Getting in an accident always sucks. I was worried about how my car was going to end up. I've had really bad experiences with other body shops before. Larry H. Miller in Mesa restored my faith in auto body shops. From the beginning to end they were nothing but helpful and very kind. I was so happy when I picked up my car, she looked good as new!!

Lisa and Darrell at Larry H Miller made a bad situation easy and transparent. They were quick to get me in for an estimate and were super friendly and efficient. They got all the needed information to my insurance quickly! I definitely recommend compared taking your car here !

It is very difficult josh Dingman to contact you when I ve called the dealership and they tell me they don t even know who you are. I still have not got my car back. I need your email! 9/22/2023This has to be the be the worst place to take your vehicle! DO NOT DO IT! They say your vehicle will be ready in a week or two it s a lie! I called asked about how long it would take to they said they can have my vehicle picked up the same day! And would be a week or two! I constantly called to ask if they had started to work on my car and after two weeks they had not! Michael said he had a family emergency and wasn t able to work on my vehicle! By end of week 3 he said the tech finally looked at my car but if he wasn t finished it might take another week because the tech is going out of town for another week! How is that my problem! I wish I would have read the reviews because from reading them people complaint about the same thing!!!! I wish I could do 0 starts but google is forcing a 1star! TERRIBLE!!!!!

I made the mistake of taking my new truck back to the dealer after being rear-ended. Never again. These people have strung me along for 30 days and counting for what they estimated would take 50 hours. As I write this, we're at hour 173 and counting. Unacceptable! If you want your vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time avoid this shop like the plague! There are plenty of good shops out there who won't screw you over and park your vehicle in a corner to collect dust.Service: Body & Trim

Unfortunately I took my car to Larry Miller collision to have my car fixed after being rear ended the collision center messed up my tail lights now they don't work they were supposed to replace my bumper and didn't and lied and said they did but just painted it the original piece that was in a collision is still on my car I am so disappointed in Larry Miller conclusion and Scott because they lied to me and they did not do the work that they were supposed to. Also charged the insurance for work that was not done so please do not take your car to Larry Millers collision in Mesa it's the worst decision I ever made

UPDATE: After posting the review below, John Jury, Director of Collision Center Operations at Larry H Miller reached out to me. John was extremely polite and sympathetic to my situation. He apologized for the lack of communication and made things right by offering to cover my rental fees. My husband and I are very thankful to have this money back.Apart from the poor communication from the service rep (who I learned is no longer there,) I have no other complaints about the service or quality of the job. Because of that and John's caring attitude, I do believe that Larry H does value their customers and does have a desire to provide great service.Previous Review:I had the bumper of my 2013 Honda Odyssey replaced and paid for by Farmers Insurance. During this time, Farmers had arranged for a rental, again, to be paid by them, for the duration of the repair.I made a phone call to initially set up the appointment at Larry H Miller Collision Center for the repair estimate. That is when I first met Ken. After that initial meeting, every single communication with Ken, from setting up the actual repair appointment to asking about a rental, was via email. I have about 8 emails going back and forth between us on Sep 22nd and Sep 21st. We scheduled my repair to begin on Oct 17th.When I dropped off my van, I asked Ken if he had an idea of when to expect my van's repairs to be completed. He said that he did not, as he thought that once they removed the bumper, they might find more that needed to be done. So, until they had done that, he couldn't really say. I think I may have said, "Let me know" or "Just write me when you know" and left.I did not hear anything from Ken regarding a tentative completion date after that. In my mind, this meant that things must be moving rather slowly.Fast forward to the first week of November. My husband had mentioned that Enterprise had charged our card several times. Odd, I thought, but I figured that my rental had been preapproved for a certain period of time and that Enterprise had not been notified that my van was not yet ready. I would call them to figure out what was going on. I would also check in with Ken to see when I could expect my van to be ready.Now, like many people, I do not answer phone calls from numbers I do not recognize- unless I am expecting a call from someone or some business at a particular time. I was not expecting a call from Ken because EVERY SINGLE COMMUNICATION between us had been THROUGH EMAIL. I also, as mentioned above, was not given any sort of time frame of my van's repair. You can imagine my surprise and shock when on a whim, I checked my voicemail on 11/7 and heard from Ken that my van had been ready on Oct 27th!I have a smart phone but my phone service does not notify me as to what phone numbers leave voicemails. In fact, when I go to my voicemail page, it simply says "Call Voicemail." If I see the same local number call me multiple times, I might check it, because maybe that is a legitimate call. Do you know how many times Ken tried to call after that initial voicemail on Oct 27th? ZERO. He called and left a singular voicemail on October 27th and DID NOT CALL OR EMAIL after that.My van was sitting at the collision center, repairs completed, for 12 days after that initial phone call and he did not think to give me another call?! He did not think to follow up with an email?! And you know what, he had not even received payment for the van at that point- if anything, you think he might have called me or the insurance company (who may have emailed me) about payment.Here is the point. Unbeknownst to me, I had been paying for rental for 12 days on my own dime. $512! This repair and the rental should have cost me nothing. But because the estimator was negligent in basic customer service and common sense, I am now out of pocket $512 dollars.I did complain to his supervisor but was given excuses. To which I responded and have yet to get a response weeks later.Service: Body & Trim

GREAT SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....This is the second time i have taken my car to Larry H. Miller. Both Kristen and Scott are Awesome! They always kept me informed on the progress of my car and handled everything with my insurance, which made things less stressful for me. The first time i brought my car to them, was from an accident and now the second time, was when my car was stolen. They really know how to take care of their customers and I must say, my car for the second time, looked new again. I would highly recommend this place and will continue to use them in the future if needed. Thank you again Larry H. Miller!!

My 2018 Ram 2500 was taken to this location to be painted for a warranty defect. When the vehicle was returned to me the interior was extremely dirty and had paint sanding dust on the floor, seats, headliner, dash and center console. I also noticed the weather strips on the roof had not been installed correctly as they where pealing and had gaps. I spoke to John the store manager, who promised he would personally make sure the vehicle was detailed and cleaned. I took my vehicle back 30 days later for additional warranty work and to be detailed. When I received my vehicle the second time it was worser than the first time.Unfortunately Larry H Miller lacks attention to detail and does not seem to care about there customers. It is unfortunate considering that i have purchased over five vehicles with Larry H Miller in the last 3 years. For those looking to get collision/ body repair on your vehicles make sure you do your research.Service: Painting

My experience with Larry H Miller Collision Center was awesome. They treated myself and my vehicle with the utmost respect. Kristen keep you notified of any changes in timely manner my truck came back looking like it was new. I recommend anybody to take their vehicle to Larry H Miller Collision Center. Kristen is awesome. While I was waiting for the final touches done to my truck, she make herself readily avaliable for any questions or updates. You are not forgotten about. Job well done .

I'm not the type of person to write reviews, but in this case I think it is necessary for me to warn everyone not to take your vehicles to this repair center. I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. I am so dissatisfied with their work.I drive a 2015 Dodge Challenger and I was rear ended on July 27, 2017 and my car got smashed between two cars. I dropped off my car for repair on July 28, 2017. Thankfully I had a rental car because they took over two months to repair my car! I picked up my car on October 12, 2017. When I picked up my car I immediately noticed that they front and back bumper weren't aligning correctly with the rest of the body. They were completely out of place, as you can see in the pictures. They insisted that my car was okay for me to take home. They told me that they were going to talk to Scott to see why they had fixed it that way. The following day I took the car back because its was horrible to drive. When I brake it pulls to the right. It needs alignment because when I dropped it off it wouldn't drive like that. Now I feel unsafe when I drive my car. They had me there waiting for about two hours and they did nothing to my car! They only ordered some front headlight covers that they had forgotten to install in the first place! David told me that there was't anything else that they could do if the insurance didn't approve of it. So now I have to drive a messed up car because of the shoddy work they performed. My car was in perfect conditions prior to the accident. I trusted them with my car to make it at least look decent, but it looks nothing near decent. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! Take it somewhere else. They don't care if you are satisfied with the end results. Everyone that sees my car can't believe that work was done at a dealer. I thought that by taking it to the dealer my car was going to end in good conditions. It was a big disappointment when I saw the final results. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!On another note the only one that made this horrible experience bearable was Kristen. She is very attentive and will go out of her way to give you great customer service.

I would like to give you an honest review of this place. The place is well maintained, from an outside view. Plenty of parking. Shaded and not. Plenty of seating, with coffee and water, as well as restrooms!The original reason I had to visit this shop, was because I had warranty issues from a separate dealer, along with a minor rear end car accident claim to resolve. Around 1700-2000 worth of repairs.I had left my car there for approximately 2 weeks. Kristen was the main one in charge of my claim process! She worked diligently, she did a lot of leg work in resolving my concern, I mean she went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty to make sure that my car was in a like new condition it was in prior to having to file claims. She was SUPER friendly and easy to work with. Anytime you have to go in for a car repair it's always going to be a frustrating moment, because 1. You are there and 2. You want your car back! She made it easy to communicate with her. She kept me in the loop with the updates for my car.When the car was finished, she even surprised me with the finish product. I can tell you, that I am amazed at the outcome, and I will bring any car body repairs to this shop, in hopes to work with Kristen again! Scott is a very nice guy who gets things done! I wasn't an easy person to deal with. I bugged him almost every day for a status on my truck being that it was BRAND new and I was hit by a drunk driver. Minor repairs needed but I dropped my truck off on a Monday night and had it back that Friday night! When the insurance company wasn't working with him he let me know right away so I could handle it and get things done. The work on my truck is fantastic looks like new again and I couldn't be happier!

I gave my brand new Camry 2018 to replace back bumper as some one hit in parking lot.The quote was very less compared to others and deliver in just one day. Now it looks perfect doesn t seemed to be replacement. Thanks James for taking time and got the things faster n better. I recommend this for faster service

Horrible communication, could have been more helpful.They have had my vehicle for over a month now. At first, the communication was o.k. I was told that my vehicle needed new tires, the insurance would pay for one. So, I called discount, rather them, set up tires to arrive, then discount asked why the dealer wasn't bringing the vehicle in, instead of dropping tires off to them. I called the dealer and said they can just bring the vehicle into get all new tires. Didn't hear back from them until it was time for me to pay my portion of the tires. I paid it right then, was told my vehicle would be ready no later than last Thursday. I hadn't heard from them so I called yesterday. Scott told me they ran into suspension issues and that's why it was taking longer. So, why was I never called??? He told me he would have the car to my side of town tomorrow. Well, it's tomorrow and I received no call. I called, left a voicemail. Haven't heard anything. This experience has been very irritating.

I had the pleasure of having Whitney Nolan as my service advisor/estimator after my 2020 VW Jetta suffered damage from being side swiped. Mr. Nolan provided me with exceptional service as well as keeping me update throughout the entire process. Will definitely recommend LHM Collision Center Mesa and Whitney for all repair needs!

Both of our cars had to spend a good amount of time here after being heavily vandalized. Kristen worked with us (and is still working with us) to make sure every concern has been addressed to our satisfaction. The quality of the repairs was excellent and Kristen's assistance with a couple of issues has been fantastic. I would definitely recommend LHM Collision Center Mess if you're looking for a body shop that not only does great work, but also actually cares about your opinion of their work!

These guys kept me up to date on all changes and were ridiculously thorough on repairs that were not obvious or hidden under stuff. I got rear-ended and they brought my challenger back to new condition. I had the unfortunate pleasure of being involved in a crash struck from the rear and pushed into car in front of me while stopped for traffic.The impact was was hard as brakes were never applied by the vehicle who struck meMy car brand new 2019 Altima SR 2 months new with $14500 in damageI must say the entire staff was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.I am extremely satisfied from the beginning to the completion and was constantly kept advised of the process of repairsWhen I went to the collision center a few days after the collision to get some personal items from my car Justin and the shop manager answered every question and concerns I had and made me feel much better due to the amount of damageI picked my car up after inspecting it throughly and I was amazed with the repairs and entire job they didI highly recommend this collision center

This is the second time I have used the collision center. The Customer service staff extremely professional, and courteous.Now for the rest of my experience. My wheel lock is not in my car. I was told it was in the glove box, it s not there. There are a few other issues with the car related to the accident which was caused by a distracted driver. Now I have to deal with a distracted mechanic that lost my wheel lock. I understand things happen. However how you handle it is what is important. I am not impressed.This has become quite the headache!! I feel like I am being a bother, and not once has anyone apologized nor made this a priority!I brought the car in today for a oil change at the Larry Miller in Avondale, who has been communicating with Mesa. Well they cannot get the wheel locks off and now I am suppose to go back again when they can fit me in so they can get my car over to Mesa. Mesa come get my car!!!This was an error by Larry H Miller. Something of mine that you misplaced. Now I need to bring my car to you? You should come to me with a rental.This some how has become my problem, hope I do not get a flat tire or I will need the tow truck company to deliver my car to Mr. Larry H.Keep an eye on your wheel locks people

Short Version:Get it in writing!I know everyone says that, and no one listens, but it is extremely true when dealing with this shop. Don't let them "send it later" (they won't). Don't let them "email you as soon as they get back to their desk" (they won't). Get it in writing, in detail, and immediately, before they do anything.My story:After getting rear-ended, I took my truck in to be repaired. It had some additional cosmetic damage beyond that caused by the accident - dents that would not be covered by the claim. Their estimator, Scott Eaton, later contacted me stating that because it was already in the shop, it would be a good time to "repair all damage" to the vehicle and offered me what sounded at the time to be a great price. He said it would be nice to have my truck good as new again.I asked him to send me a list, and he agreed. I never saw one. The next I heard was him saying it was ready to be picked up.When I went to pick up the vehicle, the taillight was still busted, the fender flair was still missing, and there were still scratches in the hood. He claimed his promise of "all damage" didn't include the front fender, the taillight, the hood, or several other damaged areas. In the end, the repairs they did do would have cost about the same anyway -- there was no "great deal" because they only did part of the work.He claimed it was "miscommunication" - but I'm willing to bet that they use this technique often to get additional business.tl;dr:Get it in writing, and in great detail, and don't let them "get it to you later" -- they will not deliver on their promises and do as little as they can.

I got rear-ended and needed my bumper replaced. They got my car in their shop in a reasonable time frame. They had my bumper in stock and were and to replace it the same day. Everything went smoothly. They did a great job too!

Best customer service ever! Jo and Scott kindly explained every step of my collision service all the way through. Scott took the time to explain what was fixed on my car and how the insurance process works. Plus, my road warrior looks fantastic!

Great place. The staff was very honest, friendly and professional. A tear down was done to my Dodge Grand caravan for an insurance appraisal and the gentleman who helped me was very patient, understanding and kind. He answered all my questions and had the repair quote done in a timely manner.

I would strongly recommend Larry H Miller Collision Center in Mesa. I just took my 2012 Camry there to reattach the bumpers. They got me in next day and it was very reasonably priced. No extra add ons. This was the 3rd car I've had there and the people are great.

I Called Larry Miller Collision today So I Can get a Estimate and because My Armada was is was Larry Miller Nissan for Service Witch happens to be right Next to the LARRY MILLER COLLISION And the lady that answered the phone at the collision center told me that I would have to come back to Larry Miller Nissan to Drive my Car 1000 feet over to the Collision Center ARE YOU KIDDING ME My Service Adviser told me if I call the Collision Center on Monday that someone could come and get the Armada That is CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE The lady on the phone was rude telling me They are so busy its not going to happen Im glad your Body Shop is flourishing But were is the customer service My girlfriend wanted to take the ARMADA to different Dealership because she knew she could take the Car into the Dealership and Get the Service done and get a Estimate I told her Lets take it To Larry Miller Because I thought you guys could help us and Your Company needed the Business apparently I was Wrong Im going end this with Quote and I hope whoever is reading this Makes some Changes with in your company on how you handle your CustomersThere is only one boss. The customer. And he or she can fire everybody in the company from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere elseI will pick up my Armada from Service and take it to your competitor

I would strongly recommend not taking your vehicle to Larry H Miller. From the start, they were very unprofessional. They tried saying my alignment was off due to me hitting a pothole after I picked up my vehicle. I can GUARANTEE they never even did an alignment and tried to pass the incompetence on their part onto me. Except for Kristen, this place gets an F!

Very slow and the staff told me pick up my car in a specific date. At first they it will be done on the 24th but it didn t happen so I called them and they said for sure it will be tomorrow the 25th, I ve waited for them to call me which I ended up calling them what s the update for my car and the guy said it s not done yet and he told me that by 29th the end of the day. I was upset coz from the start I told them that I m paying for my rental car and I already get charge for almost 500$ for 2 weeks. Tuesday came and I called the staff of the collision center and the guy said that it s not ready yet and he told me tomorrow (Wednesday ). I was very upset. Today I called them around 3:31pm and finally my car is done. My experience with them is not excellent. They should be the one paying my rental car

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have ever experienced these people have literally have had my car for months. Every time we call to get an update it's always false expectations! We even tried speaking to a supervisor or manger there and front desk told us they had no one there we could speak too. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET FIXED unless your not in need of it any time soon.

Justin Falk was the individual I worked with post the hit and run incident on my vehicle. He was super quick and efficient, and helped me out alot when it came to insurance issues / stresses. I will definitely come back, if need be - but hopefully not for a long long time (haha).
