If I could rate negative stars, I would! Came in for a free check. I was told it would be 30 minutes. It then took 2 hrs to inspect my vehicle and as I was going to ask the mechanics what is going on they proceeded to conversate about how they were going to make a lot of money off me like I wasn't standing in front of them. I began watching to see what the mechanics were doing, and they took off a couple of pieces from the undercarriage of my car like nothing happened! I was there! The fact they were supposed to inspect not tinker with my vehicle and then treat me as a donation for their pockets is absolutely wild!! I've been to many other Goodyears, and this one is not it!!! The mechanics here should be eager to assist the customers not mess with their vehicles more to give them other problems that they didn't come there for! The fact they thought they were being slick is crazy! an inspection has taken that long, especially when you are told it would take 30 minutes. Honestly, don't waste your time coming here. The staff is going to play around with your vehicle and really not do anything!

This is a TERRIBLE Goodyear location. Corporate needs to fire the staff and start over.The front desk person was nice. Everything else was AWFUL.Came in for three things (i) flat fix (ii) tire rotation (iii) alignment.Issue 1: when I picked up my car which was "done" I noticed the alignment wasn't on the sheet. I was told they "forgot" but could do it if I wanted to wait (I didn't have time to wait). THEY FORGOT? HOW? WE DID THE INITIAL WRITEUP OF THE WORK TO BE DONE.Issue 2: I saw they did have the rotation on the sheet. Verbally asking to confirm they did it, I was told "I don't think we rotated them them because the wear was even." WHAT? MY TIRE WEAR WAS ONLY EVEN BECAUSE THEY'D BEEN PROPERLY ROTATED UP TO THAT POINT.Issue 3: When I drove away, I noticed my car had a new "shake." I figured maybe the highway was a bit less smooth, and rushed to my meeting. After the meeting, unable to read driving directions on my phone the shake was so bad. I called them, and they said to come back in if they could, and they'd look at it. I had to push back a very important meeting to go out of my way to drive back. When I got there, they got me right in (the shop wasn't busy at all). They told me they'd "marked the tire so they could line it back up when they put it on after fixing the flat, but maybe he got it slightly off." After "fixing it" they told me "either he hadn't gotten the tire lined up, or maybe there was mud on the tire - but they'd washed the mud off to make sure it didn't happen again." I still had the big green arrow on the tire from their initial lazy attempt to skip balancing. THEY HADN'T BOTHERED TO BALANCE THE WHEEL THE FIRST TIME. THEY WERE TOO LAZY.Issue 4: After returning home (driving a very, very significant distance), I realized they hadn't even done the balance right. The wheel they'd "fixed" and "balanced" when I brought it back due to shaking had multiple weights on the outside of the wheel (and my local Goodyear told me there were a BUNCH of weights on the inside of the wheel). INSTEAD OF TAKING THE EXISTING WEIGHT OFF, AND PUTTING THE RIGHT WEIGHT IN THE RIGHT PLACE, THEY JUST TOOK THE LAZY, INCOMPETENT, AND ONLY SOMEWHAT EFFECTIVE APPROACH - AND SHOVED A BUNCH OF NEW WEIGHTS ON - NOT GOOD FOR MY TIRE, AND WASN'T AS STABLE AS A PROPERLY BALANCED WHEEL.I went to my usual Goodyear when I got back home. First, the car was significantly out of alignment (and I'd driven a very significant distance with it out of alignment because of this store's mistake). DRIVING OUT OF ALIGNMENT CAUSES UNEVEN WEAR - I'LL FOOT THE BILL FOR THAT.I also confirmed they hadn't rotated the tires; the flat tire they'd fixed was still in the same spot on the car as when I first brought it in.I deliberately chose a corporate Goodyear - when I'm in my home city, that's where I go exclusively because they're honest, competent, and reasonable.This store is the opposite. It's a terrible location. Corporate should fire everyone here and start over. Although the person at the front desk was very nice, it's concerning they were clearly aware how incompetent/dishonest the shop was.I'm sure Goodyear corporate will respond with a canned response. I'm not interested in a canned response. They should do something about this store. And everyone else should know to avoid this location like the plague, because they're incompetent/dishonest.

Took my car to change the brake pads, 3 weeks later it was squeaking every time I turned, took it to the shop again and after 2 days they did nothing, literally nothing, had to call them to get the work started and even like that they would take another day. Had to go right away to get it back.

Natalie and the guy named Stone at Goodyear helped me. I m from out of town and they were able to help on the spot! Very friend and awesome customer service!!! 5 stars for sure!!!

Austin was awesome! He greeted me right away and got me all set up for my oil change. He also suggested some services that my car could use due to its current mileage. I opted for the air filter change and cleaning of the system, but declined the other services for now. He did not try to push any services on me, he smiled and said, No problem . I left with a list of services and prices so that I could get them done at my own leisure. Friendly, prompt and great service all around! Thank you so much! Will be back again.

Edit: this used to be a 5 star reviewAustin no longer is manager here and Eric is no longer helpful. During my last oil change the drain plug was not installed properly and ended up draining down to 1/3rd the acceptable levels. The service prior they had to replace a tire under road hazard. The vehicle has a 94V rating requirement and they installed a 93V rating tire. I called the local store today and worked with Kyle who spoke with Eric and their only solution was bring it in if you can tomorrow so we can look at the tire and the oil plug . Kyle not only couldn t tell me if they were going to make it right he wanted me to drive to them knowing oil was below minimum requirements. Absolutely beware of this location and it s techs .

Called and spoke to Ken about scheduling my car to get new tires. He told me he could get the tires I needed the next day but that if I ordered online, I would get them cheaper. He assured me that if I scheduled for the 5pm time slot, my car would be done in an hour so I could have it that same day. So I ordered my tires online, scheduled an appointment for two days out.Well my tires looked even worse the next day, so I went to Goodyear to see if they had the tires in yet and they did! I thought great! Now I don't have to drive on these unsafe tires. Ken told me that he had me in the system for that day and they would put my new tires on that night. I gave him the keys and was feeling really impressed with this place.Then, Jeff the service manager comes up and says that they can't find my order in their computer. I showed him my confirmation email and told him that the money had already been taken from my account. Jeff told me that they had to wait until tomorrow to call corporate and get an authorization for my order. But in the mean time, they would not give me my car. Jeff told me that they were putting the tires on my car but I couldn't leave with my car. They had my money, they had started service on my car, but they would not let me take it. I was forced to shell out more money for a rental so I could get to work.I called to speak with the manager Gary the next day. He tells me that my new tires still had not been put on my car. He said that it takes an hour and a half to put tires on and they never have cars ready the same day if they are scheduled at 5. So I was lied to twice. Once when Ken told me to schedule at 5 and my car would be done that day. And again when Jeff told me they were putting my tires on that evening. Gary was very professional and assured me my car would be taken care of first thing and they would reimburse me for my rental car. I appreciate how Gary handled it but for $400 for new tires, this was way too shady of an ordeal.I feel I was being taken advantage of as a soft spoken "young lady" as Ken kept calling me. When he saw that I was upset about not getting my car back, Ken offered to give me a hug if it wouldn't get him in trouble. I don't want a hug. I want to not be given the run around and to not have my car held hostage.

I had a flat tire and these guys were awesome. Austin, the manager, read my situation and responded with care and empathy. Wonderful experience. This is now my tire place. When I get my car serviced here later, I'll review here again.

Eric and the entire crew are excellent at this location!!! They are fast, polite, priced fairly and an all around excellent service shop!!! Thanks for getting my struts replaced on my Equinox so quickly, I truly appreciate it!!!

Took my truck here for a brand new set of tires, tire rods and alignment, etc. After the job was done, I drove it on the highway and noticed my car swaying all over the place. I called and told them it was pulling to the left and the white guy that answers the phone was an ass. I just spent $2000 on all this and he tried to schedule me an appointment 3 days out to have the alignment that they screwed up fixed again. I spoke to Ken and he made everything right and told me to bring it in right away, he said he was on my time which was way better than being scheduled 3 days out with a major alignment issue after buying brand new tires. Ken realized this but the white guy has no respect and laughed that my alignment was out and that I wanted it fixed immediately. I brought my truck back up there and Ken was super nice, got me taken care of and showed me the chart for the alignment proving it was off after they just fixed it. They even test drove it, one of the mechanics did. How did he not realize it was off I have NO idea. Seems like he needs a new job. He was trying to drive my truck alone too and I have an interlock which makes me suspect he was going to use my truck for something other than a test drive. When I got the alignment fixed Ken settled everything, told me he would help me out when I bring my truck in for rotors and brakes, and hooked me up as much as possible. Ken helped a lot to calm things down and his quality assurance does NOT go unnoticed. It did feel a bit overpriced, especially since my alignment was fine before I brought it up there and when I left my truck was all over the place.

I had bought my tires at this location back in June, Drove a little over 20 miles to reach this particular store. Then in late November my valve stems failed, as soon as you touched them to loosen the cap air would leak out. Drove back and they fixed it for free and though I thought they got damaged on a curb or some such, they profusely apologized and fixed them right away. Good folks here and the manager is a real nice guy.

Believe or not Ladies and Gentlemen, from the front desk where the pricing starts to the shop where the mechanics do the dirty work; these guys are Honest Hardworking Mechanics. They are patient kind and even made balloons for my daughters Twice! We feel safer knowing our Vehicles are taken care of by this crew and appreciate everything they do. Not only are they Great at their job they are Empathetic and Definitely put safety 1st. They found me the best deals and always get the work done either on time or early. We trust our safety on the road to Goodyear and their crew at This Shop. Top Notch fellas, Well Done!

My forever shop! Searched high and low for a shop that I can call my own and never question the information or services provided. They have convinced me out of things I don't needed, I call them with random questions about cars I'm going to buy, they have never tried to sell me and I always get a deal. I feel like they just have my back. All of there work is top notch and the guys are honestly like friends at this point. I will be a life long customer! Thanks guys!

Thank you!!!Finally an honest tire shop. Those guys rock. Had a huge nail in my tire and they fixed it so so fast and they were busy so I was like this will take forever. Wow. So so so awesome. I love leaving a review like this cause it's genuine and they deserve it. Best tire shop in Mesa and Arizona for that matter.Give those guys a raise.Not a bad bathroom considering it was all men so you know they do a good job on everything elseThank you so much, seriously made my day.

Austin, thank you for being awesome!! He Always goes above and beyond. If he doesn t have the answer he will find it and call you back the same day (which is really really rare) I highly recommend this location. If you re looking for results, great customer service, and a man of his word he s your guy. He deserves a raise Goodyear ;)

These guys are awesome. Best mechanic shop by far. They're super honest and find all the discounts for you. I was told about thwm from a family member who has been going to this exact location for aboit 25 years and his vehicle runs great. Ken, Austin and the rest of the boys will always get my business. If your car ever has maintenance work needed this is the place to be. Ask for Ken he is one of the most genuine and honest workers I've met. Always knows how to help a customer out and knows how to provide the best customer service every time I come In. Even when he's having a bad day he makes sure you leave satisfied and having a great day. Kens the man, give him a promotion!

This company is horrid! Half the work they did on my truck was done wrong and had to be redone. After spending, literally over thousands, they refuse to not only honor warranties but service plans. After having problems with one store... another was supposed to help but we were told things were on order. Turns out our truck needed to be seen, somewhere else for the warranty and they were wasting our time! We missed our businesses big day and lost out on hundreds to a thousand plus. That is a lot to a first year business and a family! Now their employees are making false allegations to keep from honoring warranties. We can't even get our $1500 tires rotated with the rotation plan we paid for. It was one thing to experience what we did at the shops. But corporate....? I know they record their conversation, I do too... so why can't we get resolution? Horrible company where workers feel free to yell and make racial remarks in AZ but the company stands behind them... watch out.

Not going back to this location. I asked how long it would take, they said it would be 30-40 minutes. It was well over double that time. Which wouldn't be an issue since I had scheduled 3 hours for this visit.The issue was there was a woman in the lobby who was being disruptive. There was 2 small children that were behaving well and not making any noise. But a woman that was waiting for her car was disruptive to the point that I had to complain to the man at the counter.His response was that he could tune out anyone and anything, so her being disruptive was not an issue for him. However, not all of us can tune out such obnoxious behavior.The woman eventually went from disruptive to confrontational and then quickly to belligerent. Finally the guy at the counter addressed her behavior and tried to calm her down. She then just went on to say that she can be as loud as she wants because she is a long time customer.The woman then went on to make racial comments about people in the waiting area. This went unaddressed. She was literally allowed to use this place as her personal office. She walked in and out of the service bays, in to the back area, maybe she works there, or maybe they just allow people to act whatever way they want.If she is as important as she thinks she is and as important as they treat her, maybe they should designate a special office inside just for her. That way other customers do not need to put up with her disrespectful behavior.I will not be back to this location.

I'm a business owner from OR who was needing an inspection done on a vehicle I was purchasing from Mesa. I wasn't going to be able to see the vehicle for myself before flying out there. Ken from this store helped me. He was fantastic to work with, helped arrange the whole operation (all from over the phone and from another state), worked with the previous owner of the vehicle, and helped put me at ease knowing exactly what needed to be done with the vehicle. I would say Grade A store.

Had an awesome experience at this location. I went in the morning without an appointment, and didn't even have to wait to get in. I was clearly explained everything and all my options clearly. Hard working crew, and the manager Austin was great in answering my questions.
