All I can say is wow! This is my fav location. Jennifer and the crew are awesome. Not to waste time, Jennifer checked my oil type to make sure they can do the job. They had the oil in stock and took care of business. They checked my vehicle and made some recommendations. I took their advice about some coolant since it's 114 today. Thank you to all the team members for a great job. See you in 4k miles or 3 months. Whichever is sooner.

I had a tire rotation, oil change, and air cabin filter change. The store manager was very friendly and transparent with the costs of the services. They didn t force services upon me or try to add up costs. I felt safe coming here as a woman because they didn t try to bamboozle me like some places try to do. I feel pretty good about this location. Sure, maybe the inside waiting area is small and not fancy-- but the service is great. Make sure to come early. There was a minimal wait time, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. What really stuck out about this experience was the employee's honesty. I can't tell you how many mechanics have made up things to fix. The employee was able to let me know that something didn't need to be fixed, and I appreciated it. 5 stars! I'll definitely be coming back! :)

These guys today were great. They re always quick. They won t tell you it s going to be a two hour wait just to make you go away. Thanks for cleaning my rear view mirrors!

so the first time i went here... absolutely perfect service... They went over any issues with my car, made suggestions about what i may need in the future... and of course, changed the oil... Now, the 2nd time i went back, completely different experience... The guys didn't even want to pull out my cabin filter, i actually wanted to replace it, but they just seemed like they weren't into it... Upon getting home, i noticed they also didn't refill any of the fluids... Easy enough to do, but they say they do it while you're there... Just stinks, because here i though i found a good place, but now it's just another rip off...

Jason, the store manager, was professional and polite. As we went over the services that came with my oil change he mentioned that his team would fill my tires up to 35 PSI. However, upon entering my vehicle I noticed that my low tire pressure light was still on.

I really appreciated their professionalism when I was first in line and they asked another customer to allow me to go first. It made me feel valued. While the other customer was clearly upset and incredibly rude, they stuck to their guns and I was able to get my oil changed before the other customer. They were quick and efficient so that they could continue serving customers. Class act!!Service: Oil change

I turned to close to the curb turning into the parking lot and it caused me to have a flat tire. I have AAA, but it was going to be at least an hour before they arrived. I asked the young lady if they could change my tire for me. Her manager came out looked at the tire and took care of everything in less than 15 minutes. The customer service and willingness to help me while I was in distress was like nothing I ve experienced since I moved here. It made me feel so much better knowing that there are still good people with a caring heart in the world. I can t stop thanking this manager and his team of professional technicians for all that they do. This place is well worth patronizing. Please go see them for your next routine care care services.

Great customer service, pretty quick changing the oil. They also checked everything else but they did not have my air filter in stock, but they did let me know that it did need to be taken care of so that was good. And there's an added bonus, one of the employees gave me a jump with his car since my battery was low.

I always have the best experience when going here. Went in for an oil change and ask if my windshield washer sprayer stopped working what it could be? Was shown my rotted washer fluid cord that had snapped. I was told how and shown how I could order the piece and install it. When I went to retrieve my vehicle one of the guys had found a piece that would fit and went ahead and fixed it for me. Thank you guys, you always take your service a step above the other guys. I don t remember there names but I want to recognize the guys working 2/14/21 3pm to 4pm . I m an independent contract delivery driver, so my car is my livelihood. You get what you pay for and I will gladly pay for the excellent service you guys have provided me over the years.Service: Oil change

Came to this location due to the super positive reviews. Passed 2 other locations for that very reason. My gut was right. Got here and was told I didn't need a service just yet, oil was full and clean. They checked the service record and told me we still had about 2000 miles to go on recommend 6000 to service. Your in the right place.

I've been going here for years. People there are always so friendly and they're very fast. They answer all my questions and explain all my options. They do so much more than just oil. I always leave confidently knowing that they're helping keep my car running good.

Super cool crew. No BS kinda place. One thing that stood out was the bay tech asked what torque to use on my tacoma and the manager told him 30. Other oil stops just wing it...and that is how you strip threads.WTG Jiffy Lube!

Was quoted one price originally but pulled back for a different one due to my truck only taking t6 full synthetic. They do a great job here but pep boys is 129 with coupon. May have to consider switching for the same service as this was 80 more.
