We have had a few car repairs done here and were satisfied. The most recent experience Chris let us know that we would need the radiator replaced. He helped us out tremendously and we knew he really cared about our situation. We are still so thankful to Chris and his act of kindness. We will continue to bring our cars here.

I am very pleased with the staff and service at Greulich s!I was able to call and get a same day appointment for the alignment of my SUV. They were very polite, they also kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.They are close to my house and I will definitely be back if I need any automotive repairs.

If I could I would give this place a 10/5 stars. Robert was able to help me when my wife s car broke down and did the leg work to figure out if it was covered under factory warranty, which it was. I don t know how much money I would ve spend if he didn t find this out for me. Robert was a great help, I would definitely recommend Greulich s Automotive Repair 1000 times.

Friendly staff, great communication, work was done on time and on budget. Yeah...I wish they were a little more affordable, but Gruelich's is comparable in price to just about all other shops. I've been going to them for about a year now, and they haven't disappointed me yet.

The customer experience is like no other. The confidence of knowing that your car repairs will be completed correctly the very first time is comforting. I can t say enough great things about this location and the company as a whole. To Rob and Jason and the entire team keep up the great work!

Chris was very helpful and friendly. He's Canadian, so I suppose that comes with it.I parked, he ran a diagnostic, and I'm out the door in 10 minutes. Instead of charging $200 for a shop lookover, he sent me away telling me to get a new, factory gas cap.This shop sure did right by me!Update:These guys continue to do right by me with repairs and inspections. Highly recommend.

I came in from out of town visiting family and had an engine light come on. As we had a long trip back I wanted to make sure there wasn't a major issue. Called the Cadillac service facility and they told me it'd be two days to even look at it. I walked in to Greulich's clean facility and met Chris. I explained my problem. He popped right up and for about the next 15 minutes spent valuable time looking at the codes. He was personable and capable and came back to say it was nothing serious enough to warrant a repair before traveling (an evap/emission code) but that we might experience poorer gas mileage. No charge and a person to person interaction. Wouldn't hesitate a second to go to this shop again. That fair treatment goes a long, long way in my book. I already recommended them to my cousin who we were visiting. Thanks Chris!

I just walked out of there yesterday saying "how often do you pay LESS then expected for a car repair?" Their pricing is fair for the quality work they do, they are honest, and they show me pictures every step of the way!

I came here because Volkswagen told me I need to replace an engine which took them 6 weeks to diagnose I come here and after a few days guess what I don t need to do? They identified what actually could be the issue without taking my wallet! Chris was the one who helped me and was very informative and kept me up to date with what was going on with my car, will def come back if I have more issues in the future!

I called a few days ago to get an estimate for a rack and pinion. I spoke with a very nice gentleman who stated that it would be around $1700 but he would check to see if he could get me a better deal. Meanwhile, I called the OEM who quoted me $500 more. After not hearing back from Greulich s, I called them back. Got a different guy who quoted me a price more than the dealership! I will make sure everyone on social media knows that this place is not beneficial to their wallet! Going to the dealership where at least I know I ll pay less and be treated better. If I could give this location zero stars, I would.

Worst experience I've ever had: BEWARE!!! I have three vehicles and none of them will ever be worked on at Greulich's. I gave it 1 STAR for a clean shop and the guys in the office are friendly.The reason for only one star : I took my vehicle in to get an oil leak fixed at $1250 quote, ended up over $1700 and the oil leak was not fixed, they did replace oil soaked engine, trans, and front axle mount (I guess) because even though it said on my initial estimate'all parts removed will be saved for customer inspection and to take home like other reputable shops do, they didn't save anything and no one seemed to know about saviing parts removed, until I brought in the estimate and showed them! So did they really change them?Then they tell they would need to pull the engine because the leak is in the rear upper pan gasket and replacing the lower pan gasket didn't fix it! What happened to them running dye in the oil to determine the oil leak! They charged me to replace the oil pan gasket and it didnt fix it. I said why did you change the pan gasket if it wouldn't fix the leak, now I'll have to pay another shop to fix the leak and redo what they did. The mechanic broke a bolt off in the oil pan and tried to lie about it, they broke a bolt off in the gas filter clamping bolt bracket, no penetrative lube was used, they adjusted my steering gear worm gear bearing, but didn't tighten the lock nut. On top of it, my clean white vehicle had greasy hand prints on the door and hood. They said bring the vehicle back and we will fix the broken bolts. A couple days later they call and said it was fixed, I asked if they fixed the broken clamp bolt on the gas filter bracket and shop manager said YES. Days later I'm under the vehicle and see the bolt on the bracket for the gas filter they Intalled WAS NOT FIXED, (so I was not going to write a review until I saw that and knew someone was LIEING! I look at the oil pan and yes they fixed the broke bolt, but took one out of the rear pan that was kind of hidden to replace it, UNBELIEVABLE! So I don't trust this shop one bit. So they tried to tell me I had an injector oring leaking charge $435 to change out the orings, I said no, it not leaking or I would of smelled gas, the service writer said oh you wouldn't smell gas be cause it would of burnt off on the exhaust, duh, the injectors are on the intake side of the engine, not even close to the exhaust!They charged me for freon for my AC, but the AC hasn't worked because there's a hole in the line, they did refund my money.They charge to steam clean under they vehicle, brag about it, I looked and could tell it hadn't been touched from all the caked on oil and dirt on everything. When I took it in, they said they would ckean underneath again, and fix the broken bolt, it looked like it had not been touched. Watch out for you estimates, service writer just decided I need, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, trans flush which I didn't know until I had him show me the estimate, I had him take them off! My opinion, they are out for all the money the can get from the customer for the business, NOT THE CUSTOMER! They CHARGE $179 DOLLARS AN HOUR and that's is way too much for the sloppy mechanical work they do. My old shop which I will go back to charges $115. I wouldn't take my vehicled to them for even an oil change!

Will DEFINITELY be a returning customer! Desk staff were super friendly, AND knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions I had about the service and a bunch of random automotive questions. I booked online and my appointment for a front end alignment took only 45 min. You need to book online to save time! My vehicle is now out of the 3 yr new warranty, so they'll be my go to instead of the overpriced dealership. Thank you!

I take my car here not only for convenience but for satisfaction. Chris helped me out my most recent visit, when my breaks gave out. He was very respectful, responsive, knowledgeable, concerned for my safety (my car had no brakes), and human. That's a very rare find at any auto store. Thanks Chris & shop for getting me back on the road.

First impression was the shop was very clean and staff was very professional. My car only needed a belt adjustment which most shops would have charged both a diagnostic fee and the charge for the work. Since this was my first visit and I was referred by a family member they did the adjustment for FREE!!! I will definitely use this shop for future car repairs and would refer them to others.

This is one auto shop that has good customer service figured out. My father inlaw flew in from Massachusetts to handle his mother's estate after passing away and needing to use her vehicle to get around but could not due to bad alternator but after all local shops turned him away having to wait few days this shop understood situation and made effort to fit him in first thing the next day to help make things easier on him + price was very fair. They made an already stressful situation a bit less stressful.We appreciate it. A+

I was very pleased with my experience with Greulich's. I had a problem with my battery. They not only replaced the battery but replace holding brackets and negative wiring for the same price what others charge just for the battery. Quick service and helpful. Ask for Jason he is great.

I m so thankful to have found these guys when I did bc apparently I was driving around with broken and cross threaded lug nuts on a donut for a week or two When it came to change the tire, I was screwed (haha) Long story short, Aaron truly saved my life taking this mess in as a walk in and finished pretty quick given the circumstance! They were even so kind to have ordered me a Lyft home!! That s top tier customer service right there

Aaron was fantastic! He was able to get the battery I needed early evening and it wasn t even at this shop. Robert made sure I felt taken care of, too. They even filled my tires. Great experience. I ll be back.

I received an oil/filter change. In and out in 35 minutes. They informed me my back brakes would need to be addressed soon (which I already knew). They gave me a quote for the brakes and told me when I was ready to take care of it to come.back. He was not pushy at all which is what I prefer. Clean waiting room and bathroom, overall Excellent experience.

Greulich s is a great place to have your car needs met! The staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. A huge thank you to Christian O Horo he went above and beyond to help a customer in need. My window was broken in the down position and he went in and got my window rolled up, saving me at least a hundred dollars. 5 stars all day every day!!

Very happy with the service and quality of work. My wife s car needed a battery badly and a recall headrest installed. The dealership didn t have an opening until November. So I took a chance and drive it to Gruelichs to see if they could help. They did in a great way. They installed the new battery at a reasonable rate and put in the headrest that I had already bought at no charge. We will be bringing our vehicles here in the future.

This shop opened right next to our neighborhood a couple of years ago so we tried it out because of the good reviews and close proximity to our home. We have used them since they opened and have the same guys help us every time. An honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold, so i am so glad we switch from the dealership. I never feel up charged and they always do good timely work. I highly recommend them.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I went in for a noise that I have dealt with for almost a year and had several mechanics try to find it. Spot on, Jason and his team drove the car, confirmed the diagnosis and agreed it was motor mounts. All is excellent! I would highly recommend them. Sweet caring spirits! Thank you!
