Took my boyfriend s new used car in from a car dealership to get checked. Almost sounded too good to be true and I just wanted to make sure the car was actually good. I set an appointment to get it checked out, it took just under an hour, they kept me updated, and their prices are more than fair! They re extremely kind as well and will take time to explain things to you. Our friend recommended this place to us and we will be recommending them to anyone else that ever needs help with their cars. Thanks! :)

A big THANK YOU to Jeff and his team of professionals!!A check engine light turned out to be a loose wire and the other repairs necessary were very affordably priced.The truck was back in my hands very early the next morning.Good mechanics are hard to find but I'm sure that I've found one at Kelly Auto.

First time here. Jeff was very quick to get my vehicle fixed and back on the road. They keep in contact by phone, text and email, so you can tell where they are at on the repair. I will definitely be back again next time I need service!

Extremely helpful - I want to be educated whenever my car needs repairs, and that's what I get. What I don't get is high pressure, just a realistic timeline of when repairs are likely going to be needed and an estimate so I can plan accordingly. I really appreciate that!

Kelly Automotive is now my go to shop. They are excellent at inspections as well as diagnostics. I thought my 07 Toyota truck was starting to fade, but after taking it to Kelly it runs like a brand new truck again. A+++ shop I won't got to anyone else!

I Cannot sayenough good things about this place. I've had 3emergency breakdowns since moving to AZ. Not only did Kellies get me towed there. But the customer service was excellent job done to perfection and I was up and Rollin again fast

Giving 5 stars because I can't give more than that. These guys are awesome! I had a truck that sat for just over a year at 3 different shops needing an engine replacement. Not only was Kelly Automotive competent, they were fair, reasonable, and efficient. They had my truck back up and running within a week of getting it. I'm beyond flabbergasted at how quick they did the work and how honest they were. It's tough to find great auto shops like this one with honest mechanics who don't try and take advantage of the customer with unreasonable costs and unnecessary repairs. They know what they're doing and they take care of the customer and just do the right thing. Thank you Kelly Automotive, you were a blessing in a tough situation! I've started taking my cars here for oil changes out of gratitude even though it's not the closest to my house. Worth the drive knowing it's being done right. Bring them your business, you won't be disappointed.

Have taken 2 of my cars to Kelly. They have done excellent work on both of my vehicles. Great customer service as well. I used them out of convenience and have stayed because of quality.

Of the half-dozen shops I've taken my vehicles to in the past 20 years Kelly Automotive has been the most professional. Their service writers do an excellent job of working with you on quotes and helping you prioritize. I've done many repairs on different vehicles there and have not had a single issue with the accuracy of the diagnosis or the quality of the repair. I think Kelly Automotive is a solid recommendation for anyone new to the valley or car ownership.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Tires, Auto power window repair, Steering & suspension repair, Auto side window replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Engine repair, Brakes

At Kelly Auto they are honest, reliable, professional, and service-oriented, and their charges are very reasonable. If they have a downside it is only that many people have come to recognize them as a great place to have cars serviced, and their shop is consequently very busy! If I call ahead and set an appointment, though, they plan ahead and always get the work done for me in a reasonable amount of time. I have depended on Kelly Auto for quality care for my van and car for over a decade, and unreservedly recommend them to anyone looking for a good auto repair shop.

Kelly Automotive was highly recommend by my mechanic at Gunnell's Auto Parts. my Toyota Sienna speedometer was not working and my car was very unresponsive. My mechanic was unable to identify the problem, so I was sent to Kelly's for a diagnostic. Chris, was very kind and kept me informed at all times before moving forward. They found the problem, but unfortunately there were two major parts that went bad; the wheel speed sensor was fix but the ABS module which is a pretty expensive repair, will have to be postponed for a later time, do to my financial status.I do give them a five star rating.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We love the whole Kelly Automotive neighborhood repair shop atmosphere of being greeted by name when we walk through the door. We trust them to give us excellent service on all our vehicles and recommend them to our friends and family. They recently saved us a ton of money on a repair that would have cost many times as much at a dealer. Chris and Steve are awesome!

I was referred to them & I spoke with Jeff, they looked @ the key points on what I mentioned on my car & I already knew what the problem was; I just wanted to know if they could find anything else. They were honest. I have since traded my car in & now I have a bran new car & when I am due for my 1st 3,000 mile oil change I will bring it to them.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Kelly Automotive was perfect. Quick service, from informed knowledgeable staff. Ashley Kim got me in quick and the guys there were on top of problem, and had my SUV back on the road fast. Highly recommend all my friends and family, for their friendly prompt service.

I blew my engine driving down a freeway. Dad sent me to Kelly's. The price was fair, time taken was reasonable. What I was most surprised by is my new used engine is much better running. It has better get up and go. My father has been loyal to Kelly's so I took my chances. I was so happy I made the right choice!!

Kelly Automotive has been our repair shop for five years now. We always leave satisfied & feeling good about the work they do. Chris & Ashley, the service writers, really go the extra mile to save you money & make sure you are satisfied! They have a beautiful office, very comfortable waiting room with refreshments, clean restroom & television. Makes waiting enjoyable! Can you imagine all this in a repair shop? If not head to Kelly's. They have an amazing text system that shows you pictures, descriptions & recommendations for your car as soon as they check it out. We'll never go anywhere else!

I am new to Mesa and have been dreading trying to find a new automotive place to service my car. Kelly Automotive came highly recommend so I easily set up an appointment online. When I got there I was not expecting to have such an amazing experience! I was greeted right away and after a bit I was sent a report of the findings on my car. I don't know if this is common but I've never been to an automotive place that does that. There were different categories that showed what was urgent and what wasn't. I talked with my husband about the report and decided what was best. I never felt pressured to get anything done which was a huge difference than the other places I've been. I walked away happy and thankful for such an honest place of business. I would highly recommend Kelly Automotive to anyone!

I have found Kelly Automotive to be honest in all their work. I gladly recommend them to anyone seeking automotive work. They've always done a great job in caring for mine and my family's vehicles. They take the time to show you as well as tell you what any issues are and work to find the most reasonable way to deal with repairs.

Our family has used Kelly Automotive for the last 10+ years, when it was a small mechanic shop and Kelly's mom was working the desk. It's so nice to have a relationship with a trustworthy mechanic. I know that when we bring our cars in, we'll get great service and workmanship, and feel confident that all recommendations made are necessary for the care of our vehicles. For this visit in particular, thank you for working with me to get my car in while I am out of town, allowing me to drop off early, being very prompt with diagnosis and repair, paying over the phone, and having a family member pick up my car. You all are wonderful!

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. The office/lobby is very clean and professional.I brought my '97 Honda Prelude SH in for the timing belt job.Steve, the service manager gave me a ballpark quote for what the job would cost. This is one of those jobs you need to tear it down before you know 100% what all is on the inside.He was super honest when he told me the things I don't need as well as a few of the things I do need. The job was done in a timely manner and communication was kept through the whole process.When I went to pick up my car, John, the technician, kindly explained the process and showed me all of my old worn parts. The car is running beautifully and they kept it clean. No greasy fingerprints or smudges anywhere.Top notch job from start to finish and I do recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest people to assist them with their needs. I will be taking my car back to get some more work done!

I've been using the services of this shop for about 7yrs. I have to tell you I've never had better service anywhere. Chris and his team have saved me from outrageous Dealership quotes and unnecessary service. This morning I got to meet Ashley who helped solve the problem of tire service and what and how to deal with a wheel lock key. She was super nice and knowledgeable. She's truly a valuable employee and again many many thanks to the Kelly team as usual <3

This is the place to go. I've had a couple of vehicles that had some minor and a major problem. They're very professional and disclose everything upfront and will send a copy of diagnostics via email. I highly recommend Kelly Automotive.

Kelly Automotive is great, I stumbled across them a few years ago when I became fed up with the shop I had been using and they immediately struck me as professional and transparent. Over the years they've done nothing but reinforce that first impression. They're knowledgeable, honest, try to save you money, and it's always the same guys working there. If you're looking for a new auto shop, try this one. I'm sure they will wow you as well.

They did a great job fixing some electrical problems with my vehicle. I m always wary of mechanics shops generally. I m always afraid I m going to get overcharged or takin advantage of. But I don t feel that way at Kelly Automotive. These guys are honest and great!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
