The service is so friendly and accommodating here. From what I see online and on their walls it looks like they re also a good employer. I used Gerber because it contracts with the insurance the person who hit me has, but I ll come back if I need something on my own one day (hope I won t)!

Gerber repaired my vehicle after an attempted theft. Scott and his team did a superb job. I am grateful as well as satisfied. I will recommend this shop to anyone. Customer service is excellent, I was kept informed through the entire process. Thanks So Very Much

Had to paint match 4 after market fender flares for my Jeep Wrangler and Gerber Collision did an awesome job. Paid attention to detail and made sure I was happy with the end product. Would highly recommend!!

Worst experience dealing with auto repair in my life! Took 4 months to complete a minor job, 3 months longer than initially scheduled then they returned us a car with cracked glass in the windshield! This ordeal resulted in us paying around $3k in rental car cost out of pocket which they refused to cover. Never support this business!

Gerber Collision (manager Scott) took good care of my 18 year old Audi A4. The workmanship was excellent and Scott kept me fully informed during the repair process. I've given my body work business to this Gerber outlet for the past 15 years and have never been disappointed. If you're tentative, proceed with confidence!

My first time using Gerber Collision and it has been the best experience I have had when getting my vehicle fixed. Front fender was replaced. My insurance arranged for us to take our car there for accident repairs. It took almost 3 weeks for them to replace the front fender. When I went to pick it up I noticed that the fender did not align. I took a closer look and saw that it was actually dented. Really disappointing that they didn't inspect their work. I had to make another appointment to get it fixed. I was told it should only take 10 to 20 minutes so I made an appointment to get it fixed and not have to waste more time. When I showed up for my appointment, they had no idea why I was here. After waiting over an hour they told us the replaced part had a dent so they have to order a new part. We now have to come back next week to get it fixed again. They were apologetic but they should have inspected their work in first place.Service: Body & Trim

I cant express how impressed I was with the customer service and craftman ship with Gerber Collision! I brought my wife's car there last week to get fixed. They set me up the rental car That was brought there Within 5 minutes of my arrival. The work done on the car was great and done in record time! Upon returning the rental car my wife forgot her bag in the trunk of the car.. Gerber auto went above and beyond to make sure that the bag was returned to my wife in a timely fashion! So impressed with this service!

Been to this shop twice on 2 separate occasions and both times they have absolutely gone above & beyond! I waited a week after receiving the vehicle to post this review just to make sure the repairs on my vehicle held up. They've not only held up flawlessly yet I continue to receive compliments for how great the repairs look! The owner himself inspected, priced the estimates, and returned the vehicle to me. He's honest, personable, and clearly a hard worker who takes great pride in fixing your vehicle. The shop gave me the quickest updates and even finished my repairs earlier than expected. I really wouldn't choose any other place to have my vehicle repaired in the event of a collision. Expect your vehicle to look the cleanest it has ever been when you pick it up! The receptionist and staff are very humerus people because they got all of my dad jokes. All of the staff were extremely friendly and courteous to us. What a wonderful business and the work is impeccable. We highly recommend that you have your collision repairs handled here.

Gave me an estimate but never responded to my follow up questions. So I went with another body shop for my repairs. Both estimates were very close in price. Dear Owner thanks for your reply. Took in my SUV and they did a great job. They had their Paintless Dent Repair guy come out and fix a large dent and it was done well and not a lot of $$$. They shop manager was polite and nice, the front desk girl was kind to me and my wife and the body technician was also polite. Plus, it doesn't seem like they are going out of business anytime soon so they can actually warranty their work. This location also did another one of my cars years ago. The bumper they used was not fitting properly and they gladly redid it correctly.

Gerber was recommended by my insurance company. The recommended location was on Main Street and they were upfront with me that they were booked solid, but they were nice enough to call over to this one (N Omaha) to see if they could fit me in. Once confirmed they transferred all my info to them electronically.I arrived on-site to a clean welcoming space. Greeted by the desk personnel, they were ready for me and able to accommodate right away. They were quick with the work, less than five full days to get the damage repaired. Guaranteed with lifetime warranty, I feel very confident in their work.I would absolutely return their again for having body work done.

Great service, polite and willing to satisfy the customers needs. The front desk receptionist was kind and you could tell she tried everything she could to get me an appointment ASAP. Steven was my service rep and he was outstanding...I wasn't just another customer...he treated me as I believe he would treat his family member. For some contrast, the day before I went to Service King for a quote, it was a horrible experience and they were going to charge me $200 more than Gerber. No need to waste time at Service King next time, I'll just go straight to Gerber! Steven told me he would have my car done by the next evening and he made sure that happened. Even though his vendor sent him the wrong bumper he found another vendor and got my car done when he said it would. He put the extra effort in and did the right thing for the customer...he may have just broken even and not made a big profit on me this time, but it will pay off in the long run when I come back and refer my peers to this location. The car was clean; the only thing I wish they would've done is clean the engine compartment. They did it on my last car I brought in, I guess I was just spoiled. Absolutely no complaints and I will go back. I would refer anyone to this location.

The receptionist was polite. I checked out the 'batmobile' on display. Monica took pictures of damages to my car and I reviewed my issues with her on my car that was vandalized and she promptly called me the next day to ask why I gave a low review and that Gerber doesn't like to see low reviews and wanted me to change my review and let me know the information was forwarded to my auto insurance. I explained not much attention was given to my car and I explained the overspray on my entire car and keying to my car. In the end Gerber said they could not paint the car or fix the keying by painting the car because of oxidation on my car and wanted me to file 2 separate claims. The oxidation had nothing to do with the claim. My car was keyed and had some type of paint or "overspray" all over the entire car and the windows. Gerber wouldn't even remove the paint from my windows. What would be the point to file two claims if Gerber isn't going to fix it. Gerber said they were unable to repair it to their satisfaction. What is this? Payback for a bad review?

The Mesa/Omaha team are top-notch. Mine was a warranty repair and they did a fantastic job. They explained the process, how long it would take and they delivered as promised! Plus, the job is GORGEOUS!We have used this location for several of our other family vehicles and their customer care, professionalism and integrity cannot be beat!I would highly recommend the Mesa/Omaha team!

The service received at Gerber Collision and glass on Omaha street in Mesa, AZ was far beyond anything I could have expected. I purchased my car in January of 2020 with masked substantial frame damage, not disclosed by the dealer. I found out after my bumper literally fell off when a gas can got lodged under my car. The bumper was held on by zip ties and fine wire. When Dan Gracyalny, General Manager, found the extensive damage found under the hood, he and his team handled my situation like I was family. He handled it like my father or brothers would, going above and beyond assuring me that they wouldn t put me in this car until it was safer to be back on the road. The peace of mind given was more than I can put into words. In the end, Gerber took on the issue as if they owned the problem and would make someone else s bad actions right in the world, even absorbing much of the cost. The kindness extended was beyond anything I ve ever received. The leadership at Gerber is unmatched and there is no doubt that this extends down from the owner, hiring only ethical people. I m sure there were many others involved beyond Dan, so I thank his entire staff for all they have done for me! If you want a trustworthy, ethical, accountable team that will assure your family safety in their vehicle, I recommend you go to Gerber Collision and Glass at 2934 N. From start to finish, the experience was amazing and seamless. First time accident, and they made the entire process an easy transition from getting a rental car to returning it and receiving it back in perfect condition. Gerber, you're awesome! Today, I had to take my car in to be looked at because the door was coming apart resulting in the window being off track. I was mentally prepared for a high price to fix it because everything that goes wrong with cars seems to be at least $500! Well, Steven at Gerber looked at it and said it was going to cost $50 just to open up the panel, and when he did, it could be anywhere up to $800 just depending on what/how much needed fixing. He asked how much time I had, and since I had some time to spare, he decided he'd open it right then and there and take a peek. 20 minutes later, he came to get me and told me it was all taken care of. He had opened up the panel, tightened some pieces, closed it up, and it was all fixed good as new! And... he didn't even charge me the $50! So, what could've been a ton of money ended up being FREE! Thank you Gerber for amazing customer service! I will definitely keep you in mind in the future!

Do not use this body shop. They do not do quality work. I had my brand new 2019 Camry rear ended and brought it into Gerber Mesa. It took them 3 weeks to repair a bumper. When I attempted to pick up the car after the first time I was told it was ready it was not. I walked around the car with the GM and showed him how bad the orange peel was on the painted bumper they tried to put it on me saying we will fix it to make you happy. Never did they take ownership of the issue. The orange peel was so bad you could feel the paint was uneven. I was told to give them a day and came back the next day. They had fixed some of the issue but it was still so bad you could feel the unevenness in the paint. Once again, it was we will do what we can to make you happy. No ownership that their quality control was non existent or that their painter was not taking the time to make sure the job looked nice. I picked it up a third time after they redid the clear coats because they couldn't sand it down anymore. I picked up the car. That weekend the bumper started coming off. There was still some orange peel in the paint. I called and spoke with John Streeter he is over the state of Arizona for Gerber. He assured me taking it to another shop they would be able to get it fixed.At this point I took it to the Chandler shop. They told me it was going to take a day. I got a call the day I was supposed to pick up my car saying that they used an aftermarket bumper that didn't fit correctly and that they would have had to glue it on to make it look right. So, they ordered a new bumper. Bumper comes in and it's the incorrect bumper. They say give them a couple of days. I go to pick it up when they said it would be done. They forgot to call me and tell me that the wrong bumper had been delivered. I was told that they had received 3 of the incorrect bumpers. I don't understand how you get it wrong 3 times. I called John Streeter last Friday asking for a call. He has not returned my call since then. I still don't have my car. They have had my car for over a month for a bumper replacement and a dent in the trunk cover. No one has taken ownership of the issues and resolved them. I am so disappointed and will never use the company again.

I have used this place twice through GEICO after my teenage kids got into accidents. So glad GEICO sent me here as this is such a professional establishment. Stephen and Dan are so friendly, professional and customer orientated. They are upfront, honest and take the time to explain what needs to get done and why. Wish every auto garage was as friendly, competent and professional as this shop in Mesa. I would highly recommend this shop.Service: Body & Trim

This team is like no other out there. 5 star on quality work, 5 stars on maintaining a clean facility and 5 stars on staff friendliness and knowledge. Great job, thank you for taking care of my truck and doing so I such a timely manner. I highly recommend this shop for any of your auto repair needs.

The shop and area look great. But don't be fooled. Ive used the location on main and Lindsay before and have had awesome results. My wife and I went to the omaha location in east mesa because they dealt with geico. We were told 4wks for all the repairs. It took six weeks. We would get calls with updates once a week. They're guy Steve told us 3 times that our car was being actively being worked on and that it was going to paint that week. I would rather he say. We are having a hard time with parts or panels or something . repairs may take longer. Don't lie and give us false hopes of getting our vehicle sooner. Then when we were told the car was finally ready we drove over and were met with , how would you like to pay the complete repair bill. This was a claim thru our insurance they were to pay and all we had to pay is the deductible like in most cases. Why have us drive down and assume we had the payment. Call us and say "we haven't gotten payment and were told you received the check. We can't release car until you pay" we understand that mistakes and glitches happen. But get your paperwork and facts straight before hand. The work was ok. We had a brand new vehicle with 1500miles on it and got caught in a hail storm. So the car was still mostly untouched and new. There a few panels with small bits of adhesive left on them. The panel that covers the spare tire wench is missing and the tools were just rattling around loose in the compartment. The paint however does look great. Orange peel is not bad and the lifetime warranty on the paint is a nice plus. I was an automotive technician for approximately 10yrs and a service advisor for about 2.5yrs. I understand what its like to be in front of angry customers but being forward and honest has always worked out best for me in the past.

We were involved in a collision yesterday, May 16, 2017. The other driver who was insured with Geico was at fault and was cited for (I believe) failure to avoid collision as a result of them rear ending our vehicle. We contacted Geico and were assured that they accepted responsibility and our vehicle would be fixed and that we would be provided a rental car. When I went to drop off my vehicle today, we were told we had to put down a $50 deposit which I agreed to because it was stated that I would get a refund on that if there wasn't any damage to the car. Then I was told that I needed to pay for additional insurance at $17 a day. I explained that I probably only needed insurance for one day, but I could see the guy was charging me for two days and the total cost was $61 which included other hidden fees. That amount did not include the deposit of $50.At that point I felt like I was being overcharged and declined the rental vehicle. My complaint is that Geico accepted responsibility. I was told I was going to be given a rental, but then I was going to be charged for the rental with an insane amount of $17 a day when insurance is not that high per day. We insure multiple vehicles and our rates are very reasonable.Plus, I called my insurance and they explained, "Of course you're already covered. It is common knowledge and the rental employee should know...." So, yeah, they were ripping us off with insurance and other stuff. Geico should not do business with Gerber Collision or Enterprise.I filed a complaint with the BBB. Victims should not have to pay for damages or rentals.
