Had a new vehicle in for some minor tweeks . I heard that Service Advisor Jason Thatcher was fantastic. 100% accurate. Fast, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will be using Mr. Thatcher for service needs and routine maintenance moving forward . KUDOS to my repair Tech Stephen and the Loaner Coordinator Bryan. 100% communication, timeliness, and knowledge-based operation.

Had my Nissan maxima go in for service for a front end issue. Worked with Jason who was very helpful and accommodating. Got my car fixed very fast and corrected every issue I brought my vehicle in for. Great service and responded quickly with any questions I had. Highly recommend getting service done here!

My truck apparently keeps forgetting part of its Vin and failed emissions. I've brought it in here for service twice, but they can't find a permanent solution. They just reflash the vin. So I guess since the dealership can't fix it I'll need to replace the truck before emissions hit again.

Courteous, professional, and efficient.Amended 2.19.2024: previous service I was told tires were rotated, yet tire that had a slow leak was still on the same position when I went the next day to get repaired. This service I was out of windshield wiper fluid. Was told it would be filled as part of checkpoints. Asked serviced advisor if it was filled and he checked the car while bringing up front. He said it was all set. A mile later the alert comes on and I test the wipers, no fluid.What else is being marked off as checked on the report but not actually being checked? Will have to find another service provider since this one is proving to be untrustworthy.

UPDATE: Results of oil change, brand new Frontier: One of four skid plate mounting bolts missing, two of the holes ruined by cross threaded use of impact wrench. Drain plug torque way beyond spec took 15 mins to remove! Drain plug crush washer installed backwards. Oil fill cap on so tight I needed a wrench to remove it! Tell your 'joker/clown' tech real funny.ORIGINAL POST: First time customer. The service advisor who checked me in did not have his FULL attention to the task, being on his phone talking to someone via his bluetooth ear piece. Several calls were made/received. This was extremely annoying and I was unable to talk to him about service concerns. This delayed my check-in considerably and made me to not want to come back to this dealership for future service.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

We have been looking for a great service shop for my mom's car and honestly we randomly chose this shop not knowing anyone who had used them. I have to say we were VERY impressed! From the gal who originally answered and scheduled our appointment (sorry I didn't get her name) who was super nice and helpful, to Anthony who took care of us in the service department and was absolutely amazing..... he took great care to make sure everything was perfect and was truly a pleasure to work with! The service was great and we will definitely be back for all future services as long as we get to work with Anthony! He's friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly he is honest! I 100% recommend coming here for your new or used vehicle needs. Kasey and Hunter were absolutely amazing to work with. They were honest, straight forward, not pushy like your typical car salesmen. They listened to our needs and work diligently to make sure they were met. Wayne broke down the financing in a way that was easy to understand. Huge shout out to this team, great work.

Was charged 500 just to have a part ordered that was out of stock and on back order without an estimated ETA. When I decided to change my mind and asked for a refund of my down payment was told I'd have a restocking fee, which makes no sense if that part wasn't even on its way they could have just canceled the order or kept it in their inventory for the next person. I asked several times to be transferred to the service manager to ask what their protocol was and to see if the service advisor was telling me the truth, when on hold for the manager the same service advisor picked up the phone would not let me speak to the manager and kept rudely talking over me. After a few minutes of trying to talk to the manager the guy suddenly decided to give me my refund and still I was not able to talk to the manager to let him know what the service advisor had told me. It was very shady and would not recommend this place to anyone. It seems once my car was a year or two old theystopped giving good service and constantly pushedfor me to buy an extended warranty and even trade in my car.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I have brought my car in for some issues having, plus oil changes.I love Jason in the service department. Jason is the most friendly person I know and only will do business with him there since i feel like he takes care of my needs. His customer service is Phenomenal.I like that they provide rides to and for work when you car is in the shop.When you go please ask for Jason! You won t be disappointed.

Not bad for dealership service center. Can be a bit pricey but the work is usually completed quickly. They sometimes have free donuts and coffee for customers while you wait for the services to be completed.

So this morning on my way to work, my car was acting up and the rpm was revving. I proceeded to pull over to call my dad and people for assistance. I assumed it was the transmission but I knew I had a warranty on it so I was fine which later on found out it had expired. The staff told me that sometimes when the taillights are about to go out, it ll mimic the effects as a transmission issue. Anyways, they ran diagnostics and nothing seemed to be wrong. All in all, it was a past code that had not been cleared from a previous issue. Samuel Ramirez was an angel and really helped me out and didn t charge me for diagnostics and also, gave me a car wash. He was so kind and considering it s my birthday tomorrow, he truly made my day and birthday. While waiting for all this news I test drove a car because I have been thinking of selling mine and Isaiah was super cool and very knowledgeable on any questions i had asked and provided additional information needed. On my way home, I saw a homeless man who was really hungry and I believe in karma, as I m a strong believer in faith and paid forward with some snacks I had in my car. The service was excellent and the service writer was very helpful. I just didn t like the sales department finding out about my appointment and using it s info to call me to try and sell me a car! No privacy and a complete unwanted intrusion. If I want a car I ll call you!!!! Wonderful service! Over the holidays I had been having trouble getting my vehicle serviced due to over bookings and employees on vacation. I came to this dealership as a drop in and they did not turn me away. They were kind, professional, prompt, and gave me reasonable ETAs on how long it would take my vehicle to be serviced. Purchased a Rogue sight unseen. When it arrived, i went to complete paperwork and was in a rush to get back to work didn't get to really review it for features. Later that evening realized it didn't have some of the things I really wanted that i had originally from my trade in. The management team was quick to reach out to address my concerns and are helping me get into another Rogue more to my family's needs. Brought my car here for service, hoping to have a better experience than the previous dealership I've been going to.... It was definitely a step above! I will drive the extra mileage for better customer service.The only reason I'm rating 4 stars, is because my steering wheel and inside of my windshield had grease smudges.

Max was excellent! He's a good listener, which I appreciate. Erasmo is an excellent mechanic, he identified the source of the problem that brought me to the dealership. Awesome experience took my car in to get worked on and totally expected to get taken advantage of. That absolutely did not happen and I learned about why they did the work they did and the reasons they felt it needed to be done. They worked with me the whole time and were great at communication. I had Anthony Lopez for my service manager and I would recommend him 10x over.

The salesman were very kind and helpful, until we decided that a brand new car wasn't quite in our budget and we wanted to look for other options. They refused to show us a used vehicle and said that the price difference wasn't that big of a deal. Their attitude became hostile and we felt that our needs were less important than their commission. Overall overwhelming and not a positive experience.

Every time I have a mechanical need (emergency or routine maintenance) I can depend on this group of individuals to not only assist me but go above and beyond and give great customer service and reasonable pricing. Shuttle service is always a plus and last minute appointments are usually honored (as availability permits). I think everyone should try this dealership. We have purchased 2 vehicles from here and service our Nissan and Dodge vehicles here as well. You really can t ask for more, especially when you feel like family!

I had a previous underwhelming experience with the service team with a different advisor, however, today s experience was fantastic! Tae came right out, took care of my car in a timely manner, and even took time to go over the inspection sheet (which previous advisors did not do). I bought a car here in late October, so less than 3 months, and after using the heater during the winter I started to use the AC. I noticed it wasn t blowing as cold as it used to when I first got the car. I called to get my car serviced and got an appointment the next day, even offered to give me a ride home while I waited. I took the car in the next day like I was supposed to and that s when they informed me that I was going to pay either $100 as a deductible for any repair or $150 for diagnosing if the warranty didn t cover the repair. I wish they told me this when I called in about it so I wouldn t have wasted my time and taken it in. Paying $100 minimum is kinda crazy, the repair probably would ve actually cost $20. Many mechanic shops don t even charge to look at what s causing the issue will stick with my mechanic and won t call back or go even back to LHM Nissan..Service: A/C installation & repair

TEAMWORK! Here I am rushing off to work in my 2020 3500HD Silverado and my right rear tire looses pressure. I pull into your service center and Joshua didn t hesitate to help me out, and the remainder of the service crew was extremely polite during my short stay there. Very bad dealership. I went into the dealership because my Rogue was having battery issues. Talked the the service advisor and he told me even though my battery warranty was not up I needed to pay full price for a new battery. Took my car to the dealership I bought it from and got my free battery. I won't take my car back here again. I will pay to have it towed from Mesa to Peoria if it ever needs fixed. These people will rip you off.
