I have had a fantastic experience here at this european auto centre. I was recommended by a friend. All the gentlemen have been extremely pleasurable to work with and treated my Volvo named Lola with the utmost of respect. There are 3-4 gentlemen that work here daily and one guy solely working on oil changes. Amenities included a restroom for customers, and a waiting area. I came in for a possible fuel pump issue. The issue was quickly diagnosed and I received my car the very next day. If I had one complaint it would be the cost of labor I felt was a bit more than I would have liked. All said and done, these gentlemen have themselves a returning customer. Highly recommend this establishment, they will treat your car with high respect and resolve the issue quickly. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my Volvo and treating my baby with respect.

My dealership wanted to charge me 4000$ to fix my car. I took my bill to Imports & American Auto Services and they took care of me. For 2000$ they fix my car and did a oil change and gave me two air filters for free. I got a lot more than what the dealership offered me. Now this Is hands-down the most caring mechanic I have ever met.

Very trustworthy mechanic, they do excellent work. I never feel nickle and dimed or like I'm being ripped off. There have been a number of times we have taken our vehicles in for something, thinking it's going to cost so much money, and then we find out it's not as bad as we thought. They always seem to work at such a fair price. My ONLY complaint is that their parking situation is always far from ideal but, I can get over that for a great mechanic!

Brought my Crosstrek in because of battery and A/C issues. They were able to diagnose, get parts, and fix all in the same day! Fair prices, will definitely be coming back.

I dropped my car off on a Sunday night, after hours. And the repair was done by 10am on Monday. Super professional. Quick, and affordable. Do to the rain, I lost control, spun out and slammed into the curb, completely bending my tire. My car drives better than before.Highly recommended these guys!

I was impressed! The lowest price after calling around. They had a new oil pump in my truck in a day and I was back on the road. Super friendly as well.

I have been taking my car to be serviced by Imports and American Auto Service since my brother told me about them for almost 2 years. They do an excellent job and am very pleased with them. Went to have my oil changed this morning and was pleased at the expedient time it was done - they worked on my car right away. Got my other brother to have his truck serviced by them- he had to have a new radiator put in and also had oil change. He as well was pleased with their service- now they have a few members of our family going to them to service our vehicles!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Air conditioning, Oil change

Michael is so extraordinarily nice ! He was so patient and they were so fast I got it in at 9:30 am and they had it done by 3. Something that Mercedes dealership told me would take them a week ! This is definitely a shop where they are honest good people. He worked with me on the price and was so nice about it. Come here for the best service ! I will never use anyone else ! I can t say enough great things ! They treat you like family here ! 100 percent recommend!Service: Air conditioning

Such honest service! I was having power steering issues on my Acura RSX. They inspected it, topped off the fluid level, and voila, no more issues. The most amazing and generous part was they didn't charge me anything! Topped it off at no cost! They have gained a new customer. Highly recommend!

I brought a car in for a pre-purchase inspection. I was able to get an appointment the day of. Michael was very helpful and provided a quick, thorough, and honest report of the car condition. Would definitely recommend this place!

Michael and the team are excellent, knowledgeable, professional gentleman I highly recommend this company to do good work on your vehicles. They have done great vehicle work for my mom, my son, and for me. I find them to be courteous, caring, reasonably affordable, high values, top quality and efficient work and top customer service!

My parents and I have been bringing our vehicles here for 10 years now. Never been disappointed or felt swindled. They don't come up with fictitious stories to make more money on fabricated mechanical problems. If your looking for an honest mechanic and a good job done this is the place.

Big shout out to Al and his service team at Import & American Automotive Service. Their work is impeccable; their customer service and professionalism, as well. Prices are competitive. I had a problem with my A/C not blowing cold air. I'd previously had it recharged. They found the problem and worked with my auto warranty company for payment. Warranty company initially didn't want to pay. Al worked it out. Thank y'all so much! I'm very pleased. Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

I've been going here since my daughter recommended it. I've had major and minor work done on two of my vehicles and have been very satisfied each time. Prices for the repairs were much better then I expected. The auto mechanics always take time to explain what's going to be done. I've recommended this place to others and will continue doing so.

I've known Al the owner for over ten years and he has never once let me down. Very honest and friendly guy. He will figure out what is wrong with your car and fix it. Very reasonable pricing and all his workers are pleasant to deal with. He treats you like family....but of course he has to make a living so he's more of a distant cousin that needs to get paid, but still family. Go see him you can't go wrong. It's hard to find a good mechanic and I'm lucky to have found this place.

Had a pre purchase inspection done for the person buying my car and the car was fine for 2 years owning it then after leaving this shop every single light was on on the dash was on windows didn t work, ac didn t work, wouldn t shift out of 3rd gear and they said it s not their fault and then proceeded to try and blame my active steering sensor that was working perfectly fine and even if the sensor was bad it would not cause the problem that had occurred they ripped the sensor off which broke it and tried to blame that for the issue. I then had to fix the issue plus buy the sensor costing me total $550. I would not recommend this shop. It is also in the ghetto and while we were there a homeless man came up to me telling me a story in the middle of the parking lot by their bay doors. Just overall do not recommend!

Called in about an issue on our Subaru Forester. Told guy on the phone what the issue was he asked us two questions and was pretty certain he knew the issue and quoted us a price, letting us know if he was wrong the price could change but he d call first to let us know. His intuition was right and he fixed it quite quickly. We were able to pick it up in just a couple hours. Price is great, service is amazing definitely recommend this place.

Stopped by to drop my car off for an oil change to be done while I was at work. They offered to drive me to my work (didn't take up their offer since my work was within walking distance), but the very nice gesture right off the bat made an amazing first impression. They said they would have my oil changed along with basic maintenance and inspections done within an hour. They told me I could leave my phone number and they would call when my car was ready to be picked up. I received a call within the hour that my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick up my car they told me what was done and as a heads up pointed out a couple of potential problems that could arise for my vehicle in the future. They didn't try to get me to have the service done then and there or apply any pressure. I felt like they really had my vehicle's best intentions at heart and just wanted me to be informed and aware of the condition of my vehicle. Once it was all said and done the price was very competitive as well. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

This shop has always been awesome. The mechanics are hard working and honest. They always do a great job. We even bought my son a car from them. We have referred many people to this shop and we were referred by my father in law. Keep up the good work!

Prices far below the Audi dealership. My experience was excellent. All work done same day and my car needed a bunch. I trust this shop so much that I sent my sister there with her son's Honda. Same great experience. We will be bringing the rest of our cars there as needed.

I had a vacuum leak in the A/C and 4 wheel drive systems. It took 5 separate appointment to get it fixed. They kept my car overnight three times, despite telling me that the work would be completed that day. In addition, they installed the wrong hubs (I have, and prefer, manually locking hubs. They installed auto locking hubs without asking me). They also changed front brake pads without authorization. Finally, they replaced my steering stabilizer without authorization. When I told them the steering stabilizer was new (I had just installed it the previous week), they refused to refund my money. Now, I cannot say for certain that they did not know what they were doing when needing 5 appointments to fix the issues, nor can I say for certain they intended to defraud me by replacing brand new parts (the mechanic told me that he knew the stabilizer he was replacing was knew, but management had ordered the stabilizer, so he installed it), but I would question their motivations at this point.
