I am very grateful I found Import Auto Experts. I was able to get an appointment quickly and have my repair done in one day. The front desk was helpful, friendly and communicative. The mechanic team was great and worked hard to help me get my car repaired. The pricing was fair and the communication regarding the repair was wonderful. I will return and refer others. Thank you Import Auto Experts for a wonderful job!

Import auto experts is the best! Jeanie and Ricardo are very friendly and helpful. Communication is clear and pricing is fair. They have a quick turnaround time and there are no hidden fees. They are very honest and give you the best deal while still ensuring quality parts and labor. Highly recommended!!

Import Auto Experts gave me a very reasonable and fair price for my Acura MDX's maintenance service. I got quotes from other shops and they cost $100 more than what Ricardo quoted me. Jeannie was super nice and courteous with scheduling me an appointment. My car had the engine, transmission, transfer case fluid change, and tire rotation. I didn't have to wait for a long time and it was completed in about an hour. I really appreciated the fast and top notch service they provided. Also the shop is very clean and organized. I will definitely come back here to have my car service again.

Found them online on a whim after I was unable to get a proper diagnostic from the dealer. They not only had my car diagnosed, they also had it fixed and ready for pickup in 24 hours. The owner himself calls you directly to go over the issue and pricing. It s the small things that make a big difference. I would highly recommend anyone to visit the shop if you have any mechanical issues.

I had an oil leak in my Mercedes SUV. Repair cost from Mercedes dealership was going to be $3300. I took the vehicle to Import Auto who diagnosed a completely different origin for the leak. Cost me $900 to fix the problem there. It included genuine Mercedes parts, thus the repair bill was still high but nowhere near my original quote from the dealership! Vehicle is running great and absolutely no leaking oil I ll be using these guys for all my future repair work!

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Import Auto Experts for getting my cars diagnosticand repairs done in such a timely manner! I was due to drive out of town in a couple days when my engine light came on. They were able to get me in and get the work completed before I was scheduled to leave, saving me $$$ for not having to rent a car for my trip! Everyone I talked to was very nice, courteous, personable, and it was an all around great experience! Their prices are very reasonable and they also work on American made cars (don't let their name fool you). I would HIGHLY recommend Import Auto! A+++

Absolutely, the very best mechanic shop I have ever had dealings with. I was recommended to them by a friend and I am so grateful he did! I had been suffering with a sound in my front end for years. Numerous other shops would always find something wrong wrong and fix it. Inevitably it would always came back. This shop diagnosed the real issues the first day, discovered negligence from a previous shop AND minimized the sound from the end links until I could come back to get it fixed! I have sent numerous friends and family to them and everyone has been well taken care of!! Seriously, don t hesitate, they re amazing!

Just got my MB SLK320 back yesterday from an overnighter with Ricardo.He did some major work, treat main seal, valve cover gaskets, trans mount and electrical connectors, even a wheel bearing. The total came to well less than the dealership estimate, and a good deal less than another speciality import shop.He treated us well, explained issues, and completed the work within the time promised. They even cleaned up the exhaust where oil had been leaking and burning off. Great service.Even provided a better repair warranty than most.Now it s a matter of time to make judgement on the actual repairs, but he inspired confidence, I am not expecting any issues.Highly recommended.

Our Honda SUV s AC broke in August and we thought our warranty that described an AC issue on it would cover it, but it didn t and Honda quoted a ridiculous expensive price. For a week we drove our car in the hot summer heat with no AC because we didn t have the budget until we found Import Auto Exports! Thank you Ricardo for your team and knowledgeable techs. We enjoyed working with you and the front staffgetting us quickly in and get the work completed as soon as you did! You saved us money from your reasonable fees and what a great experience we had! We will come back if we ever have any issues! Thank you!

I cannot begin to express how happy I am with my new auto repair friends at Import Auto Experts!We all know how hard it is to find a good, honest auto repair shop, but luckily I have found mine. Ricardo and his crew, including his office manager Jeanie (sp?), are top notch! Not only was the cost of my clutch repair lower than the competition, he kept me advised every step of the way. I have such confidence in this shop I will happily refer my friends, and even my enemies, to Import Auto Experts for all their Auto Repair needs!

I had my front brakes replaced on a 2015 Mercedes Benz ML 350. The quote was very competitive and the service was fast. Only took them 45-60min to swap out my old brake pads. It s been a week since the repair and there is no squeak. They also eliminated a rattle my front tire assembly was making. The front office staff was so friendly. They even offered to give me a tour of their garage bays /work area. It was spotless and organized; the hallmark of excellent workmanship. I can t recommend these guys more. Went for the first time and was completely satisfied! Great work,very fair prices and amazing customer service! They got me in for repairs on a Fri morning and car done early afternoon! Highly recommended! A+++
