I was relieved to know that my vehicle was still under warranty, but the subsequent challenges in dealing with the situation left me feeling apprehensive. However, from the moment I stepped into GTR Automotive, their team made me feel at ease with their professional and empathetic approach.They promptly initiated the warranty claim process, handling all the paperwork and coordination with the warranty provider. This spared me the hassle and allowed me to focus on other aspects of my life without worrying about the repairs.Unfortunately, the first replacement motor they installed also encountered issues, failing within a short period. While such a setback could have easily deterred some businesses, the team at GTR Automotive remained steadfast in their commitment to resolving the matter. They acknowledged the situation and took full responsibility, ensuring that they would find a lasting solution for my vehicle.With incredible determination, they installed a third motor in my Hyundai Elantra GT, and this time, the outcome was significantly better. Came in a couple months ago to get an oil change and an engine light issue. GREAT customer service and communication. Got to speak with a few team members from beginning to end and really appreciate the thorough explanation.Prices are fair and they were transparent with all their costs. I liked that I was given two quotes of the services needed, One for urgent needs and another for thing I should check in on soon.While I could only take care of the urgencies at the moment, I didn t feel pressured to get any of the additional services.

My truck had 2 cylinder misfires and I've had several mechanics charge me a diagnosis fee yet not actually figuring out the problem. Misfires would come back after 20 miles. I was skeptical about going to another shop.But, Gennie informed me that GTR does FREE diagnosis. So, I went in and they looked at it and found the actual problem! I felt very comfortable because they actually knew what they are doing and are actually honest about their work. They wanted me to leave happy.200 miles later and my truck is never better!!! Thankyou so much!! Great price!!

This place is terrible. Took my car in because it wouldn't pass emissions. He said he replaced the axle because it was needed in order to pass emissions.He told me it would be ready in 3 days. After a month of them having it, I finally went on and picked up my car, which, btw, still didn't pass emissions.I wouldn't let them touch my bicycle. Terrible place of business.PS. I posted the review on behalf of my sister. So it was your business that 'supposedly' worked on her car.

I cannot speak highly enough about GTR and their staff!!! Amazing is an understatement. We were quoted an astronomical amount of money to get our Audi Q5 engine replaced through the dealership. I reached out through Facebook on any recommendations for a local mechanic and explained my situation. Gennie was the first person to reach out and introduced the shop. I told her I would call the next day. When I called, she already had a quote ready and offered additional help that I didn't even think about. GTR saved us half of what we originally quoted and had our car done in a week. The entire team was amazing from the get go and everyone gives you that sense that you have known them forever. I will highly recommend this shop to anyone we know and my husband I will never take our vehicles anywhere else. Thank you to everyone at GTR!!!Service: Engine repair

GTR,what can I say.I deliver parts for Napa Auto parts. Well GTR is one of our customers not only are they a great respectful shop,they are honest ,trustworthy on what they say is what they do.I actually work for myself as a private contractor delivering Napa parts .It was 99 one day my A.C went out.not only did GTR give me the best deal out of anyone they also replaced some leaky O-rings. They also did my Pop's car for me.same price.I recomend GTR to anyone. They go above & beyond the call of duty when it comes to there customers. Thanks GTR staff & employees Stephen valenti

Dude GTR automotive is awesome they don't ever try to pressure you and any fixes but offer you the solution and it's up to you whether you fix the issue or not. Their prices are fair they are at the normal $100 an hour rate as other mechanics out there. But you vehicle WILL be accurately fixed. The whole team is awesome

The owner of this automotive shop has a heart of Gold! Not only did they do an incredible job, but when a small mistake was made the owner of this shop pulled my car right back in, looked my car over again and made sure the job was 100%. I can not tell you how hard I have had it trying to find an honest mechanic! The owner of this shop has my loyalty for life. His work was accurate, fast and extremely affordable! My exhaust system was having issues and I had an unknown oil leak. My husband's car needed the AC serviced, blows ice cold now! I highly recommend you give this man your business, you will not leave nervous and wondering if you were over charged, if your car is not actually fixed or they are charging you for something you don't need. My truck had sat for 3 years because of an exhaust leak. They took care of that issue and several others. Making my truck ready for use again. All went well, truck is running great. Kept me informed of progress along the way. Have since referred several family and friends to them for work. All have reported great results. I was working on a check engine light on my truck for a few months. Replaced a lot of parts that was not needed. I brought it in to Rob and explained what was going on. He found a broken wire causing all my problems!! He fixed it and got it back to me with no hassles a lot quicker than I expected. My Hyundai Elantra was idling rough when transmission engaged, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem! Worn out motor mounts. It s idling so smooth and quiet.
