10/10- Been coming here 5 years and it s the ONLY shop I will take my cars to!! Literally have had to tow my cars many times to the shop and it s always worth it every time. These guys were amazing. I was in the area from a different part of Phoenix and needed some help. They squeezed me in and have me a GREAT deal! I cannot emphasize enough what a great deal they gave me while still doing quality work!!!

These guys are excellent mechanics! I have over 135,000 mi. on my car and it runs great- all because of them! They are honest and upfront with you and their repair costs are reasonable. I've been with them for a few years now. I'm a 63 yr. old woman who can truly say to others " I have a great mechanic"!(That includes ALL the guys there!) They have never overcharged me either. Can you tell by now you should take your car there? :)

Craig and the team at Imperial Auto are the best! Honest and fair priced, these guys do great work. I have taken all my vehicles there for almost about 8 years. Highly recommended!

I am more than impressed. I was referred by another Customer because my Son was in need of a good Mechanic. He was beyond impressed by the service and priceI was in need with my 2012 Chevy Camaro who gave me problems on my way to work. Craig took my Car in right away. I can t tell you how happy i am. My Car is fixed and i saved a lot of Money by not taking it to Chevy. Professional Service and great customer Service.I am not taking my Car to Chevy ever againKudos to Imperial AutoI wish I could give 10 stars

Craig at imperial auto is great. He is honest, fair priced, does good work and honors his warranty. I normally do my own car maintenance but my HOA does not allow it. I am real skeptical about mechanics and am so glad to have found one I feel comfortable with and can trust. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

There's no better place to take your vehicle than to Craig at Imperial. He's trustworthy, reliable, fast and always communicates clearly what needs to be done. The entire staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I've been taking my cars to him since the early 2000's and will continue to do so....as soon as I get back. See you soon C.

I waited a a few months to post but they did some great work. Reasonably priced and fast. They also were able to fully explain what I needed and why. I was also concerned with a hard idling engine and asked for a timing belt change but they refused and said it was the cheaper option of the engine mount. Earned my trust

Craig at Imperial Auto quoted me $40 to do the "Dealership 40-Point Inspection" on my 2005 Infiniti. What he told me that entails was a thorough check-up of the car front to back and have prepared on paper all repairs and costs needed. Coincidentally the day prior to our appointment my Valve Cover Gasket had blown out and had leaked a lot of oil in the engine bay. I paid have the car towed from work to the shop for our scheduled appointment. The next day I was called by Craig with a quote of over $400 to replace my gasket (a $20 part at most). I told him I'd be later that day to discuss options. When I arrived my car was not on a lift or anything for my viewing (also as he said on the phone initially). The mechanic told me Craig was at home but he said to charge me $40. I asked if he checked anything other than what I already determined and diagnosed on the phone, and he said "yep, it all checked out". I also asked specifically on the very obvious parts that I knew were bad but Steve the mechanic insisted only my gasket was in need of repair. He told me he'd pull the car around front and he sure did, he hopped in my car and drove it around front. I'm not a certified mechanic but I know if I towed my car due to great loss in oil I don't want my mechanic to be the one driving it and possibly damaging the engine. I asked if he checked the oil before turning over the engine and he replied, "you might need to top it off" meaning no because when he went to check it in front of me after "topping it off" he couldn't figure out how to replace the dipstick and I had to take over before he bent it any further. Needless to say I was pretty upset but I still paid my $40 and was on my way with no receipt, no paperwork, just a negative experience. After a week passed and I had returned from a family members funeral in Texas I called Craig and told him my dispute. He said "we did everything legit" and that "we don't try and up-sell you" (which was his excuse for missing obviously bad bushings and cracked ball joints). After an unpleasant conversation on the phone with him he told me he was busy and to come by for my $40. I sure did, and when I got there Craig started getting into how they did everything he said he would, well minus %90 of what he said they would do and blamed it on a family problem which I understand but that doesn't need to be thrown in my face because you did poor work. I left before things got heated because I was reimbursed which is honest. But the only reason I went to this shop is because it had 2 positive reviews and now maybe someone will think twice before trusting someone with their car, and risk great damage to someone else's vehicle.

Got a courtesy ride home. Repair ac in just a few hours, very satisfied with one year warranty. Can't see from the street ! Business should have signage or warn customers as Alma School is all congested due to road work. But A+ service.

The pizza is delicious. The staff is always helpful. We got there at about 7:30 and were already eating by 8pm. Great atmosphere. The pizza is a bit more on the expensive side but its worth it when in Sedona.

I have been dealing with Craig at Imperial Auto since 2010. I would never take my car to anyone else for repairs. Best deals, best staff, best work!!!!

I have used them for the past 4 years. They go above and beyond to work with my schedule. They provide excellent service and back up their work. I have recommended them many of my friends and coworkers. I have heard that any of them had a bad experience.

Honest, old fashioned service done the right way! No hidden fees, upsales, money eager recommendations, guilt trips, hassels or sketchy gimmicks like 90% of other auto shops. I appreciate the way this business is run!

If you need a garage to get your car fixed then I would strongly suggest that you go here this place is awesome they fix what needs to be replaced and nothing else I have been going to this place for about 7 years and they are awesome
