Not happy at all! I got my front windshield done, came home and took off the tape that night and my car s paint came with it. Exactly and only where the tape was. Called them and they told me to bring my car back down. I did and they said not our fault, not our responsibility. Ask if I just re-painted my car, which I have not and owned for almost 3 years. So I said so it s my fault???? Didn t offer anything. Will not be referring anyone else here and they lost my business completely.

I had three different vehicles come here for glass to be replaced. Great customer service. Great work. Quality glass. Works out cheaper for me to pay cash here and not use insurance claims that jack up my rate for later years. They even give you discounts for paying cash. Don t let the small parking fool you. Make an appointment lol this place is awesome!

I was referred to J&L by a friend and I m so thankful. The people there were friendly, the service was done quickly and I was offered the option of filing an insurance claim or paying out of pocket which was the better way for me. With the frequency of windshield repairs always needed here in Arizona, I know I ll be going back and I highly recommend them

Support family-owned businesses . I call Safelite and other places and they were 400 to $600 . I try to add window coverage to my auto insurance policy and after a 12-month premium it still be more expensive to go with the insurance LOL then what I paid to J&L Auto Glass . The windshield they installed is nice and I'm very grateful I found them . Very friendly and professional and very very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them to anyone.

They did an excellent job and mobile! Free mobile service with 5mi radius of their office location. Affordable price and the technician did a clean job. Didn t tear up any molding, didn t scratch up my paint, did t get any glass anywhere, courteous, and definitely take pride in their work to get the job done right. By doing such an excellent service I ll be using them from now on and sending business to them.

Great prices if you re paying out of pocket. I think Safelite quoted me around $850, J&L did it for $135. Pulled in at my scheduled time, they immediately started working and had it done before I could finish my coffee.

Service was quick, getting them to answer the phone took a hot minute as for the glass you get what you pay for and I wish I had gone with a more expensive place because this glass is cheap and the little Knicks the same day and beyond are highly annoying.

So nice to have a windshield replaced that breaks after 5 days ! Is not from a rock or something else , the car was just parked since Thursday! Thank you!! for sure we don t recommend this place !!!

These folks have always taken care of my dad and I for years and years. Always great prices, and always great people. Just recently had 3 windshields replaced on our fleet trucks. Never have had to come back even once for a leaky windshield. Highly recommend if you need a new window at an affordable price. 5

We were unfortunately involved in a situation that caused us to need our windshield replaced. We made a call to a couple of places including Safelite Auto Glass. We got a quote but that changed when it came time for the service. We eventually called someone locally. Fortunately it was J&S Auto in Mesa. Not only were we supporting small business owners, the service, price and quality of the removal and installation of the window was great. Plus we were within their radius of coming to our home and doing the replacement at no charge. The tech was kind and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service. Thanks for a great experience during an unfortunate time. I highly recommend J&S Auto Glass.

By far the most affordable prices in town. After spending about a week searching the web and calling junk yards. No one could beat the $170 price installed. Plus original Mopar part. Only one thing this place needs is maybe a good sweep of the broken glass on the ground so maybe I wouldn't feel like I might need a new tire after my new glass. Great customer service by the women in the office .

Amazing service. They got me in the next day and had my windshield replaced in less than a half hour. So simple and fast, also cheaper than the other quotes I got. Thanks guys. The waiting room was clean and comfortable.

I should have stopped him when he pulled out the DeWalt reciprocating saw.Technician did not remove the upper cowl and wiper arms. This in turn caused much damage to a very expensive part. When I told him about this, he stated that I could at least still see the vin number! He is correct! Technician managed to remove about 3 inches of pain along the top of roof line next to the glass. He also was gracious enough to apply some sealant to the side of the truck as well. As I was driving home, I noticed the dash now squeaks and there is also a generous serving of sealer on my passenger side A-pillar mixed into the fabric. I think what really makes me so upset about this is that I cleared my garage for him and stopped all my work so he could work in the shade and not be killed by the sun. I had ladders for him if he needed them, but instead stood inside my truck to remove and install the glass. Not cool. The owner knows about the situation but refuses to even talk to me. Instead, he allows Anna to talk to me. BTW she is a very awesome person. Perhaps with this review he might bother to call me.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I contacted three other auto glass companies and decided to have J&L do the job. They had the best price for door glass installation plus very good reviews. They discovered my glass was not broken but the window regulator was broken. They were able to to repair it in one day at their shop. Honest people and they go out of their way to satisfy the customer. They were very pleasant to deal with! Highly recommended.

I brought my 2016 Malibu in because the rear window was leaking. After calls to other glass companies in the area, I brought it to J&L for the repairs. They determined the leak was caused by the brake light above the window allowing water to leak into the car. They sealed the leak and I was on my way in no time. I am VERY pleased they didn't take advantage of me by just replacing the window when it wasn't the issue. Honest, great work, great price = GREAT COMPANY!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Bought a used vehicle with a chip in the front window. The dealer paid to get it repaired and sent me here. They were very helpful and friendly and had the repair completed quickly, within about 20 minutes. You can't even tell there was a chip there. The only negative is that parking is a little tricky but I would go there again if I needed glass work.

The service was quick. The staff was nice and helpful. They told me the price of a windshield but asked if I could wait a few days so that they could find a cheaper windshield from another windshield distributor. They are an honest business who are not out to take your money!! And it is family owned.

031318 I just called them and told them we have a truck that is coming in that has a chip. They said we will send someone right away. I am impressed. Cynthia always does a great job with our customer service.This is a great company. You will love their prices and love their service. Keep up the great work J L Auto Glass.

Had these guys a family shop repair several windshields and a few windows that didn't work in several cars. Very friendly, tight for space, but they are also mobile if you schedule. Great shop, good work, honest company, super good prices.

Amazing shop!! I showed up here after the shop I had scheduled an appointment for did not look reputable. J&L had it done in an hour and the job/seal looks awesome. This is a professional installer!

How does J&L auto glass have a 4.3 rating? They literally are the worst glass company I have ever dealt with. The windshield was over $200 and it was the cheapest glass I have ever had installed in a vehicle. They destroyed the cowl and shredded the gasket surrounding the windshield. I wasn't aware, until I had the windshield replaced for the second time this month ( by a class act company), that they also broke the molding and tried to cover it up with glue, but didn't tell me. I spoke to the owner in person, and he said there was nothing he could do about the poor workmanship and quality. His advice was to upgrade my glass coverage and make a fraudulent claim to my insurance company! No customer service at all! His only concern was that he had already gotten paid. Do NOT use this company unless you want to be seriously disappointed and ripped off.

Hard working team at J&L Auto Glass. Went to have windshield replaced, super fast service, great value for money. The tech also repaired my passage side door handle with a little WD-40, and it did not stick anymore.

They really need to improve costumer service at this place . They might get the job done, but they unprofessional, left the glass dirty and with glue after installing
