Looks like all of these reviews are regarding purchasing a car from them so yes they are going to put their best foot forward. But run the other way if you bring a car in to be serviced that wasn't originally theirs. They will charge you for service they haven't even done. Theydon't fix your vehicle properly so you can keep coming back. I will never refer this shop to anyone

mark Grimm is outstanding...friendly and easy going, not a bit of pressure, he offers options and choices, quick and efficient with our time and his, fun and calm offices and client spaces. he is truly the "no hassle car guy".

I m in the military so life has been pretty busy with being on COVID missions. I have gone to eight other dealerships in the last 5 months and they were the most horrible experiences I have ever experienced. It put such a bad taste in my mouth until the day I met KIRK at Jones Motors. This was 1000% THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING ANY VEHICLE. I found a 2009 2500HD Duramax with under 90,000 miles on it with no DEF, a true MUSGRAVITE. The process was FAST, PAINLESS, EASY, and non PRESSURING; not to mention extremely fair priced. If you re looking for a new/ used vehicle I highly recommend the Jones Motors dealership.Thank you Kirk for taking good care of me! The Army never rests and neither did you. Without lies, without exaggerated charges or hidden fees, you were completely honest and reliable from the get go. There are not enough words to tell you how much I appreciate you. You went above and beyond and it is mind blowing on how awesome your customer service is. You have a great heart and it really shows that you care about your customers.Lastly, thank you all at JONES MOTORS. I will be doing business with you again!SGT Gourley

Got a car Toyota 6 months ago and already needs a transmission. Thank goodness I have extended warranty. I ve also have to replace all 4 tires and one entire rim due to a bolt being completely broken. All this in 6 months. SMH

After a month of struggling in this brutal market to find a new used car in my range; hating the high pressure, uncomfortable experiences I've had at every OTHER lot...Then there was Kirk at Jones Motors. Kirk is an absolutely wonderful guy. Beautiful dealership. Not only a flawless buying experience, but I honestly had fun while I was there. Kirk *truly* goes to 11.I will recommend Jones Motors to everyone I meet who's looking for a car.

The best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Smooth process and friendly staff all the way around. Every person I have talked to here is great. Mike is the one that sold me my Jeep and he went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Alex did an awesome job of finding the engine that was needed for our Toyota Tacoma and had it running asap.I highly recommend this place.

Everyone I spoke to on the service team is awesome. Alex was very transparent about what did and didn t need to be done on my car. Was pleasantly surprised to find out my inspection was free when I picked up my car. Will definitely be coming back to look at their cars for sale.

KIRK! KIRK! KIRK! AMAZING!If I could give this place more stars I would. This was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. My daughter needed a new car and it was her 1st buying experience.Kirk was amazing. He took the time to explain everything to everything to her and showed her several cars.Not to mention that he got us financing with a lower interest rate than even my credit Union was offering!!!This is not like other car dealerships. It it's very much geared at giving good service so that they get referrals and return customers.I am not surprised that they have such a high Google rating.Go in and ask for Kirk. You will not be sorry. He is an amazing person!!

These poor guys! I can t thank this place enough for their patience, resilience and success with my vehicle. I had just bought an SUV and the brakes were squishy after a couple of weeks of driving. So I brought it in and they bled the brakes & replaced the master cylinder. All was well for a week or so, then the brakes were squishy again. Bummer, right? Well, I brought it back in & they replaced the hose to the rear passenger caliber (which, mind you, had to be shipped from TN, as it was the only one in the US at that time) and off I went. Well, fast forward two weeks later. I had parked in my driveway, which is at a slant. So I always use my parking brake in cases like that. I was going to the store and as I pulled out of the driveway and my brakes were squishy AGAIN!! I was so sad, but I got in touch with Alex and told him what had happened. He told me to bring it back in and sure enough, the rear caliber needed replaced. They got that done within a couple of hours. My car is actually driving better than the two times before, and I am so happy!! Just for clarification, the fact that this was a brand new vehicle to me AND this shop, made it hard to truly know all of the problems with the brake line and caliber. Not once did I feel like I was being a nuisance. They took such good care of me and my car is driving like a dream. I will always recommend these guys just based on their professionalism and kindness. They do awesome work.

I can't thank Alex enough for the work he did on My lexus from the moment we spoke to the moment the car was ready he kept it honest and straight forward with cost and any addtl parts needed! We are a BIG family of lexus owners so I hope your ready Alex lol ps Jeff was also a pleasant man to work with as well!

The lead mechanic, Alex, helped me when I had rear differential troubles for my Toyota FJ Cruiser. The rear differential rebuild was referred out to No Coast. Delays and No Coast repair quality issues impacted both me and Jones Motors as my vehicle was on their lift for 3 weeks while No Coast was doing the rebuild. My review for the rear differential repair will be moved to No Coast.

These guys are great. Engine was acting really weird and I was fearing serious problems and they fixed it quickly first thing in the morning for much less than I was anticipating. Honest mechanics and a very comfortable waiting area.

I had such a great experience! The customer service I received really made purchasing my vehicle so easy going and it Really meant so much to my family and I to have someone like Kirk so Helpful and attentive to our car buying needs this was unlike any dealer I have ever been to and because of that I Plan on coming back and also encourage others to do the same! :) you wont regret it!

Mike went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule, even staying long after closing to help me get the vehicle I needed. You can tell they run on honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this dealership.

We bought an Armada a few years back, and we didn't realize how smooth everything went until we tried purchasing another vehicle from someone else. Mike was quick to respond through emails and really worked with us. He stayed after closing and went the extra mile! They were not pushy in negotiations, and even helped get a better rate then what we walked in with. Next time when we are in the market, I will check with them again.

I bought a Honda Accord at Jones Motors. The experience was pleasurable. I called them first about a specific car, when I got there they had it, and that what they showed me. There was no pressure to look at another vehicle, no pressure to buy. The facility is clean and nice, and so are the people. I will be back to talk with this team for all my future auto purchases. Thank you Shane and team, we love the car.I had a challenge with the brakes after I bought the car, and there is no warranty. I called the owner and advised what was going on, he said bring it and so we can look at it, the mechanic took it for a drive and agreed the brakes needed some work, they did it that day, no questions asked and they covered the costs. I believe true colors show when there is a challenge, and they stepped up. That is the kind of service Jones Motors provides, which is why I will do business with them again in the future!

My fianc�e and I just bought our Jeep Patriot from here, and we loved working with Vernon as our salesman. He had no problem helping us make the deal and keep the payments low, while adding in some extras like two new tires and a full tank of gas. He worked with the credit union to get us a great rate and we love the car too. We ll definitely be coming back for services and recommending this business to anyone looking for a friendly sales experience and great quality inventory on the lot.

I just want to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Jones Motors. As you can see i gave it a 5 star rating. This was a very smooth process from beginning to the end. More specially i would like to give high praise to my salesman Kirk Patterson. not only was he extremely genuine, but also a true professional. I didn't walk into the dealership , but more less we did everything on the phone and or email. I don't know how many years he have as a salesman , but it really was as professional as you can get . Always able to talk to him when i called or he would call me back . I had been looking and knew exactly what i wanted and he had it. His approach when i inquired about the vehicle was relaxed and no pressure at all or to try to rush me. We worked on getting things done and not to mention it was happening over a major holiday weekend. Still we didn't miss a beat. Also i'm in Florida and the car was in mesa, az so it would have to be shipped to me, he arranged getting the car to me and once i received my car it was just what he told me it would be.Thank you for your patience and for working with me to make this happen.

Excellent service and great showroom. Worked with Mike Jones and he was super helpful. Absolutely no pressure and easy car buying experience. When the time comes for another car, I'm taking my business to Jones Motors. They do a top-notch job and you feel like you're buying from a good friend.

I just recently worked with Jones Motors for first time also my first time at a used car dealer. I came in off a recommendation from a close friend of mine who knows Mr. Mike Jones (owner) and knows of the dealership. Mike is currently helping search for a particular used truck for me.I'm writing a review now just to share so far how pleasing its been with Jones Motors really stand up service.This is google so Long story short I'll just say from meeting with Mike about locating a truck for me to hiring Jones other services for detail and repairs on my current truck readying it to sell myself. I had a great experience, got quality and thorough work and genuinely nice, trustworthy customer service from all the staff. Good place to work with and great people. I work as a vehicle loan underwriter for a corporate bank and these guys know their stuff! Pricing is very reasonable. Honest sales, honest prices. I've worked with various non-franchised dealerships in AZ and they are by far one of the most flexible, friendly, and easiest dealerships I've dealt with. I bought a 2011 Ford Ranger about 2 years ago here and its still running great! Will definitely come here first on my next auto purchase. Thanks guys!

WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD BUYING A VEHICLE. The process was QUICK. easy. And no pressure or haggling. Not to mention extremely fair priced.Kirk was tremendously informative, professional yet personable along with the rest of his colleagues.Jones motors is not your typical small mom and pop shop. They have a full blown maintenance team that performs inspections on all incoming vehicles which I was incredibly impressed with. About 3 months ago we needed to buy a new to us car and we had heard such great things about Blake. I called him, told him what we were looking for and he had just the car. My husband met me at Jones Motors and we test drove the car. We were sold. Paperwork took literally 15 minutes and we were out the door. No haggling, no back and forth, no "let me talk to my manager". It was the absolute best car buying experience ever. It was so great, we bought a second car from Blake just 4 weeks later. He is honest and fair. We will never buy a car anywhere else.

Top notch service! Quality vehicles! Such a great value! Shane, Mike, Kirk, Chris and Brady sure know how to treat their customers and make the car buying experience a seem less and pleasant experience! I bought my 2016 Kia Sorento here with an extended warranty that will last me up to 186,000 miles! Call or come in BEFORE you purchase elsewhere!
