Doing maintenance on my Jeep before a trip I found broken pinion teeth. It was a last minute find, and they were able to work me in and addressed that, and a couple other things with relatively reasonable prices.I was very pleased with their knowledge, professionalism, and work. They were able to get my Jeep back in shape at the estimated time and I made my trip after thinking I might have to cancel.

Andrew and the crew at LetzRoll have it together. From the moment I reached out regarding lift and gearing options for my Jeep Gladiator Rubicon to the follow thru with the re-inspection this shop was top notch. I m particular and detail oriented and even though they didn t show it they probably got annoyed with all my questions.They highly recommended Metal Cloak and it s obvious because you can see it in the quality and design, but my heart was already set on the AEV 2.5 Dual Sport XP with the Bilstein 8100 shocks. I coupled that with AEV wheels and BFG 37 KO2 tires. Keeping things light was the goal and this setup fit my needs.At my request, they installed Dana Spicer 4.88 gears. I figured what better gears to go in a Dana housing than a Dana gear set. No complaints whatsoever, well except for the break-in period; I was itching to hit the trail and that had to wait. Obviously the gears aren t seen, but the benefits and driveability gains are well worth it. They are extremely smooth and quiet just like OEM. To top it off and while they were in that area they installed APEX HD ball joints. I had 25K miles on the Jeep and it was just a matter of time before those needed to be replaced.For all this work they recommended leaving it for a week. Under promise and over deliver right? This is exactly what happened. The second day I was notified it was ready to pick up. The Jeep drives amazing! Complete night and day difference over the factory components. Stock Gladiator suspension is too soft with excessive head toss. This is firm, but compliant and steering is tight with 6.5 degrees of caster and HD ball joints.I will 100% recommend this shop to all my friends. They are extremely knowledgeable, fair, and will not disappoint.

My wife and I rented a jeep (Baby shark) from Letzroll. This jeep is set up right and it is a great vehicle. You are not renting a beat up rental, their equipment is top of the line. We had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. We had a great time taking the jeep up to the Sedona area. We were able to hit a few trails and also just enjoy the area. We made trips to the Grand Canyon and took a ride down Route 66. I will definitely recommend Letzroll to others and contact them in the future when we go back to Arizona!

Rented the manual jeep below for 6 days beginning of December. BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! Plan ahead with them; they ask awesome questions like can we take the windows off or do you really need the back seat. At pickup the vehicle was waiting for us. This may seem like a small thing but I've been to the new car terminal at Phoenix with the tram that pulls up right to the building, and have waited for no less than 2 hours each time. After a 23$ Uber from the airport we were at LetzRoll and the jeep was one of the first we saw in the parking lot. We traveled past tortilla flats and another day straight through fs143 all the way. The jeep handled offroading like the champ it is and being encouraged to carefully have a great time offloading was a welcome change from the corporate b.s. we all seem to accept as normal. Thank you for the great time, once we knew it's capabilites Toby quickly came a primary source of entertainment on our trip. Can't thank you enough!

Never again. They didn t even do a walk around when I picked my vehicle up. Just made absolutely sure to over charge me on what was originally quoted, threw the keys at me and let me leave with my ungreased, soon to blowout suspension. Make sure you use their parts, if you bring your own, prepare for the shenanigans I ll leave it at that.

Went back for a second time. Dropped it off, Chad reviewed the part s list and LetzRoll went to work. LetzRoll provided outstanding customer service, great communication, and superb work. Upon delivery, they reviewed everything that was done with my Jeep. Andrew and the LetzRoll team were very knowledgeable, professional, and they know what they are doing. I definitely recommend this shop!

My Jeep Cherokee was wandering pretty bad with some worn-out front end parts. The folks at LetzRoll Offroad got me in for an inspection and ended up diagnosing and fixing the problems in about a half hour. They explained and showed me the bad parts before doing any work, explained to me what they were going to do and how, and then did it. It only took about a half-hour too! I couldn't be happier with the customer service, the work, and the total bill! I would highly recommend this shop. The people are great. The work is great. The bill was very reasonable. Rented the white Jeep Toby. Experience was excellent. Best customer service ever! Nicky went out of her way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Even though it was just some dirt roads, and 4wd was not needed, the Jeep performed flawlessly and drove very well on freeways. Definitely will be renting from LetzRoll Offraod again! Apparently some places stopped renting jeeps because people abused the vehicles and the repairs became cost prohibited. So please take care of the Jeeps when renting!

I had a 2.5" Metal Cloak game changer lift and a RPM steering kit installed at letzroll. The customer service here is 1st rate. The Jeep has been rock solid since they installed everything. The Metal Cloak lift is incredible on and off road and the RPM steering has greatly improved the driveability of the Jeep.

Thanks to Chad and all the crew at LetzRoll Offroad. Took my 4th Gen 4Runner in for a lift and some new shoes. Gave Chad some pics and a blog post of a similar look I was going for and they nailed it.Very pleased with the entire experience and results

My go to shop for the 2 offroad rigs we have. They are great guys great work and priced fair. they built my wifes TJ from stock to heavily modified and have been helpful along the way . They have helped on our whole family of vehicles and truly stand behind their work. Andrew is a solid guy and deeply involved in the offroad community so he cares.

Just bought a front winch bumper for my JL. As always, top quality service here. The Bumper is outstanding, high end quality. Andrew helped me personally and I did the install myself. Super easy to install. Letz Roll has installed 2 lift kits on 2 previous vehicles for me and I highly recommend them for your off road needs.

Rented a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from them for my vacation and I don't want to return it...it's alot of fun! Very well built for the trails I took it on. Noticed a few small issues- with service locker light on and a few clunks, but that didn't stop the fun that was had

The entire team over at Letzroll is fantastic from the front door to the shop. They do a great job at making sure you only spend money on things once and explaining how changing one part can effect others guiding you through your build.They have done all the work on my Jeep and helped me along the way with my many questions. To date we have done sliders, skid plates, trusses front and rear, MetalCloak lift with ADS shocks, bumpers front and rear and just installed new Yukon 5.13 s.Don t hesitate to give any of the crew over at LetzRoll a call, they won t steer you wrong!

If you want to upgrade your vehicle, make sure you talk to the folks at Letz Roll first. They treat your vehicle like their own and do things right the first time. Andrew certainly knows his stuff when it comes to off-roading and will spend the time with you to ensure he's meeting all your upgrade needs. I was introduced to LetzRoll by a good family friend, and I first communicated with Andrew (owner) via email for pricing and time to take my truck in for ring & pinion gears upgrade. Andrew was able to give me a deal and scheduled me in before my camping trip up north. Since I got my truck back the day before my trip, he had his shop folks break my truck in for me so I don't have to do that on my way up north. Truck performed perfectly, and as expected, truck drove without lack of power.HIGHLY RECOMMEND LetzRoll Offroad.

Had them fix the rear end in my jeep and put in some Apex ball joints. They did a great job at a fair price! I will use them in the future and recommend them to others! Top notch service!

I tried to take my business here but almost two weeks later I haven't heard a word. Oh well on to the next shop!Edited: I came in with my husband looking for wheels and tires. Asking for professional opinions on offsets and sizes, also, asking about our suspension and if you guys could service it. Never got any options or quotes back making it very difficult for me to have work done at your shop. If these services were beyond your capabilities might as well shut it down bud! Wasted half hr or so at your shop were told we'd get some info in the next day or so. Haven't heard a word but throwing a 1 star at you and you respond quickly.

I just want to give a big thanks to Andrew and his guys at Letzroll Offroad. I had went to Andrew for some work with a tight deadline as I was going to Moab the following week and needed to do a shakedown run before I went. Andrew assured me that he would get it done in time for me, and so I dropped by jeep off and waited. Things happen and I went in after work on the day it was to be done, and they were still working. I assumed this meant I d be waiting and wouldn t get to take it out. Not the case! Andrew offered to pay his mechanic OT to get it done that night. My wife wasn t happy that she would have to give me a ride back later on. It took another 3-4 hours after they were usually closed, but they got it done. I got a call, and an offer to bring my jeep to my house so she didn t have to take me back to the shop. I was happy I wouldn t have to keep her up any longer, and so was she. My shake down run and Moab went off without a problem! Thanks again for all your hard work!

Installed 35x12.5x17 tires which threw everything off. Had planned a trip to Colorado, so I had only eight days to get it corrected. I contacted LetzRoll after seeing excellent reviews on several Jeep groups. Andrew and Chad accommodate my needs. They had the Jeep in the shop the next day. Regeared it and installed an air locker. Took it back four days later to get the differential oil replaced after the break in period. Jeep is ready for Colorado thanks to LetzRoll. Outstanding work and they were super conscientious to stay within my budget. Thank you LetzRoll.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great shop and great employees! LetzRoll has put in a custom roll cage, heavy duty steering, new Yukon gears and done several welding jobs on my 05 Jeep LJ. Every time I have been very pleased with the work completed and pricing. Everyone in the shop is very knowledgeable when it comes to jeep repairs and upgrades. Andrew has always taken time to explain my options and the pros and cons of each.I recently had an issue with the Yukon gears they put in my Jeep 3 years ago and they needed to be replaced. The Yukon warranty is only a year and there was no way to say why they failed. Andrew really went above and beyond what he needed to do to take care of me and replaced the gears at what I calculate to be at his cost. He didn t have to do anything but I feel he really values his customers and wants to take care of us.I would recommend LetzRoll and the crew there for any repairs or mods to whatever you are wheeling. I took my 2019 Jeep there for skid plates.Andrew got me the best pricing for both parts and labor.I got MetalCloak's skid system installed.The Shop is fantastic. It's not huge. Just the right size. They got me done way under the estimated time for this upgrade installation.Erika runs the front end very efficiently. Everyone I met there were cordial and very professional.I really just want to say Thanks to LetzRoll for a job well done. I'm a very satisfied customer. Updated review below original.Very helpful. Employee wasn't pushing sale. Educated me on options which is what makes me return to places. Will be a place I continue to do business with.I blew my motor. We had a massive wait for the replacement to arrive. It arrived two weeks later than expected, which threw off the shops time-line with my job and other jobs. The swap turned into a nightmare for myself and the shop. Andrew (the owner) and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make the best of it. I couldn't be happier with how things turned out! Thank you guys!
