Fast turn around to get a trailer picked out, purchased, and the paperwork completed. I was in a rush and got in/out in less than 1 hour. They did a full saftey inspection and double checked the bolts on trailer as well as all wheel lugs befor sending me on my way. I think this was great service. Slightly overpriced as the big dealers are, more overhead to deal with. There are several trailer guys all over Gilbert selling the same exact units for about $1000 less(PJ trailer VS PY trailer lol) however only if you re willing to wait a week for a pre order. I didn t have a week to mess about in preorders and make a return trip. This place was reputable. Well stocked as well. They also offer a nice 3 year warranty. The only thing that annoyed me was the fact I know I was buying a 2023 model trailer that has been sitting for well over 12 months, and it looked used. It wasThe only electric/hydro in stock and was sold under the guise of being a 2024 brand new model. Sure, never titled, but clearly should have marked as a scratch and dent special. Don t blow smoke up my skirt. I m still happy with the trailer and the service guys it s a trailer, not a car, I get it I was in a hurry. Took it home, sealed the dry warped decking, touched up the scratches, and it looks new now.

We needed to purchase a cargo trailer to haul items back home to Pennsylvania and are so happy we found JacksSon Trailers. John is a wonderful salesman and showed us many options to fit our needs. This company has a great supply of trailers in stock. The transaction was fast and easy. Now we can head east with a well built trailer we purchased at a fair price.

Top notch experience with John. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and non pushy customer service. It was a painless process in and out the door with my new dump trailer in about 35 minutes. Will definitely be using them for all future trailer purchases in our company.

We were greeted by Octavio Villa myself and my husband and he asked how he could help. We then provided him with details of what size of trailer we were looking for, Octavio ask what type of business or what the trailer would be used for? We gave him more details and he proceeded to show us a trailer he thought would fit our business! He also showed us a few others and went into details how each one of trailer would benefit us and allowed us to choose the one that would fit our budget and benefit us the best. Octavio then provided the payment options. Octavio was very friendly and explained everything and we appreciate his kindness and professionalism. We will definitely refer him and JacksSons Trailers to our friends and family!

I stopped by looking a a specific unit and there was one left between all three locations. Came back the next day to make the purchase and Octavio welcomed me back and knew what trailer I was looking for even though I had worked with another salesman the day before. After getting the information from the trailer, Octavio was able to do all the paperwork and process my payment in about 15 minutes. I needed some trailer wiring and he referred me to the parts and service department who were very helpful even though it was just a few minutes before closing time. Though they did not have what I needed they opened my eyes as to what I still needed to be able to get my vehicle setup for towing. I was able to return a few days later to pick up the trailer without issue. I would HIGHLY recommend this location if you are looking for a trailer, the customer service was outstanding and professional all the way through the process.

A big thank you to octavio for his professionalism and friendliness, for taking the time on a customer and setting me up with my 32'gooseneck flatbed. I love it. She's a beauty. When it was time to hook up my trailer up, Paul was very good and swift with showing me how everything worked and testing the running lights. So thank you, Paul, and thank you, Octavio, for making my purchase friendly and great experience..April 19, 2024I'm back in at JackSon's Trailers- MesaAnd as before in my first review, JackSon's Trailer came threw. The staff went above and beyond of my expectations. Which made me feel important, like every client should. I was beyond impressed when I took my trailer in and thought I would be down for a week or two, sense I had brought my trailer in on a Friday. Well, I got a call on Monday from Octavio. You Trailers ready. "Me," are you serious . If you're going to purchase a trailer, this is the place. They leave no stone uncover when it come to taking care of their customers. I went in within 24 hours of the trailer I ve been needing forever and the manger was able to get me set up and out the door within an hour! The process was easy and I finally have the perfect trailer I ve been needing! Everything was streamlined from start to finish. No BS paperwork, pay, hookup/setup and you re on your way! As a business owner myself I enjoyed the whole experience as it was easy! I highly recommend this location and appreciate the manger for getting me all taken care of! Happy customer for life!

Very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. John helped me find the exact cargo trailer I was looking for and held it until I came to take a look. I brought it home the same day and was super impressed with how their system worked. I had to return an additional item I bought there as well and had no problems with that either. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from both trailer and parts sales at Jackson's trailers. Went above and beyond for me during a tough time. Octavio there even came in after hours for me so I could pick up my trailer. Did everything they could to make sure I got the trailer I needed when I needed it.Just about everything you could need for a trailer on the parts side. Their tech even managed to squeeze in mounting some e track before pickup. Cannot recommend these guys enough.Skip past big tex trailers unless you absolutely need that brand.

Greg Clark was fantastic to work with. From letting me interrupt his lunch, to helping me get hooked up in the surprise rain; he always kept my needs as first priority. John was extremely helpful, especially as we were out of town buyers. He stayed in contact with us and patiently answered all our questions.The service techs cleaned up our trailer, and gave us a detailed walk-thru on its many unique features. They recommended that we may want to consider getting support legs for the trailer.Don t forget to get the spare tire and lock.Great experience all together!!

Toby was great to deal with and was able to get the cargo trailer I was looking for. The sale was done quickly and Toby had all the paperwork ready when I arrived.After the sale the team at JacksSon's trailer's went through everything to make sure everything was working and I was able to purchase a spare tire on site.I definitely recommend visiting with Toby when you're shopping for any type of trailer.

Went by the Mesa location to look at Equipment Trailers. Octavio assisted me with the different makes, models, and styles. Eventually purchased one. All of the staff are very friendly and patient. I would recommend Jackson's for any of your trailer needs. Go see Octavio!

My experience with JackSons Trailers was excellent! I drove in, saw the trailer I wanted, met Octavio, he helped me with financing, and I pulled out with trailer in tow within an hour! Service like this today is not found very often! Thanks guys

Jacksson's trailers is the best! John Veretto and the service guys took great care of me. It was less than an hour, I had selected my new Iron Bull dump trailer and the guys in back did their safety check and had me on the road. They were thorough in the sales process and explained differences between models, as well as doing a great walk through before I drove away.

Great place to get a trailer. John was very helpful and wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for. A 5x8 utility trailer is not easy to come by in January 2021 and they had two of them. Other places laughed when I asked if they had any in stock and one place told me it would be 12 months to order one. Glad Jackssons had them in stock and ready to go. It took about an hour from driving in to driving out with my new trailer. Price was good and came with a spare tire and ramp. Paper work was fast and easy and was a reasonable price saving me the time to go to the MVD and register it myself. They has the service department check it over and hooked it up to my Jeep and check the lights and I was on my way. Thanks for a friendly place to get trailers and parts.

We have now bought 2 trailers from Octavio at JacksSon's, and they have been super helpful. We were on a time crunch this most recent purchase, and we were able to negotiate price, sign documents and get everything done in about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend!

Had to buy both a flat bed and an enclosed trailer for my business. Shopped around quite a bit, Jackson's had some of the best pricing, called on my way in, spoke to John, he answered all my questions and was great to work with. Was in and out with 2 trailers in less than an hour. And, they also helped add some needed items to the inside. Will go back to these guys when needing another one!

My experience purchasing a 20 deckover trailer from JacksSons Trailers was exceptionally good, Octavio Villa was very helpful in finding the trailer I wanted and the transaction went smoothly. I would buy from them again, and recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a trailer. Paul in the parts and service department was great as well, going over the trailer and its features.
