give zero stars if i could. All im going to say is keep your receipt and make sure they did/do what it says along with what you paid for. I went and got 4 NEW tires with alignment and they tried to scam me. They put 4 tires but USED and different size then what i paid for, also said alignment was done when they never did it. It took me 3 days of going back and forth with them to give me my money back or give me what i paid for. I honestly think they thought because i don't speak Spanish they were gonna get over on me. The lady in the front was coo and translated for me but still they really did try to charge me almost $700 for used tires and No alignment. BE CAREFUL!

Had an emergency situation last night I called explained the tread was separating On both front tires in my truck They didn't have my size but said they had the next size down 140 for both Long story short I get there they were rude Ended up being one used tire and 1 brand new tire Which was one size smaller than the 31�10.50�15 Paid him for the one tire after it's already on there and they're closing up shop I realized it's a 235/75 r15 Anyone that knows even just a little bit about tires would know that you can't have 2 tires that far apart in size on the same axle When I said some got a dirty look as they're shutting the door in my face I don't do reviews especially not if I don't like something but this was unacceptable....

Unprofessional they don't answer the phone. They told me to come at 8 to drop off the car for an alignment the night before I went in at 7:45 just to drop off the car. When I got there I told them I needed a tire they found one. I called around 9 just to tell them that I had forgotten to let them know to put that tire on the car and take off the Spare tire so the car have all rims looking the same. That's when the guy told me that the alignment guy still hasn't shown up. I asked if he would be there and if the car would be done by 3 he said "I'm not sure call back at 12 " I called at 11 30 just to make sure that the guy did get there if not to look for another place. The man said oh it's you just Give me your number and I'll call you at 2 to let you know if we were able to do your car or not. I said well just put the tire on and I'll go pick it up.

I needed the my tire fixed ASAP. I was able to bring my car in and they worked on it right away. They were very friendly, and personable. I had called around to other shops and their prices were extremely affordable. I will definitely come back and refer others to this shop for all their tire needs in the future.

Owner is shady. Came in with tire light on unsure which front tire... he said passenger side. I replaced tire & light never went off. Went back 2 days later & he now said driver side. Next day that tire was flat... he said I ran over nail. So now I'm 2 tires deep and a patch never resolving issue.... he now wanted to schedule alignment. I don't trust him

Bunch of great guys. I had a flat tire and put on a donut to limp down to the shop. They got a real tire back on in no time at a very reasonable price. I'd recommend them to anyone in the valley who needs tires.

Horrible customer service I pay one price the first time and the next day they wanted to charge me more for the same tired. So unethical I feel guy the second time only want it to charge me because I was a woman and thought I had not been there before. He said everyone charge what ever they want. He was so rude and unprofessional. I will never go back to this place

This was my second time coming here for an used tire. Was in need of an used tire size 205/70r15, which is a pretty rare tire size nowadays if you didn't know. I must have called 15 different shops in which most did not have the size or asked too much money. Not only did they have the cheapest prices in town by far but they helped me immediately upon arrival and had my car jacked up and ready to change tire within 2 minutes. I was greeted by Juan who was a really chill dude that made sure to let me know he was gonna take care of me, and he did. The employees here work hard, they are efficient, and they get the job done fast. HIGHLY recommend when in need of new OR used tires. I was in and out of their lot with a brand new used tire in 20 minutes!
